The slight problem I had was I couldn’t get the back of my phone repaired because it would cost an extra 80$ so I decided to do only front for 100$ which is half the price compared to other places. I had a broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy S8. I called around and Fixaphone gave me the best price. I took it in today and the people were very nice and knowledgeable. It took a little longer than expected so they repaired the glass on the back at no cost. I highly recommend them.

I only gave it 1 star because I cannot give 0. I went in to have my phone repaired. Slightly more expensive but I took that as a sign of quality service. This morning I went for a run and came back with a dead phone. Not sure if humidity from the air or sweat from my palm was the cause, but I have never had water damage because I held my phone while running. After looking closely, I could see cracks in my phone where it was not closed up well which allowed water and dirt to find its way in when it should not have.

Honestly, the guys who work here are mazing. They were super considerate and even extended their open time to fix my phone. They didnt have to do that and Im extremely grateful for the kindness. On top of that, since it was just the removal of a broken bonded glass, he didnt charge me. The kindness is so welcome, especially during all this sickness where people are being selfish and stuff. Will definitely be using this location for anything i need.

This place was amazing! My S9+ glass screen was cracked and spider webbing and I just got my Galaxy S9+ screen repaired by this place for a great price. I called at least 15 other places before calling these guys and every other place kept telling me that they dont just repair the cracked Glass that I would have to have the LCD and glass kit replaced due to the LCD almost always becoming damaged trying to take off the screen, and these other businesses were quoting me at almost $300!!! So after coming across Fixaphone I called and then explained my situation about just needing a Cracked Screen Repair NOT the LCD etc. asked if they could repair my Glass Screen and how long would it take, and how much would they charge. They told me yes and 1 hour, and $160. Brought it in and they did exactly what they said! I actually believe it was less than an hour and my phone was already repaired! I would highly recommend you bring your phone repair issues to them. So glad I found this place. 100 star rating from me!

Took my iPhone in after a failed screen replacement. Since the phone was not able to be powered on when I took it in I was totally at the mercy of these people once I gave my approval to fix the phone. Needless to say it wasnt repairable the radio would not connect to the service provider. I understand that I possibly I could have damaged this when taking it apart. However, I know that they swapped out my perfectly functioning battery with one that would not hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. I do not know what else they salvaged from my phone but they pretty much made the phone worthless even from a salvage value standpoint. This place seemed to be very responsive and helpful. However, if as in my case, you are relying on a business/persons integrity keep looking. There is a reason they have a six foot wall in front of their repair area in their shop. Make sure you verify everything is working on your phone with them before allowing them to go ahead with a screen repair!

They fixed my screen and it glitches real bad also acts slow when I paid Sam the receipt said I have a 18 day warranty and it’s been 5 days and they don’t want to give me my warranty because the screen glitches don’t go here they have lost my business

I brought in my Samsung Edge 6 for repair and couldnt believe how inexpensive it was to replace the battery compared to other places. I also asked for the charging port to be replaced, but the tech (his name is T) said the port was fine, the problem was the bad cable. I very much appreciate his honesty, the extremely fast, same day service -- T had my phone repaired within an hour. IMPRESSIVE!! Do yourself a favor and go see T! Best service I have received from any cell phone / tablet repair shop in DFW - and I have used several. I have older equipment which these guys keep working at very reasonable prices. In fact, when I take in my old iPhone for lightning connector problems, they simply clean out the port and never charge me - NEVER. They have replaced the screen on my iPhone - very low price and very quick service and with no follow-on problems - the repair quality is good. They have replaced parts on an old Samsung tablet, pointing out to me poor repair done elsewhere and these guys fixed that repair - again, the repair works. Quality of work is excellent. Highly recommended

These guys are the real deal!! They fixed my phone in an hour. When others said it would take a couple of days. They also charged me a quarter of what others were charging for the repair. Which, by the way, was not an easy job. But Tom got my phone just like new again. Dont waste time with the others. Just bring your phone here. And they will do the rest.

My Samsung phone suddenly stopped receiving my e mails and I was unable to determine the cause. I stopped in at Fixaphone to get help after the AT&T store wanted to sell me a new phone for $713.00. The owner spent about 10 minutes checking the phone and determined that an app had somehow been turned off, and corrected the problem. E-mail now works fine ! Told me there was no charge for his time. Wonderful, friendly service, and I cant recommend anything but five stars.

CAUTION FRAUD PEOPLE I would NOT recommend this place. We didnt feel great about the place when we walked in and while we were there, they turned away four people saying they couldnt fix the problem. I came for an iPhone 6 screen replacement and they tried 4 different screens, none of which would respond to touch once put on. They told me my phone had touching disease and that there was nothing they could do. Had them put the old cracked screen back on (which works) and went somewhere else where they had no problem fixing the screen for a cheaper price.

This is the second time these amazing people have fixed my phone! Great low price, quick speedy service, and always done right. If you need your screen fixed this is the place to go:) I highly recommend it!

I was treated very unfairly at this location? I called and was provided a quote. Arrived in less than 5 minutes. Was advised it would take 15-20 minutes. No problem. They took my phone to the back. These other people walked in... about 15 minutes after me. They were very rude and aggressive . So rude and aggressive that I almost recorded the interaction. They had the same exact phone I had. Their phone was just way more cracked than mine and their LCD needed to be repaired... in which they made a big deal about the pricing. I stayed the whole 45 minutes they were preparing my phone. The other people left. As soon as they walked in... their phone was finished. So I spoke up and asked why/how was their phone finished before mine when I had been waiting and we had the same exact phone and my phone required less work?! Their response we had a different technician working on it! Total BS! I advised them that I would never be coming back there again as I felt they were treated as if they were superior vs myself! My phone was finished 10 minutes later! Right when they were closing!

Ill tell you what these guys are the best when it comes to phones. I dont usually mess around with phones so.i come here. They take care of me every time. There always busy so you got to catch them on a slow day. They are always helpful and very cheap! I went to another place and they charged me $100 more then the other place.

It will not allow me to post without pressing a star, this place does not deserve even one star. The service is so bad and rude We have the battery replace on our phone. we went back because our daughter drop the phone and had nothing to do with the battery and now we were told that the battery was defective and its expanding. I told the person that they are the one that replace the battery a few months ago (2) and if it is defective they need to change with no charge. they said no because the warranty is only for 14 days, thats why we are giving you a discount because its a defective battery, but the warranty is over. The fact that he admitted they placed a defective battery but they wont replace it. they want to charge. They even said that they dont keep the record of the receipt. Do you believe a company without a record of receipt? I will not recommend this place and I will not advise any of you to go to this place they are going to rip you off and give you battery that are defective and charge you again for a replacement.

This is my first time to come to this store and I met with Tom. Tom is great, I purchased a Samsung galaxy S6 but my girlfriend doesn’t like the phone so I decide to come back and get my refund back.
