They were closed before their listed hours of operation. A hand written sign that said Closed :( was posted on the door. Im guessing the kids that work here run the shop.

Came there earlier today and before I walked inside I smelled the most disgusting stench coming from inside the store.. when I walked in it just smelled like a dead animal or something rotting.. Something just seems off to me.I got a horrible headache after I left.

This store is literally overpriced for no reason.

Went in to look around at 3:40 10/11/20, no one greeted us as we walked in (there was only 3 other customers in the store) no offer for help. Terrible customer service, barley any clothes. Definitely not returning here. The man at checkout was nice.

Inexperienced staff are left to man the store on their own. Poor management. Horrible customer service as a result and that is solely due to poor management. How do you staff a store with employees who don’t know how to process a return and the only resolution is to ask the customer to come back tomorrow when the manager is there? Ridiculous and a colossal waste of time. Again, that’s a management problem. They’re setting these young kids up to fail.

COME TO THIS LOCATION! Outstanding place to shop at! I went there to go find a birthday gift for my daughter and the associates brought out outfits for me to chose from. Very good environment for teens to get their clothes from especially a good place to work at if you’re starting off on a new job everyone was so sweet to me can’t wait to come back!

Im a chunky girl for one and I felt like a lot of the clothes didnt fit my body type (Ive got a pear same body and a butt). Its a cute store but its not for my body though. :(

I guess you have to be a certain type of skin color to be greeted. All I want is “hey guys, welcome”Management: if you don’t like what I just said, roll the tape and see for yourself. I posted this comment about 10 minutes after I left the shop.

The workers here act like they’re in high school and if you don’t dress a certain way or wear a quadruple zero you’re not good enough to even talk to but you know they’re talking about you negatively, which makes checking out extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention they are extremely unprofessional and I couldn’t even tell who was actually an employee. I’m never coming back here because the employees for the past 2 or 3 times have treated me like human garbage and surprisingly they have been different employees every time. I have never been treated this bad before and I have never even been driven to write a review for a store, but I don’t want anyone else to experience their “customer service”. I have noticed that every other pacsun has treated me and everyone else in the store with respect and without bias, just not this pacsun.

If you really enjoy pacsun, do yourself a favor and visit another location. This store is very run-down, their Check-out system is slow/out of date and the customer service is horrible. The kids they hire as clerks and managers are there just to click in and out. The door alarm system is broken with no plans on fixing so spare yourself the embarrassment of having people think you’re a shoplifter anytime you enter or leave the store

Website said the store was open when i got there it was locked up chains on the door.

Very easy and nice place to shop in with a nice selection of clothes and a very friendly and helpful staff! They were more than kind to help me find the shirts I was looking for, especially the assistant manager Ximena.

Customer service was great as soon as i walked in the people that work there are very welcoming. best pacsun location in DFW

Starting off both of the workers where really rude dancing around taking videos so unprofessional one off them the girl was juuling are they allowed to I don’t know but the guy was rude didn’t even give us a bag for the shirt until I started making a face they girl would whisper something in the guys ear & I think she thought we stole something but we didn’t they guy thru the bag at my friend .
