Just finished paying my car off today and beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best car dealership Ive dealt with personally. Vehicle was excellent quality; very clean and no mechanical issues. As far as staff, if there was an award for Representative of the year it would definitely go to Josh. Hes always respectful, listens to you and does what he can to help. Bought a 2005 vw Jetta and while the car is in pretty good shape i was told there was no check engine light. Light came on 4 days after purchashing the car. Dealership claims they had no clue that the car had any issues and refuse to take any responsibility. Its obvious that this was a problem before i bought it but it was just bypassed long enough for someone to buy it. Thankfully its just a cooling fan and something i can replace for relatively cheap, be careful buying from here. Cars are decent but the staff is dishonest and wont even take the responsibility. They even told me well i know what it looks like decent dealership but honestly not worth the hassle.

Do not buy a car from this facility. I had problems from the moment I drove off the lot. I didn’t get my car fax although they advertise it until days later. The car got really loud after I brought it back to them to fix it. It was embarrassing to drive and their mechanic couldn’t fix it and pretended he didn’t know what it was and would take time to fix. I never got to bring back to him because the car stopped working about an hour from leaving them from them fixing it.There was paperwork left in the car that showed multiple issues with the car. I was told before I came one down payment price but it increased after I did paperwork not dealing with credit it was what they intended at first. The car had a recall that made the car shut down completely and I was stuck. I called for help or a car or refund and the salesman pretended he had just found out about the recall. And I had to get a tow an Uber and another ride untilthe dealership could fix the car. The dealership found multiple things wrong and said I was done wrong on this deal because of all that was wrong with the car. I told the salesman all of this and they came and took the car back after me having it just a few weeks without me getting a refund or being allowed to pay them. They sent a guy that bust in the car snatched the keys and yelled at me to get out. All my things was in the car. They called the police before I could get an Uber to get my things and a ride after they took the car back. This was a horrible experience with them and they was very rude and untrustworthy.

DO NOT BUY HERE. A day after I bought a Nissan m the service engine light appeared and I went to go get it checked out. The catalytic converter needed to be changed out which is over $500 for just the part. After I confronted him about the issue he denied the issue. Prices aren’t worth it if the car breaks down right afterwards

Young man who approached us was everything but helpful. He did not seem to know what he was talking about but claimed to have been in the business for years. We did not like his attitude. When we decided we wanted to check out other options and asked for his business card, he said he did not have one and that we could not close our application for at least 3 years. Terrible customer service.

Everyone was really nice, super straight forward, and it felt like there was no scams or fraudulent schemes going on. I definitely got the more genuine feel unlike bigger car companies that all sound like money hungry clones! This place is definitely a good option if you’re looking for a cheap and reliable car, I’m definitely enjoying my brand new Lexus!

I had to purchase a vehicle within a very strict deadline and Eber even came into the office on Labor Day in order to help finalize the deal within the deadline. Bought a used truck with about 97,000 miles on it and hoping it was a good purchase. They are very up front and honest. There was no pressure on selling the vehicle which was also a plus. There were some things that needed to be fixed on the truck, since it was used. Even after the sale, Eber provided me with recommendations for mechanics, cheap parts etc. Overall, recommend this dealership!

These guys are great! I bought an ‘07 Honda Accord from them back in March. They took a trade plus cash, and financed the rest. They helped me out a lot seeing that my ‘00 Chevy Impala was in pretty bad shape, they still worked with me. When I got the car the starter went out on me the first week I had it. They told me that they would have it towed and that they would take care of it. Although the tow truck driver wasn’t needed because of how long he was taking, they managed to repair my starter. The vehicle hasn’t had any issues since. All in all Jonathon and Eber are very honest and professional and I plan on doing business with them again.

After another car dealership had taken advantage of us and left us with no car, my husband and I were very apprehensive about purchasing another vehicle this year. We had spent two whole days looking for something that fit our needs and budget when we were referred to City Wide Motors. Johnathan was the one who initially helped us out when we arrived. He showed us what he had for cash on the lot and I fell in love with this monstrous sized Suburban. We looked in the windows and it was in PERFECT condition for an older model. He told us what the price was and it was within our budget. He was upfront with us about any issues that he knew about, as they had just gotten the Suburban in and hadnt done anything to it yet. We took it for a test drive and Johnathan was very nice to us. We had told him about our previous experience and why we were being so difficult. He was so good to us! We addressed a few concerns with the vehicle that were not a big deal, its a car, and they need maintenance, things come up. He was really cool about it and we made agreements to have it fixed if we decided to purchase. He never once pressured us, he tried to make it as easy as possible and even helped us with the tax, title, and license, allowing us to pay it out so it wasnt so much up front. A week after we purchased the Suburban, the alternator went out. I was devastated and placed a call to Eber; A crying, upset call because it was pouring down rain and the Suburban had stopped right in the middle of the road. He had someone tow the Suburban to the shop and helped us get a great deal on a brand new alternator! He also had the oil changed and the other things fixed that we had discussed at the same time. I mean, who does that anymore? They did everything that they said they would AND MORE! I absolutely recommend City Wide Motors to EVERYONE. If I could say only one thing, it would be that when you buy a car from City Wide, just know that they will treat you right and be honest with you!

Steer clear. Literally. I bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey with 127,000 miles from them. I knew I was purchasing an old vehicle with a lot of miles and it would need attention over time. I was informed at the dealership that the power steering pump had been replaced. I knew a lock wasnt working. I noticed a rumbling in the engine and was told that was just the sound of the larger engine in that van. I should have had a mechanic look at it before purchasing, so that was definitely on me. Within 3 weeks, the radio/dvd/interior lights all went out and power steering fluid began leaking like crazy. I dont mind getting those fixed myself. However, in addition, my mechanic identified bad hydraulic tensioner for timing belt; condenser fan motor failing; c/v boots slinging grease; and rear engine mount broken. All of those conditions were present when I purchased the van and should have been disclosed as the price I paid would have been impacted. This dealership either knew about them and didnt disclose, or did not know about them and lacks the knowledge they need to be selling older used vehicles. So steer clear. If you still choose to use this dealership, ask them if a knowledgeable mechanic has inspected the vehicle, get a report, and then have your own mechanic take a look at it. When I contacted the dealership about helping with some of the conditions the van had at the time of purchase, there was no discussion. They simply said, to paraphrase, you bought an old van with a lot of mileage and its on you. Steer clear.

Poor condition of the cars

These guys are the best. Im so glad I found them, because I was just about to give up my car search. I found them while browsing Facebook and I contacted Johnathan. He was very nice and took time with me. He was in constant communication from the first day until I drove off the lot with my car. I have a hearing impairment and they dont mind texting for communication with me with I love. They are very honest and caring guys and wanted to make sure I was getting something I could afford, and also worked with me with my bad credit. They didnt treat me different because my credit wasnt great like some dealership Ive been to. Since Ive had my car any issues Ive had they contacted asap and did everything to make sure my vehicle A1. Eber and Johnathan are great guys and I recommend them to everyone. The cars are very nice for the price and you will get great service.

Today I had to return a car that I have invested almost $3000 in for my daughter because I was informed of the motor being bad. Mind you this is the 2nd time! The motor had to replaced 21 days after I drove off lot on my daughters bday 6/30. I made my payments still monthly and paid for other things that went wrong over the next few months in hopes that things would work out. Im now without a car and daughter looking sad and confused as to how can someone do you like that know its a lesson learned but my heart is so..broken and Im so angry. ...but I also know being angry will not help my current situation.

Recently purchased my Suv from Widecity motors. Eber the sales person is friendly and very effective. He found the car i was looking for within a week, he was always a text or call away if I had any questions and was willing to help as much as he could, I absolutely recommend this place.
