Pretty good selection, prices seem mostly reasonable. The 90-day option with Progressive is helpful as long as you dont go beyond 90 days, otherwise you pay up to double the $$. I like the fact that they dont smother you when you walk in the door. They offer to help, give their name and then let you move around. The delivery and setup option for only $150 seems like a bargain, especially for larger orders. Of course I will edit this review after delivery if necessary :) Overall a positive experience so far.

I have NEVER had such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from a furniture company. I purchased a two-piece set from them with an insurance warranty in December of 2018. BT furnishing used Montage Furniture Services at the time of purchase for insurance. I filed a claim with Montage Furniture spring of 2021 when I noticed damage. The material from the furniture was peeling, the ottoman legs broke, the ottoman leg base destroyed my hard wood floors, and the sofa seams were coming apart. It has been over 6 months and I still have the same broken sofa set.Every time I call the furniture insurance company, I am on hold for over an hour. IF a customer representative answered the phone nothing was ever resolved. I was given the “run around”.This summer I went to BT Furnishing to report my disdain of their insurance affiliate. I talked to the store manager. He told me the store no longer used Montage Furniture for their insurance service claims and they also discontinued my furniture set. He kindly offered to have a repair tech come out to my home to fix the furniture. Several weeks later the tech came out and was able to repair the ottoman however he was not able to repair the sofa. The sofa set was beyond repair, so I later requested that BT Furnishing replace my sofa set at no cost.I was told that they could not replace my sofa however I could purchase another sofa at 20% off. They would also waive a few fees such as the delivery service.All I wanted from BT Furnishing was a replaced sofa set. I requested that they replace my sofa set with a comparable set at no cost to me just as the insurance policy stated. The policy states that the furniture would be repaired or replaced so I should not have to come out of the pocket to purchase another sofa set and I am not interested in only waived fees.Because of my experience I would not refer anyone to BT Furnishings. I have purchased several sofa sets over the years. The sofa sets have NEVER fallen apart nor has the material ever peeled away nor torn at the seams. It has been less than 2.5 years since my purchase. I believe ALL reputable furniture companies should honor their warranties and replace their damaged product for customers.

From start to finish she took care of us. I also appreciated she calculated all the cost for us so we knew what we would be spending before we even paid. My wife and I were shopping for a love seat for our living room to add on too our stone-colored power reclining sofa and reclining consoled loveseat. Because space was a factor, we just wanted a plain non-reclining loveseat with a similar look and compliment the setup appearance. After going to two other furniture stores in Mesquite, we found ourselves coming back to BT furnishings; where weve bought in the past sofa sets, dinning sets, bed and mattress set, etc.One thing I have to add though is the staff that makes the shopping experience worth remembering. We had our eyes on a dark gray sofa that looks and feels great and very reasonably y priced. We visualized that it will serve as a contrast and highlight the appearance of our sofa set and tables in the living room. MAJESTIC approached us and made everything happen for us. She made sure BT has it on hand; but offered to find a warehouse that has it just in case. Although she had a good working knowledge of the selling procedure, she did not hesitate to call for assistance when I inquired about the mode of payments if I used my Synchrony/BT furnishing credit card. Honesty, patience and genuine concern for customers are not always easy to find in a retail store. She asked for GIULIA (Italian lady) to explain to me the payments I have to make with the said credit card. Both ladies explained everything we need to know about the sale. They were also a very professional and not at all pushy. To cut this short, we walked out of the stores with smiles 😃 😃 in our faces after the purchase. We knew that BT furnishings will always be on top of our list when we need to shop for any furniture. Very disappointed. After ordering 2 twin beds & paying for delivery & set-up, the beds were delivered & NOT fully set up. According to the guys who assembled the beds, the slacks were too short & whomever sold me the beds were not suppose to. So my daughters did not have beds to sleep in for the night. After speaking to not one, but 2 customer service support members (Eli from the Dallas store& Micheal from the Garland store), I was promised that I would hear back from someone before the stores closed @8pm yet no one reached back out to me. Majority of the furniture in my home is from one store or the other, which is why Im even more disappointed that I was disregarded as a customer. Micheal was much more careless & rude than Eli was. I don’t write these too often but after the multiple expediences I’ve had, i decided to share my encounters with Devyne. My name is Au’Juan and I’ve come into the store a few times every few month and whenever I’m there i make sure to be assisted by Devyne. I love the store due to its products and accessibility but sometimes I need a little help. There is a worker there, Devyne, she knows me by name, she knows what i value in the stores products and the insight she has on the products still amaze me. I’ve been a hit at parties because of the amazing blender she has recommended. The margaritas i make now, are unmatched . Our living room has never been nicer due to the vacuum she helped us select. We just sent my sisters off to college and their rooms are fuller furnished with suggestions all made by Devyne. If there is anyone there who truly makes the BT Furnishing experience even more spectacular it is her.

This place is awesome for multiple reasons first the selection and price are very good compared to other stores and sales rep was very knowledgeable also I went late to pick up items I had purchased at 7:30pm everyone from warehouse had left for the day and the lady at cash register went and got my items from the back and helped me load them when she could of just told me come back another day

I have purchased furniture from BT over the last 10 years if not more. This most recent purchase is the 1st time I added delivery service because I purchased so many items that I needed put together. I got off work with enough time for them to make it. It’s been 2.5 hours and they still haven’t made it. I received a Call saying they were around the corner only to find out they were not around the corner or even close. Had to call them after I’ve waited two hours and they tell me 30 more min. My day has been wasted having to leave work when I could’ve stayed. Never again unless I’m picking up myself! And I give Julia 5 stars she was a great sales person. Very sweet at the Garland location.

If that goes smoothly then I will update this Review. UPDATED ON 03/26/2021 I have received My bed and the delivery and installation process went smoothly. The two gentlemen Mr. Laron Palmer and Phillip were very professional and were able to keep the noise to a minimum due to Me working from home. I was able to have a general funny conversation with the both of them showing that they both had true people skills. Due to the kiosk showing items that were discontinued I give My overall experience 4 stars. I will definitely think about shopping with this company in the near future.

My experience with my delivery was excellent. Sebastian and Tim was very prompt and had great customer service. They were very quick and gentle with my desk. I will be making more purchases with BT Furnishings of Dallas. Everything was wonderful on today with no complaints. Also my salesperson Armond Young was great... He walked and help me make the best decision on choosing a rug to fit the desk I picked. I most definitely will be asking for him again.

I only put 3 stars during to how my experience was handled. I was told I could pickup on July 4 that was strange but ok. Then I went to store on the 3 to be told that something wasnt in stock. I would have to wait till July 14 unexcapable. Sales changed to the 8th and I still didnt get everything. Sales didnt communicate with me like they should but I spoke to Zack operator manager in delivery and he handled and explained everything to me like sales should have. Oh I still have to wait till the 15th for one piece. Mind u I paid for this in full in June🤦🏾‍♀️
