Best decision I ever made! From Army brat to army veteran water is the core of my life. I spend so much on water monthly this has not only kept money in my pocket it has also lightened my trash/recycling. I made this purchase shortly before the ice storm came through TX and thankfully I did not lost power (Just water) and this was perfect. Hot and cold settings allowed life to continue without feeling completely helpless. If you and/or your family love water as much as mine or even if youre just trying to get into drinking more water this is the most cost effective way to do so as well as getting you through rough days on survival mode 💪🏾CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!!!!! Something I am very big on and they nail it every single time. Being able to text and communicate any issues and have them handled in a timely manner. No question or problem has not been solved in 24-48 hours from the day I signed up. I had an issue with something leaking a tech (his name was OV) came over in 24hrs of my complaint and took care of my issue and walked me through my set up like a new customer because I had a self install originally. He explained everything and made sure I was able to gain an understanding and know how to reach out if I had more questions. No matter who Ive encountered this has been a wonderful from speaking over the phone at set up to the tech I met today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Gladden water and their employees, especially Judy who schedules, helps you make the right decision for your family needs and so much more are the best employers ever. Judy helped me decide the right filtering system vs water bottles when I told her our ages and health issues and we have loved it ever since (2 years now?). Our friends are so surpaies how great our water tastes and how simple the system is under our kitchen sink. We use the water to make our ice, to refill our drinking bottles we keep in the fridge, to clean veggies or make pasta - really anything other than washing dishes. The equipment is serviced ever 6 months as part of the monthly payment and the man who comes is the best: friendly, personable, knowledgeable, just like Judy. Thank you all.

We have the high alkaline water at our office and at home. The water is excellent, and so handy to store in the boxes. The water is delicious!Even my dogs love it! No customer service. Contracted delivery that doesnt change. Left 5 boxes of water outside because we were in the bathroom for a few minutes. Looking for a new service (although theyre all terrible so far).

I have been drinking their water since May 2019. Our family of five run 5 bottles a month on the summer and 3 in the winter time. We absolutely love the taste. The bad thing is I can’t drink anywhere else water.. so we have to take giant water bottles with us.

Ive been a customer with Gladden Water for many years and their customer service sets them apart above the rest. I started out with their bottle service and eventually switched to the RO system. Store bought bottled water is not the solution since it always contains extra minerals added for taste and its only purified some of the time.The convenience, excellent quality of service, and of course the water that Gladden provides is top notch. I am so happy with this service. I switched to Gladden from Sparkletts and the difference is like night. The water tastes superb. Billing and payment are really easy. You can communicate your needs with them via text message and they respond within minutes. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

Been a customer for over 4 years. Water tastes great, our water filter is checked regularly. Customer service is responsive, if we have an issue with our water dispenser, they quickly send out a technician. Techs/reps are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Ive been with Gladden Water since 2012 when they started delivering the 5 gallon water bottles to my home. In 2014 I contracted with Gladden Water such that I am purifying the water in my own home through a machine they lease to me. Gladden services the system once every 6 months at no extra charge and I could not be more pleased with the overall service I receive from this company. I am so impressed that I also installed and pay for one of these same purification machines in my sons home knowing theyre getting great water. I cannot imagine a negative review of this company after the 6 years of experience Ive had with them.

Nearing one year of service and the quality of water from the purifier system is great. They ARE very professional and customer service is excellent. They came out and change my filters when requested and did a full system check. May 5th, Placed an order online for new service, water plus monthly rentals and coffee supplies. First call was a back and forth debate about how the website that took my order and money did or didnt have what I had ordered. Catherine the rep, didnt even know the company offered such equipment. Okay great we all learn something. Received a second call hours later, to tell me because I have a business out of my home I didnt qualify for the equipment we wanted to rent, even though the websites (yes they have a few websites not just one) say home and business. Then received the third call, oh well sorry, the option we gave you since we wouldnt do what you requested is too expensive and we will not order anymore. Still wanting to use the BOX WATER I said okay. Then the phone rings again, honestly I cant even remember what Catherines excuse was, I just wanted a refund. July 3rd still no refund.
