Our company placed an order on 7/19/19 and they said they would put a rush order on it and we would get it on Monday. Nothing delivered on Monday so called Tuesday and was told it was scheduled for delivery Wednesday. Nothing delivered Wednesday so called and was told it was to be delivered Thursday. Took my complaint and said a supervisor would call me. No call received. Called Thursday morning to make sure it was being delivered and was told yes. 5:17pm still nothing delivered. Called again and they said it was supposed to be delivered today but for some unknown reason it wasn’t. Took my complaint a second time and said a supervisor would call me - because he had just left. So he was there all day today but never called the FIRST time like they said yesterday he would. Asked if I could pick my product up but was told they stopped allowing people to do that. So not only can I not get my order delivered or anyone in management to call me I can’t pick it up myself. Tomorrow will be an entire week since we placed our order.
