When I walked into this store I was greeted immediately. The store was absolutely clean. Vanessa helped me with my upgrade and was transparent with what I was purchasing and helped me get the best plan for myself. I high recommend this store and Vanessa.
David is a fantastic employee who helped me set up my moms new phone with our existing phone plan. Everyone at this store is friendly and pleasant, Ill definitely be coming back!

I had no intentions on trading in my phone the day I entered the store, nor was I ready to give up the phone I had for 3 years because it fit so well. I had a plan on switching to T Mobile because its less expensive than Verizon (which was the service provider I was with). But Elizabeth found the right phone along with the right phone case to fit and put together a plan that worked and fit into my budget, so she made it easy for me to move forward on buying the phone, switching my services, it took a good minute to transfer all of my information, photos and messages to the new phone but it is a good deal and I am satisfied. Thanks again Elizabeth, youre awesome!

I came by to ask some questions about a plan. Made a very good impression, very polite and knowledgeable. I changed from ATT to T-Mobile because the staff really showed the desire to help! It took a few hours because Att was slowing down the process. Happy I made the switch, thanks Jesus and Jorge!
Great store! Great experience! I have been to many T-mobile stores and by far this one is my favorite! I’m always going to visit this store if I have a problem with my phone etc. Great costumer service. Friendly staff! Have had good experiences with this store previously but will never go back. Waited for around 20 minutes to try and change the phone plan my wife and I had to one that would save us some money. After waiting patiently, were told by a heavy set Hispanic girl who worked in the store Why dont we just call the call center, they can do everything we can. I again stated that we just wanted to ask a couple of questions about our plan, she said something to the effect that it would take some time, heavily nuanced that it was wasting hers. I mentioned that it was, to the best of my understanding, her job to help us out, and that we have in fact been waiting for around 20 minutes. She stated again that I may as well call the call center, at which point I left and did exactly that: Its not your place to tell me why Im in your store. I understand you need to make sales, and that there is probably some kind of a reward scheme to make the company more money, however this is not my issue. I am not a rude or difficult person, I also work in the IT industry and know what Im talking about, therefore Im sure would not have taken more than 10 minutes of your time. However, that is irrelevant. Basic courtesy and economics dictates that if you treat people like garbage, they wont come back. Peace out.

Went in this store to upgrade 3 phones and add another line... when we walked in there was 1 employee helping a couple. Sat down for about 15 minutes, never did he acknowledge us. Tell us hed be with us shortly NOTHING! So we left... didnt even care. Didnt even turn our direction. We then went to the one on Broadway by 30. Got 4 of the top phones, a speaker, a iPad and 2 watches. His loss!! Its all about customer service guy and you have zero.
This sprint store has just reopened on 3/1/18. It is now a corporate own store. New management and staffing eager to help you with all your needs!!!
A very friendly and helpful team of TMobile staff at the Garland (30 & beltline) store. Jorge was extremely patient in helping me move my 5 phones from AT&T to T-Mobile. Very professional in explaining process, what I can expect and letting me know the features included in my TMobile business plan. I neve felt rushed when asking questions, despite how busy they were. I very much appreciated the helpfulness in talking with the AT&T reps and Samsung person regarding the unlocking issue. Jorge and later Javier both assisted me to get switched over from AT&T to T-Mobile, replace 1 phone w/a promo cost phone and all for a much better cost than I was paying w/AT&T. Thank you Jorge, Javier and T-Mobile staff for all your help and getting me to a successful resolution with working phone and a more cost effective plan.

Did not like what these employees call customer service. Lady was very unprofessional. They were not helpful, too busy joking around with each other. Lady erased over 200 photos off my phone when I questioned her several times if they or contact numbers would be deleted. I definitely would not recommend this place for any type of service and the female Manger is a joke!

These people are useless at their jobs. They had no knowledge of their current plans offered on the website and wanted to see my phone to look up what it was. Once they did that they didnt know how to change my plan to that plan. Meanwhile the man next to me was also trying to get new service and they had no luck with him either. So I went to my car, called T-Mobile service and I got the plan I needed in 2 minutes.I had been here a month earlier to get new service. The same young woman that tries to use a tablet for everything lied to me and told me my phone number would transfer over in 5 minutes, then in an hour, then said it takes three hours and they closed. Turned out it took a week. I had no phone for a WEEK! I had paid extra $20 for service in Mexico that never worked. And once it did work I got a message that data cost extra. I dont fault T-Mobile, I fault the manager and staff at this particular store. Go somewhere else,to another location they have no intention much less the ability to help anybody. AVOID THIS STORE!
I first went to this location about 2 weeks ago and bought a case and screen protector for my moms Iphone 8. The guy who sold it to me was really helpful and fast. I went again 02-16-2019 and bought my dad a new iphone 8 along with a case and screen protector. Izmeen helped me out this time and made the whole process fast and she even helped put the screen protector and case on the phone. I definitely recommend this Sprint store to anyone. Customer Service has always been perfect.
Not the best customer service. I went to the store to get 2 devices because a rep over the phone said I could get 2 phones zero down or pay anything upfront. I relayed the message to the two representatives. They said no that’s not correct information. You can get a phone zero down but I will still need to pay taxes and an upgrade fee. So I left. I called T-MOBILE’s customer service and I got 2 Iphone XR’s for zero down and zero upfront fees. The representative over the phone acknowledged that I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 5 years and gave me 5 star customer service. I will never go back to that store.👎🏼
I just get a new phone and the girl Stephanie was very lazy and rude. She lied and told me that the only way I could update the name on my account was to do it by phone with customer service however when I spoke with customer service they said that it could only be done by going online or by someone in the store why would she lie and she didnt even assist me with learning to use the phone terrible customer service Stephanie do not let her half ass help you
The 2 employees in todays shift Sunday 10/28/18 at 5:20 pm do not care about making a sale. ( One of them named Joisar or somthing like that ) They have no customer service at all. Never smiled and never seemed happy or eager to make a sale. I went in there trying to buy a Galaxy note 9 in cash ( pay full price ) because I need it to give it as a gift to someone also using t-mobile. They started making all kind of excuses about how I needed to add it to the persons account and blah blah blah. Its a surprise gift how am I supposed to call that person to let her know Im buying her a phone? Even after saying that I agree to the conditions one of the guys tells me that the other guys has the last call and he needs to make the decision. What??? All those troubles to buy a phone. They made all these excuses. In the end I just left and went to another t-mobile where they were so happy to sell me the phone quickly and without excuses. I recommend to go to other tmobiles around the area and avoid going to this one.
This is my favorite Sprint store, the service is always top notch and they take care of all of my wireless needs.

Employee did not know how to process a jump upgrade, just made things up as she went along and was rude about the situation. Called customer care they let me know what the employee had said was wrong and noted my account with the correct information, ended up going to another T-Mobile store and they got it right the first time! Avoid this store if you value your time and money.

Go to this store - They have NO LINES unlike Town East and Centerville locations.. They are very friendly and have pretty good deals.. If youre looking to buy then go to this location.. They dont have Service and Repair but they usually try to look at it.

Went there yesterday at 8:30 (they close at 9). We went to purchase a new phone, once we walk in the guy says all T-Mobile systems are down. I left and called the location on Town East and I was told no that their systems were up. Bad service, they didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. They were on the chairs doing circles and on their phones. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

Go to anther sprint store this place is horrible. This place is not very knowledgeable messed up on my order so asked for a refund and was told they couldnt give me my money back that I paid cash for and said I had to have it put towards credit. Asked about a manager and was told she was not in that she was out and didnt know when she would be back. All I was asking for was just to refund my money after they messed up!!!

They stand there talking to eachother. While they clearly see customers waiting the customer has to approach them to attend them. And I had called in a little bit earlier than when I went. To see if they had a phone they said yess and when I got there 10 min later they didnt have it
Every time I have to come to this location I have problems. Rude, seemingly untrained employees. Its a shame that I have to drive more than 10 minutes to another location when this one is literally around the corner from my home. Ive put in complaints about this store previously but nothing gets better Whoever runs this location needs to rebuild from the bottom.
Horrible. Every time I go up there I have an issue. Nobody knows anything or knows how to do anything. If the manager isnt there then they are all stumped. Seems like there is no training other than how to log in. I absolutely hate that store. If I could rate it 0 stars then I would.
