My experience with M&B Appliances is always amazing. I actually had gone there for years and I had gotten a good relationship with the owner. He’s always prompt to my needs, he’s professional, honest and courteous. Anything my family or I need, he gets it. We’re very pleased with the appliances we’ve gotten there, and we never have had a problem with them. We love it. I will certainly recommend them anytime.

After researching washing machines for a few days, we stopped at M&G on our way to Home Depot to check out their merchandise. The service was friendly, honest and it was the quickest purchase I’ve ever made. The price was amazing and we had our new washer within 5 hours installed and ready to use. I have purchased numerous items from the store. But this time around it was super special to me. I walked in the store on April 16 around 5 pm desperate to purchase a refrigerator being that my refrigerator broke down. Not only did i find the refrigerator of my dreams but they were able to deliver it that same day!! The fact that I explained to them I have 2 kids at home and couldn’t be home without a refrigerator, they cared and helped me out the same day is beyond amazing customer service to me!! My refrigerator was delivered around 9:30pm that night! I wish i was able to give them 100 stars!! M&B appliances is the go to place and customer service is hands down the best i have received!!!

We bought a refrigerator from m&b appliances. Their service and delivery was very great and hauled out my old ref, thats a one less headache for me calling the town to pickup my old ref for recycling. We will be coming back for them when well renovate our kitchen for a gas range.

As soon as I entered the store Edwin approached me with a big smile in his face, very emphatic and professional. I was undecided what refrigerator to choose and he was extremely patient to answer all my questions and help me decide without any pressure or rush. Frankly this was my second stop checking for refrigerators and literally I left the first stop because of the lack of human touch - the guy didn’t even care that I entered his store or even offer options to accommodate my request. I highly recommend M&B Appliances.

I swear forget any other appliance store, m&b are the best in price, customer service and they go all out to help you even though is not part of their job. They helped me even when they didn’t need to. Please patronize them when you get a chance.

Bought a refrigerator there. Barely lasted a yr. After the 1st 4 - 6 months started having issues with over freezing freezer and a not working refrigerator.

If i could leave a 0 rating i would . my wife and i were looking for a refrigerator.we also had a $200 voucher.we found only 1 place in bergen County who took it, but found out that we could go to any appliance place and all they had to do was fax over an application with there tax id info and bcbss would honor thr voucher. Well today we wanted to leave a $250 deposit and with tbe voucher $450 in total.well they never faxed over the application and said we cant do it this month ! Something is not right with this place when they would rather lose $ 2500 / ( with stove ) then give there tax info to bcbss. Like not paying any sales tax ?....because of this we have to go to rt 17 appliances which was not preferred..

I came in to buy a dishwasher and left with a stove and fridge. After looking through Lowes and Home Depot, I found their prices were cheaper. I will definitely be back .

Something is wrong here. They are advertising stoves and refrigerators on Facebook for $1.00 and when you call them, they say it is wrong and hang up on you. Would never trust them.

My refrigerator died so I was in the market for a new on but didn’t want to pay the prices I seen at home depot, I seen this place driving by it and stop to look inside and right away the owner said hi he was really friendly and never pushy on buying anything just said have a look around and ask if you have any questions. I found what I was looking for at half the price and they even delivered it. 6 months later my washer went out and yes you guessed it I returned and once again I saved a lot. The owner even remembered me. I definitely recommend this place.

This place has everything you need for your home! In perfect condition and at a good price; and the customer service is the best from Edwin and His staff !!!
