New managent does not follow through with the guarantee. Purchase a fridge and three weeks in, the fridge began to failed and is no longer cooling, lasted three weeks for response and tech came & supposedly fixed the problem, following day called cause fridge was still warm and lasted three days for reply and tech cancelled twice, came to an agreement for changing it, however, the owner n tech showed up and made an excuse that it was somwthing simple. and they were sure they fixed the problem this time ... wrong once again the tech did not do nothing, and since have denied my calls. I have too toodlers so a fridge is a big necessity, which am so upset since i have purchased from here before and previous staff and management were always on top of things. Now am a few thousand bucks under and no fridge.. it has being over two months.... and the new owner, just keeps making excuses.... i believe he is judt waiting for gurantee of three month to expire to not so nothing, if i have known i would have purchace full price, since the cost of techs, food and medicine that has being spoiled have cost me more than what i would spend at home depot..

There are those who have forgotten that shopping with very little is hard. Kindness and Professionalism comes from certain people. I purchased a dishwasher and a gas dryer about 3 weeks ago. The first dryer didn’t work, but I was quickly given a new dryer and it has worked great. The dishwasher, unfortunately, has a much different story. Currently, I’m waiting for them to repair the 3rd dishwasher. First one, water didn’t drain, 2nd one, water leaked all over my floor, 3rd one just runs and runs and runs, but never cleans anything (I had to kill the power to the kitchen to get it to stop). Someone is supposed to come in 2 days to repair it but last time they told me that (dishwasher #1), I waited for 4 hours and no one showed up. They won’t give me my money back, so I need to decide if I want to continue to risk floods and waste vacation time waiting for people to show up or to just buy a new dishwasher and then have a credit at a store that only appears to sell broken appliances. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating and I really regret shopping here. The owner has promised to “make things right” while also accusing me of breaking the dishwashers. Oh, and my tile floor is badly scratched from the dishwasher being pulled out so many times. Worst store ever!

The worst place ever!!!!! I purchased a refrigerator in October of 2020 in December it began making a sound and then not cooling as cold as it should,I called and asked for tech to be sent out being I had the “4 month” warranty still. The receptionist told me to send a video of the refrigerator making the sound, so I did along with all my information. Waited for about two days never got a call back, so I called and asked what was going on, she then stated the tech is on vacation and won’t be back until January. I said ok great now what she said well you can also bring the refrigerator down to us and we can take a look at it here smh as if it was that simple. I decided to wait until January and called again, she said she would call the tech and have him come to my house that day, never received the call (again). So I called the next day and asked what happen no one ever reached out to me or came to my house. She said she will call the tech again and have him to my house that day and would make sure he calls me 30 min before coming. Well the tech called at 6pm and said he was coming, he never showed up we called him twice no answer. I then called again the next day and I told the receptionist what had happened she called the tech while on the phone with me and he lied and said he came to my house and no one was here. This is the worst place ever I have had the worst experience and won’t recommend this place to anyone she then made it seem like she was doing me a favor by helping me because i purchased the refrigerator from the ex owners which I didn’t the new owner was the one who helped us pick that refrigerator. I ended up getting someone to fix the problem for me and paying 80$ smh still waiting for her call and a tech to show up . Everyone in this place is very irresponsible, unprofessional, and rude. Never again!!! Let it be noted I purchased my dryer from here years ago and never had an issue but they were other owners. These new owners I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I bought a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dish washer 2 years ago they worked perfectly and i love the variety and modern appliences they have . I had to call them my refrigerator was having problems and they nicely answer and send a very helpful technician, I didn’t have more warranty but the technician just charge me 50 to check and when he find the problem fixed for 160 and discounted me the 50 to check it . !!! I’m very happy I advice everyone to go . No all stores have what you want, for cheap, solve your problems and are nice !!!...

I love this place they are so nice and helpful, they speak English and Spanish. They sell everything half price of the market . I had such a great experience with the employees they are so nice . It been a year since a bought my refrigerator and it works perfectly, I just purchase a stove and it’s doing great . !!!

Refrigerator needed to be fixed after 4 month, ( just after 3 month waranty ), they told me that their technician will come, and I will have to pay 50$ only, all the extra will be on the house. After it was fixed, technician charged ME in FULL, Trio liquidators acted liked they NEVER SAID THAT, but they did !!! What a scam, I should have make them write this... I dont recommend them AT ALL !

Unless you’re okay with defective appliances or if you like to gamble, this isn’t the place for you. Most appliances were missing handles or had a defect in them. We walked in and walked right back out.

I bought a washing machine from there brought it home it didnt work they send a technician out he told me that the sensor was messed up on the door of the washing Machine he fixed it and it worked but then I noticed my clothes werent spinning out they were staying soaking wet I called for them to send someone out and look at it again they sent someone that didnt speak a drop of English he kept telling me the machine was going on spin but because he didnt speak English he didnt understand that I was telling him it was leaving the clothes wet he left without fixing the problem I called and asked for them to send someone else out they sent the same guy out again not to mention hes about 19 years old I dont think he knows much about washing machines they keep telling me that Im overloading my machine I put three towels in at a time and the lady that works there told me to try washing one towel at a time Bad service spent $400 the washer Is junk and they wont fix it she told me she would replace it when she got something and I had the washer for three months now still never got replaced do not buy from them they will rip you off and sell you junk im now stuck with a washer that I can only wash two pair of pants and a shirt at a time and have to put it on spin two times for the clothes to be dry
