The manager there Jonathan is beyond helpful & knows his stuff!! I was totally clueless how it worked when a popular shoe drops but he broke it all the way down & was so patient & I really needed it!!! Thank You again!! Downloading the App like he suggested now!

Great and outstanding customer service. The young man that helped us was polite and didnt mind switching out the size the a larger size 3 times. Definitely a store where they love their customers and its shows !!!!!!! Ill be coming back here for other shoe purchases. The two ladys were helpful not very pushy on the up sell as they are trained to do. I found some nikes that I liked and felt like this was way easier to do in my neighborhood rather than going to the mall and having to deal with the crowds.I just parked right in front of this store and walking 5 steps and I was inside looking for shoes. They have sale items but I feel that an outlet could be cheaper. But if you rather pay a few extra bucks and be in and out and close to home this is it.

Went in the store today and Wilma and Adrian were awesome. These two beautiful young women helped me find exactly what I was looking for to buy. Major kudos to thier service. The regional manager needs to buy them a lunch out at Applebees, Im just an old 40 something year old guy that got treated like a VIP. Thank you ladies, yall were so nice and accommodating.

Took forever to get help to but my daughter some shoes. Then I didnt even get a receipt for my purchase

Picked up some air max 90s one started leaking air it would make a hiss noise every step after a couple days and I called and they told me to bring them in and they swapped them out for a new pair no questions asked.

Small location. This location doesnt have much inventory from my experiences, honestly. (I would just go to the mall)The customer service here hasnt been that great...
