Dropped in for an unplanned visit and got some coffee with my wife. Great place! Good atmosphere albeit a little noisy. Coffees were just what we wanted and tasted great. Staff was quick, professional, and helpful. Would love to go back again.

Cool coffee house on the main street in old downtown Gardner that appears to be THE place to be in town. We occasionally have to go out to Gardner Municipal Airport or New Century Aviation, and we have stopped at this coffee house when exploring the town on more than one occasion.The place is very nice inside and the staff is friendly. Thy have a large selection of drinks that are a different than the 1000 other Starbucks clones out there with the same old menus. My wife really enjoyed her drink, the Kissing Cow. My time in the Navy made me into a black coffee man, and thats all I ever order.Saturday is crepe day, so we split one of the crepes. Dont recall the name, but it had spinach, garlic, some cheese...was one of the healthier ones and it was really good. We also shared a piece of the lemon cake with white frosting that they sell on the plate right up front and it was really good too.Its also a great location in a corner of an old brick building in the historic downtown section of the Gardner, which are the types of places we love to find.

Stopped here on a business trip... lil bit off of i35 but worth it! Wish I would’ve had time to sit in! Atmosphere is perfect! Would want to try more drinks there

This place is so good! Amazing crepes and coffee. It’s about a 30 minute drive from my house, but well worth it. Highly recommend.

The crepes are AMAZING. The lemonade Shandy was a less than I expected. The Chai tea blender was light and refreshing.

Great place in a small town! Traveling into Gardner from the big city of Denver I can tell you this place holds its own. Nice interior and free wifi that was fast enough for Remote Desktop use!!

Forget that white chocolate mocha at Starbucks. Get a Brown Cow from Ground house. Youll never go back to the chain store again.

Nice and quiet place to study or relax with friends. The music is good and not distracting. Ive seen all ages, but none of the little ones scream! The tables are always clean and well bused!

Can you please add Calories to your menu!!It helps people make informed decisions about what they are eating or drinking.Steve, do you or your wife make decisions on how many calories are in something before you eat it or drink it? The answer is probably yes. So same goes for the general customer.

I go to the library about every other week and I always see Groundhouse Coffee, finally stopped by today! I heard rave reviews on the coffee cake but unfortunately they were out but the chocolate muffin was awesome. I ordered an iced caramelicious coffee and it was ready in minutes and tasted so good. Friendly staff, clean and cozy atmosphere, great food and coffee. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

It’s just okay. The coffee is mehhh. I felt like I was drinking something that wasn’t fresh, and made before hand. Their coffee has no flavor. Very bland. Its either watered down, Or bitter. Both times I went the experience wasn’t great. The place is cute, and the atmosphere is nice, but the coffee doesn’t just quite live up to expectations.

This place is horrible. I will never give them my money and I will tell everyone I know how bad this place is. Everyone needs to go to scooters instead hell even QT is better.

I love it here. The employees are friendly and attentive. The drinks are good. My favorite is the Brown Cow. Its great iced or hot. Both locations are quaint and cozy, the main can be pretty busy compared to the second location. I love Groundhouse, it reminds me so much of a coffee house I frequented when I lived in Wichita.

I love the service and due to covid i love coming here to drink my coffee and relax. there coffee is amazing and it is always amazing to come here when i need to get a pick me up. overall 5 stars amazing keep it up

Excellent service, supports a wonderful domestic violence charity, and I really have never had better coffee. The kissing cow with raspberry is the only thing I ever want to drink again.

The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing here. There is a wide array of seating options, i.e. - low-top tables, high-tops, cushy seats, etc.Their coffee is always very good, especially the new Cold Brew. I do still need to try the new Nitro.They do have free WIFI which is nice for the days I need to get out of the office.I would recommend to friends.

Excellent coffee shop! Had the blended Blonde Cow latte, and my husband had a Euphoria latte. We split The Merican crepe (blueberries, strawberries, and bananas). Yum! Worth the drive to Gardner, KS. Well return.

Neat-o ! a great coffee place in Gardner, of all places. The espresso was wonderful, the mint-cappuccino was delicious (albeit too sweet in my opinion). You wont find anything better in the area - kudos for a wonderful coffee place !

Awesome Coffee and Environment!Groundhouse has provided a great place to hang out, have a meeting or just grab some coffee. The coffee is always solid and the building is super cool. Theyve finally been able to crack the code on keeping a local coffee shop in Gardner. The Main St. Location has the best vibe, but the Gardner Rd location has a great drive through option.

This is a wonderful little place to visit with friends. Have a good cup of coffee. Work on your internet or buy a good book

Excellent coffee but, the highlight was the Mediterranean Crepe that I had for breakfast. Really nicely balances of all the right Greek flavors that I expected. Excellent start to the weekend away from home. They make the crepes on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. They are great!

When you think of coffee house, this place is it. Rustic decor, well trained baristas, friendly staff. Frequent entertainment. Very nice coffee menu, plus tea and cold drinks as well. You wont be disappointed.

I visited this coffee house while visiting Gardner and it is amazing! They regularly put 4 shots of espresso in their large lattes. Yes, please! It was also very cheerful and pretty inside with friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

I love to go to this place and have coffee and hang out. The atmosphere is wonderful, but coffee is great, and they have some tasty things like crepes and other baked goods. I highly recommend this place for their coffee and go there often.

They got my order wrong but did correct it. The person taking my money couldnt do math very well and became very flustard. She had issues with correcting the amount to pay. The coffee is so so as it was bitter. I think they need a few different flavor/ brands to choose from.

Ive been here a half dozen times maybe. Each time is a positive experience.I usually meet students here and talk about life and stuff. Everything Ive ordered has been excellent. This time I got an iced coffee. The price was right, the syrup wasnt too sweet, and I feel like I got my moneys worth. Its pretty fancy coffee.Id like to try their food sometime.

One of my favorite places for a cup of joe. An excellent place to meet up for coffee or host a small group. Today there was a childrens birthday party going on in the back. The place is big enough that I didnt even notice until they started singing Happy Birthday.

I love this place and have been back many times. Mostly to support my small town coffee house and because its the only sit-down coffee house we have in Gardner. But I wish they had a better selection of non coffee drinks. We had the Saturday morning crepes and it took forever. So if plan on getting this be prepared to wait. Ours took around 45 mins from ordering to being served. But they told us this at ordering.

Love both of the shops. The one right off 35 is great to pop in and pop back on 35 quickly and the downtown Gardner shop is a great place to linger when I am in the Gardner/KC area. The Boston creme is my favorite drink!

Love it here. Great place to grab a coffee and get some work done if you can tune out the background noise. Also love it here because I am Vegan and many of the drinks are easy enough to customize and just substitute with soy, thanks for making it easy on me.

A warm, welcoming place for some top-notch coffees. It is my favorite place to sip a latte and get work done. Its a place for everyone with boardgames available for anyone to play and books for kids. Their crepes on the weekends are extremely good too.

I love this place, its so warm and inviting. Its great if you want to come and chill alone or grab a cup of delicious coffee with your friends. Everyone there is super nice and make you feel welcome. It even has a super cute play area for the kiddos.

Nice folks and a pleasant environment for working. A good place to get something done, read, or just hang out. Plenty of space so its not crowded. The hours arent ridiculous; theyre open late enough in the day that I dont feel rushed to get things wrapped up to head out. This place has become my office away from the home office.

This is a really cool local coffeehouse that has that small-town charm but is modern enough to serve Nitro Coffee. Its housed in an older building and it contributes to the character of the place. Its very popular with the younger crowd as theres always a group of students studying together, teachers grading papers and groups of 2-3 adults hanging out drinking coffee. Their coffee is very good and the service has always been friendly. One of my favorites.

I used to come here every Sunday when I lived in Gardner. Great ambiance, good coffee. A little gem in this not so sparkling town.

Great coffee, friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.

Been here a few times since I left Gardner but am disappointed each time I go back. The flavored lattes are overly sweet and the plain lattes seem bitter. Not sure if the baristas are letting the shots die or if the espresso pull is too hot and long. The pour of the milk was thick and fast which doesn’t help the espresso mix and allow for latte art to be done. The barista also didn’t clean the steam wand between each time of steaming nor did the barista wash the milk pitcher between steams.

Salty cow is my favorite drink they serve. Theyre crepes are really good too.

Gardner finally has a well designed and professionally executed coffee shop. No homemade signs or tripping over other patrons in this one. Pastries are good, but not prepped on site (trying to put a kitchen in a historic two story building would be a mess). The staff are always on the ball and are easy to deal with. Good stuff.
