Okay not long wait usually dont go there so cant say much

Went in yesterday and the cashier wouldnt sell me cigarettes because I had a motorcycle helmet on. You can see more of someones face with a clear shield than a mask. She didnt ask for my ID just completely denied to sell them to me.

Great pizza ! 7.99 for an 8 slice, fresh out of the oven pie with plenty of toppings.They offered to bring it out to us so we didn’t have to stand and wait the 8- 10 minutes that it took to prepare it. What ?!!This is definitely one of my favorite Cumbie’s to stop at.

Helpful and courteous employees. With everything going on recently it is nice to see a smiling face. My only complaint would be the entitled or trashy customers they get that complain about everything they can when they themselves dont work and dont know what it is like to have to follow rules and regulations. Like being upset about having to show id for cigarettes or someone complaining about not getting their purchased bagged when they dont currently offer that service because of covid. My hats off to anyone that works at this location because I wouldnt be able to be that pleasant to anyone that obviously grew up with no manners.

Nice, clean, well stocked store. But clearly management is lacking. Show up at 12:20am on 6-9-2020 take 2 steps inside and clerk tells me it will be 10 minutes before I can purchase anything. Before she can charge me/ring up any items, however she worded it. It was clear she was trying to do a shift change or drawer balance or something along those lines, not faulting her. Anyone who manages anything in retail world (I do) knows you do not ever put a clerk in the position of not being able to charge a customer so that is why I say it has a management problem. It is a shame because it is a nice place and is only 24 hour store around but you just made me go from a happy customer to a person writing a bad review online, smarten up.

BLATANT RACISM ON DISPLAY AT GARDNER CUMBERLAND FARMSCashier refused to touch my groceries, that came from this store. She had no problem handling the items of the two customers before me. When it came to me, she refused to touch the items, even backing away. I was wearing a N95 mask and gloves. The two previous customers wore surgical and cloth masks, and no gloves. The glaring difference, is the fact that I am Black and they, plus the low class, mutant cashier, are white. I will not be returning to this store. And gladly, showing racist behaviour towards select customers will not stop their progression.

WE WILL NOT BAG ANYONES GROCERIES BECAUSE OF COVID. We also cant control who hangs out outside asking for money. We only have one person on overnight so everyone complaining about 3rd shift needs to stop! We have been open through this entire pandemic! You all still use us being one of 2 places that are 24/hrs! The one stars on here are for petty things. We do our best. Dont let these people fool you. I guarantee they come back every day.

The Gardner location. I buy cigarettes and I get carded by an older gentleman every time I buy cigarettes fine but he doesnt card the person before me or after me if they are buying cigarettes.I get carding for cigarettes Im just about 40 years old but you seem to be targeting me because when I forgot my ID you wouldnt sell to me but you sold to my husband without carding him. Im done with this place.I am a regular.Visited again person in front of me is not carded for cigarettes but I am card everyone or stop targeting me.

Went in to the store tonight for a slice of pizza after working a very long day at a retail store. I’m a regular of the store and go there about three times a week. After waiting about five minutes where the food counter was I was asked if I needed something. I asked about a slice of meat lovers pizza and was informed it was going to take awhile to get one because it wasn’t made. That wasn’t that big of a problem, the problem was the attitude I was given, being treated like I was a problem instead of a customer, and the associate even tried to push pizza down that was already 15 minutes expired on the sticker. Disappointed as a manager of a retail store myself I know what good customer service is and this was just bad.

If you want to come and see what trailer trash looks like in Gardner, this is the place to be. A freak show every time I visit. Almost entertaining some of the weirdos you see here. 100% sure you will be asked for a cigarette by someone hanging out front of the store, if you visit.

Brand new place and great deals on soda and coffee. Also seems to have the best gas prices in Gardner as of this review.

Well I have to say the store is very nice but management is not making sure bathrooms sre clean floors are swept and out side seems to be a hang out butts all over the ground what a shame this needs to be address or you will be losing many customers

Management. Needs to make sure coffee area is clean and supply with product.notice everytime i come in and get coffee its low or empty on product and not clean plus management needs to address the issue of people out front of store begging people coming into store has happen to me many times
