It was going well ...I was enjoying my meal until a long hair sshows up on my food......yuk.... the men ask me if a I wanted something else.....I said noooooo my stomach got sick..... and the man give 7 dollars back....Helo like here....

Honestly the best teryaki Ive ever had i go there at least once or twice a week. Its great if you want meat and chicken get the combo bowl

Kailua Pork and Kalbi Beef platter awesome. Also had Saimin Noodles, Spam Musubi and Steamed Pork Bun / Manapua . My GF Eileen and I really enjoyed our chow.

I have not been here for years. This brings back memories when I frequent this plaza for food trips when I used to lie in Gardena. I ordered chicken & kalbi combo and chicken & beef, and chicken katsu, oh boy the food was plenty and the food are good the same as I remembered like eating food at a local Hawaiian restaurant IN Hawaii! My kids I wife like this better than the ones close to where we live now.

First time here mom brought me for the Wonton Seimen. Brought my fiancee and she enjoyed their mixed teriyaki chicken and beef plate. I had the seimen again. OK I will try something else next time, they have Alot to choose from.Until next time have a great day.

It was a good teriyaki chicken plate. I got the two Items, Chicken was good cooked perfect, the other was Mahi Mahi. It was over cooked. Probably not going to get that one again.

The food orders are very generous. The cost is inexpensive and the food is good.

Wow Im glad I chose this place. They have great prices and more than just chicken and beef. Had the combo plate Mahi and chicken which had bundles of rice, a delicious scoop of Marconi salad and a wonderful regular salad which the dressing went well with. Will come back for the shaved ice.

This spot became my go to for lunch. Their spicy chicken is great. Portion size is enough for two!

Best Kalbi hands down. Beef ribs and chicken are better quality than other restaurants. Kalua pork a little bland but can be fixed with salt n pepper or soy sauce.

Loco Moco is delicious and love the Saimin noodle soup. One of my favorite spots when Im in town.

Man. This was a staple of my childhood. And has it changed a lot! Same location, different food. The teri burgers are incredibly expensive now and the quality has totally changed. Perhaps for the better. But I did like the old mini burgers on the small sweet bun with nothing but mayo teri sauce and iceberg. The new way is much more substantial. More veggiesLarger portion. Handmade patties. Just different. The shave ice is still very good quality snow. Got my vanilla n Kreme n was happy. Saimin and musubis were pretty yummy. Im sad its changed n probably wont make the 45 min trip to revisit but its not bad. Yummy bites if youre in the area. Or just grab a shave ice. Its bomb.

Great staff... very kind and attentive. Food was delicious and the portions are more than satisfying. You may think its a bit pricey but not for the portions you get. Its a small place with great personality working there. Loved it! Well be back.BTW... we ordered the Teriyaki chicken and beef combo, my son got the Teriyaki beef sandwich combo and I ordered the Shrimp Chow Fun it was delicious.

I come here every time Im out this way because the spam musubi is the best in Cali!!!The gentleman that runs the shop is always very friendly and brings your food to you with a smile!The Teri burger is pretty fire and you can never go wrong with a side of fried wontons!!!

I went here with my family for my birthday last year and arrived after 4pm. There were plenty of seats available and I and my family enjoyed the food and shave ice. It was worth the drive too.

This review is for their shaved ice only. While my family used to eat here all the time when I was young, we only get their shaved ice now. They have Hawaiian style shaved ice, which is lightly shaved ice, offered with either ice cream or azuki beans. Although they do not have the topping variety of places like Get Shaved or the new trendy milk-ice like Fluff Ice, they are still good at what they do. Just be careful because sometimes the girl packs in the ice too hard for me and it isnt as fluffy and light as I like it to be.

The food is very average and the service is horrible. Ordered shaved ice with my meal and it took forever to get. Not the same after it changed hands.

Spicy teriyaki bowl is awesome! Tons of chicken, onions and veggies with steamed white rice.

Happened to be driving by and wanted to try it out. Food was decent but the service was horrible. I was given dirty looks for asking about a combo plate on the menu. Young girl at register nearly threw my card back at me after I paid. My recommendation would be to skip this place...there are others in the area with better food and better service.

Teri Hawaii has been here it seems forever. I was disappointed to see the original owners, were no longer there. My grandchildren just wanted the spam musubi, and shaved ice. I was disappointed in the Kahlua 😶. My son had the chicken katsu, he said it was good!!

The first and last time I have eaten at this restaurant was exactly 6 years ago today....6/17/12! And the food was sooooo onolicious! They dont prepare the food haole style....they prepare it exactly island style, the way I prefer it! Oh so out of this world man! I plan to visit again in the next few weeks or so from now!

I use to go to the original Teri Hawaii aa a child which was in Pacific square, now this place I Korean owned but the food is still very authentic except the Korean ribs are tough. Service is ok but nothing beats their authentic shaved ice & manapuas chef Cherryl
