I do not recommend this place! If you want to return a phone, they will charge you $ 50 dollars and if you ask them to change it, they tell you they have no more! What kind of store is this? They are only interested in grabbing money! Do not buy in this store!

Ive got 3 2013 Nexus 7 Android tablets. One of them got a crack in the screen a couple months ago. So I took it to a cell phone shop in Wylie. It cost over $100 to have the screen replaced and it doesnt work always work perfectly. So when another one was dropped and the screen cracked, I needed to find another place to fix it.iRepair was within 2 miles of our house. Price to replace the screen was $70. The tech was Ha (pronounced Hai). She did a great job. Screen works perfectly. I also bought 3 tempered glass protectors for our Nexuses. She put them all on very smoothly. I always have lots of bubbles when I do it.I definitely recommend this store and this tech!!

They repaired an iPad Pro 12.9 that would not power up, just out of Warranty. Work was done promptly and at a very fair price. A good experience!!

After having multiple different phone repair stores attempting to fix my iPhone this store seems to be the only one to actually know what went wrong and fix it the RIGHT way. With any other store I went to they would fix it and next thing you know something else goes wrong. This is my go to store if I have ANY problems. They are very fast and affordable. Dee is the best one there in my opinion and is always so helpful!

Thank you! Childs Samsung Galaxy S6 (yes we always stay many versions behind as a cost savings) got the purple screen of death yesterday. Was solid black by today. We knew phone was still working though as the alarms were still going off. I had the same phone that had died last year, but kept it just for grins. Since my screen was in perfect condition, we hoped kids phone just had a screen issue. So we took both phones here and they switched the motherboard/battery from kids phone to my dead phones frame. Viola. Kid happy and mom happy. Very reasonable cost, and fixed in about 30 minutes. Also had them add glass screen protector before we left. Will definitely return!!! (Note we went here after first visiting the authorized Samsung repair center on Spring Creek. They refused to do the swap as I asked, as they must follow Samsung rules and make customer pay for new parts so they can provide warranty. I didnt care about a warranty, but they still refused. So their loss on this one, and iRepairs gain)

Was not open during posted business hours on 12/15. I waited 20 before minutes before leaving. Not sure if this is common here, but there is another review that mentioned this as well. Take note if youre planning on going 1st thing when they open.

Dont go anywhere else. Took my wifes iphone 6 to get that glass changed and the dude did it in like 20 minutes. Also it was like $30 cheaper than the Apple store.

Sprint suggested I go there for repair but it was a worthless trip.Not open on time and didnt have the part to fix my common device.

After some issues at the beginning the manager made sure to make things right by getting to me to fix the problem and also gave me a discount.
