We really like their staff here, friendly, helpful and are always with smiles. :)The environment is cozy. Take out service is fast. And it is located in a very convenient location. Just right by I-635 exit 11A. It has become a regular coffe shop me and my friends visit. :)

It took 20 minutes to go thru the drive thru to get a drink. Employees were nice but 20 minutes is ridiculous. You are only making drinks and no one was picking up multiples.

Very upset with this store. I wanted a drink that came with heavy cream your worker said due to shortages you cant use heavy cream for the drinks, I told her you needed to put a sign and was rude about it. ON TOP of that they did not make my daughters pink drink correctly. Oh BTW the other Starbucks have had no issues with making my drink as I asked for. Nor ever mention about the shortage of heavy cream.

Not sure if its just a rough day, but this is the 2nd place Ive been in a row today where I have ordered online ahead of time, and upon my arrival THE ASSOCIATES DID NOT RECOGNIZE OR EVEN GREET ME AS A CUSTOMER. This has resulted in me waiting around for my items, as I watch others who come in after me, be greeted, and get their items before me.

The WORST Starbucks I’ve came across yet. I went inside to place an order at 9:08 pm and I didn’t walk out with my drink until 9:30 pm... I understood that it was busy and waited very patiently, but what blew my mind is that my drink was already finished and had been sitting behind the counter, although nobody had called my name saying it was ready. I finally spoke up because the drink wasn’t moving, all the employees kept walking past it and it looked similar to what I ordered. Come to find out, the drink that had been sitting behind was actually mine. I shouldn’t have to ask if my drink is ready, that’s the employees job not mines. At the very least, I could’ve gotten an apology for the long wait, but the employee just handed my drink and remained quiet. The first and last time I will be to this Starbucks.

November 18th 2020 12:52 pm. I walk into the store. Heidi and Beth are the first two people I see behind the counter. Neither one welcomes or greets me or other customers walking in.I stood at the counter for 2 minutes before Heidi acknowledged i was there. Beth looked my way,but never said a peep . This Starbucks is missing what its suppose to have. There isnt anything that sets this coffee shop aside from all the other ones. 7-11 has better hospitality. I feel like some Starbucks are loosing their touch;such as, this location. Something needs to change because this Starbucks doesnt feel like one.

I’m used to waiting a long time when I go to most Starbucks, but on this location not only did they take long, but they served me a cold/raw sandwich. I didn’t wanna make a big deal about it, mistakes happen. What bothered me was the fact that the cashier didn’t apologize or acknowledge me at all. To top it off, it’s not the first time this has happened and the iced coffee ordered tasted like cold water with a hint of coffee. Horrible experience overall.

Unfortunately, customer service at this particular is lacking tremendously. I generally order using the mobile app so that I am able to quickly get in and out. The last two times Ive ordered, staff members neither greeted me nor acknowledged that I was even there to pick up an order even though I was standing in the designated area for mobile orders. When asked about the proper procedures for clarification, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I will be spending my money elsewhere. I would also not recommend this particular store for a quick Starbucks run because there is nothing efficient about the experience.

Customer service was awful. I work in the food service industry and have been for a while, and the service was trash. I would like to point out that our drive-thru cashier, Giselle, was being passive aggressive and not helpful towards us. The Starbucks at this location needs to hire kinder employees.

When I got to order I was asked to wait. 10 minutes go by and they tell me they’re out of the drink I want. Worse Starbucks to order from especially if you’re in a rush. It can be 2 cars in front of it and it’ll still take 30 minutes just for you to get the chance to order and more than likely they’ll be out of whatever you want

My daughter and husband at 7:50 pm decided to drive LITERALLY up the street to this Starbucks to get some frappes before he headed to work. He calls me at 8:40 to tell me he’s still waiting in line. He calls back 5 minutes later to say his order hadn’t even been started yet, so in all this quick drive up the street turned into an hour affair and caused him to run late to work. In my humble opinion there is no coffee worth waiting an hour in line for. And no he couldn’t get out of the line because he was in a very low car and the drive thru line is enclosed. It’s called customer service, get better at it!

Slowest line everrrrrrrr! there was 5 cars in front in me, placed an online order at home planning on getting it quicker and speeding up the process. I waited an hour in line, an hour!!! when i finally got to the window they didn’t even know what order i had, i told them i was picking up an online order and then rudely told me i should of said that at the speaker when i clearly had and she had said okay. So i had to wait for them to barely make my order after the hour i had already spent there waiting to even reach the window, when the app had said it would of been ready in 7-11 minutes. i don’t know what slows them down so much since they don’t even have orders ready. the employees have a nasty attitude and don’t seem a bit happy to be there, absolutely don’t recommend this location! would of left if i wasn’t in between cars.

There were 2 white customers in the store without masks meanwhile the rest had on them. It was strange to me because it is against Texas law and many places would stop them as soon as they enter. They leaned over the counter to grab the straws and nobody said anything. I, with a mask on, got the drinks without straws so I leaned over the counter and grabed 2. The barrista with dyed hair got upset, told me to ask them first and took the jar off the counter. I knew they did that due to safety issue. However, I didnt understand why they didnt do the same thing to other 2 white customers. Perhaps, an immigrant like me didnt do what 2 American just did earlier in the right way?

Today Saturday December 5th 8:30. We placed and order thru phone like we normally do. When we got there they asked us what did we ordered??? And messed up our order and taste and everything. I have been drinking this for years and I know my exact taste and everything. I have been going to Broadway one next to Walmart. And they hired new people and messes up my taste and everything so I came to this place and I never had any issue until today. I didn’t see the regular today. Usually white tall lady and African American male(sorry I don’t know their names) are doing my orders and they never mess it up. Today I didn’t see who did it but completely messed up my order and taste. I am paying 5$ for a cup of coffee for the taste of not I can make it home. When I pay premium for a cup of coffee I should expect quality. I will try one more time if not I will stop it for ever.

Youd think drive-thru service is quicker but that is not the case here, this Starbucks service is very slow. I had to wait more than 15 minutes at the window for my second drink, meanwhile other orders were ready and being made. There were 4 employees working and a manager. On top of that, my drink wasnt made correctly, tried to get their attention and got nothing.

Im so sorry to put 2 stars but every time i come here to pick up my order if not messed up my order then it will be customer service. last week i came in to pick up my coffee the lady told. me to get in the line right where the mobile pick up station ( just only me in the store) then they just ignore me after that put me to another line. Made me wait even i placed my order 20mins before i got to the store. Some female staffs just ignore the customer when i walked in and kept talking to others. Like no one there

OMG the young man at the counter needs to be preparing the drinks. He was very rude to several people even going so far as the tell a lady that had been waiting over 30 minutes that he had given her the order already. She said if you had I wouldnt still be here. He rolled his eyes, huffed, and said I guess well make another one. Smh. I ordered a tea and lemonade combo with a pumpkin bread and though my bread was ready in 5 minutes (I ordered at 7:27) I didnt get my venti lemonade until 8:01am. I was shocked. Never have I ever had to wait so long for a simple drink. They truly lacked organization. I will probably go to the one by my job from now on or just stick with 7-11 for my coffee.

I have gone to this store a handful of times. They get it wrong every time. Its a simple cold brew with salted caramel cream. It calls for 4 shot of caramel flavor, ice, and cream on top. Not added cream! and they NEVER give shots of flavor. They are supposed to know their job better than I do. ITS ON THE MENU! Im disgusted.

Would recommend placing a mobile order & picking up inside at this location versus sitting in the drive-thru if in a rush. Im not sure if short staffed, but drive-thru at 7pm took 10 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me.

Fantastic service! I was in and out very fast and was welcomed warmly. After I gave my drink order, the cashier asked me for my name spelling (I usually get Aaron, which is the boy spelling).
