This is just another praise for the folks at Sindi Motors.I had been hunting for weeks for that certain used vehicle. I finally found a great deal in a 2007 Ford Explorer that checked all the boxes. White (pearl), tan leather seats, 3 rows of seats 2 of which can be dropped down for cargo space, V8, roof rack, towing package and clean. All with excellent acceleration, braking, turning and quiet smooth ride.The only issue was with the A/C.After choosing the vehicle, they hung on to it until they were able to get the A/C problem fixed. They didnt want to let it go until it was right!Thats the kind of people I like to deal with.Ive had it three weeks now and I enjoy it more every day.Based on my experience, I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I drove from Arkansas to buy a beetle that was on the lot. I was able to put it on hold until I was able to come down the following weekend. They did work with me on the price as there was some damage to the car. I did suggest they offer military discounts. Overall a great buying experience.

Dealing with this place was like pulling teeth. I was upfront with the them about my situation and had been trying to get them to work with me. They seemed like they where intrested in selling me the vehicle but never called me. Never. I had to do all the calling. Even after the seven times they said they would call back. Nothing. Never answering emails. No one seemed to know anything about me even though I was calling sometimes three times a day. Eventually was told what I needed to proceed with finance. So I tried to move forward with couple of options. Still no one knows anything about the deal. Have to chase down the finance guy. I even considered just paying cash. But nobody seem to care. Finally told again they will call me on Tuesday after the weekend. I figured they got it together Finally. Nope. I was wrong. Tuesday came by and nothing. At this point Im really bothered. I have never had to try so hard in my life to give a business my business. Never. Its unreasonable. As of writing this review, the process has gone a month. Excuses of heard range from oh the bank wants a cosigner to the bank doesnt want to give us what we are asking for the vehicle. Lets be clear. I have all that is required. Everything. With admittedly a low credit score but I have cash just for that. Still cant by a car from this place? If this dealer didnt have the exact vehicle I was looking for I wouldnt even have bothered. I have plenty of cars already. I just always wanted a particular vehicle for a particular reason with a very specific setup. And this dealer had it. I say had because as of writing this I have found the vehicle removed from the dealers website. No call. No email. No Nothing. What? Is this really the best way for a high mileage car dealership to earn business to build off of? Im not bitter. Just genuinely disappointed in they way I have been treated here. I will eventually find the vehicle Im looking for but it wont be at this place! Not even friends of this place!

Sold me a vehicle with a 3 month SCM/PENN warranty that wasnt honored. Took it to a dealer in my home city who informed me that the vehicle had engine slugde. I had to pay for numerous tests to be done and received no coverage. Now Im on the hook for an engine replacement. When I tried to contact Sindi Motors noone was ever available and wouldnt return my phone calls. They were very friendly and helpful while selling the vehicle but completely ignored me once I informed them that SCM/PENN warranty company denied my claim because they said Sindi Motors had to have known the engine was bad before selling it because I had only owned it for a week before having to put it in the shop. Whats the point in having a warranty that wont be honored when needed. Once Sindi Motors has your money, they dont care about anything else.

Went into look at a BMW 7 Series. Very honest guys even let me test drive the car for almost 4 hours. Very reasonable and fair prices. I got a good deal on the vehicle and they even put brand new tires and brakes on the vehicle for me. Even though the brakes were about 50% remaining. Will recommend them to all friends and family.

Purchased (paid in full cash) a 2017 Subaru on July 20th and here it is Sept. 22nd and they STILL have not transferred the title. Every time we call the dealership they tell us a different story. If that wasnt bad enough the vehicle started overheating 3 weeks after we bought it and when we brought it into the Subaru dealership they discovered the heads were warped and someone had put in very thick oil in order to quiet the knocking. $7000 later we now have a car we paid cash+$7000 in repairs and an endless stream of lies from Sindi Motors when we inquire about the title. To date DMV has no record of it being submitted. BUYER BEWARE when dealing with this company. Very unethical.

My husband and I bought a truck there for our oldest’s 16th birthday. He got to drive it maybe 3 times in less than 30 days before we put it in the shop. Now we’re looking at over $3000 in parts alone after spending $4700 on the truck. The manager is unwilling to help make this right in any way. So now we’re just going to have to eat money that we don’t have. We 150% do not recommend this “dealership”.

Perhaps Google should allow no star ratings as Im only giving 1 star simply because Im forced to do so. I cant speak for his ratings on financed vehicles but I can speak for the vehicle and experience I had. I purchased a cash car from Sindi Motors March which has turned out to be one of the most costly mistakes Ive made my entire life. I drove the car less than 1 day before the check engine light came on and the car would NOT accelerate over 35 miles per hour and the engine light begin to flash. I called Sindi Motors was given the run around about the owner/manager not being available and that my contact information would be provided to him for a call back regarding the issue the car was having. Of course no call back was received therefore I took the car to a local mechanic shop was advised the car needed a catalytic converter and P0302, P0303, P0304, P0300, P1166, P1167, P1399. I had the catalytic converter replaced, changed the spark plugs and wires and made a repair plan as I had spent on my money on the 2900 purchase of the car and it was obvious the car lot wasnt going to be of any assistance. I was given the run around about my title which I still havent received to date and per Texas Department of Motor Vehicles it was not requested however on yesterday 04/18 I was finally able to pick up my license plates and registration which clearly shows it was not requested until 04/16/18.This morning on the way to work the D4 light begin to blink on the car and it seems as if it doesnt want to go. After being towed to a nearby repair shop and having a diagnostic and a compression test completed Im now being told the engine needs to be replaced as there is no spark in cylinder 4 and that both the top and bottom O2 sensors need to be replaced. They are also saying as the first repair shop said that this car was definitely not worth what I paid for it in the condition it is in. I was given a registration and Vehicle Inspection report showing that the vehicle passed inspection and the repair shop Im at said thats definitely a false. The repair shop assisted me in looking up my VIN number via AirCheckTexas and it clearly shows this vehicle failed inspection on 12/5/18 but magically it passed inspection on 03/21/19 which is strange because I had the vehicle in possession and did not take it to be inspected. I was also provided other info via VIN searches which shows other information which explains why theres been an issue with me obtaining my actual title. Needless to say Im angry now and will try one more time to speak with the owner with hopes to resolve the issues Im having if they cannot be resolved I will most definitely pursue a lawsuit. Its one thing to sell a car as is I totally understand that however its not OK to take advantage of hardworking people and deceive them by producing fake documents etc. If I were you Id take my business elsewhere because these people are not to be trusted.

Seemed like nice guys went to look at a couple of 6.0 powerstrokes for my mother in law after the test drive brought it to their attention that the truck white smokes and says oh so does this one its normal well being a master tech from Ford the last 8 years work on diesels daily I can assure you its not normal I would not recommend buying a diesel from them if you do then take it to a shop before you buy

They sold me a Dodge truck with many hidden problems that werent readily apparent. The truck needs lots of work including a MAJOR SAFETY ITEM (steel front bumper support)! The truck only had a plastic bumper cover with no steel support structure underneath it. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE! I reached out to them regarding all the problems with the truck and instead of making it right by offering to help with repairs their response was: Sorry its a used truck and you bought it as is. Steer clear of these people because all they care about is $$$ and not customers!!!

Don’t buy car here, or think three times before you go here. I bought a cruze, it was good when test drive, the next day, coolant leak and oil leak was found on this car, it costs me 1800 dollars to fix the problem. Think twice, think more before you buy a car from here because they hide problems, I have spent 4000 dollars on repair already. This is the worst dealer ever.
