Went in for some last minute shopping, Maggie was so helpful and so personal!! Keep doing your thing queen!!! Aside from my wonderful experience, this location is always so* clean. As a previous Ulta employee, I appreciate a well maintained store with great employees. 10/10!!!

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR HAIR CUT. The lady (who I will not name) was extremely nice but she did a horrific job on my hair. Was so nonchalant about my haircut. Had to correct her to fix my part 3 times and even then while she was cutting didnt even section it off like people always do, just walked around cutting away. Cut it WAY shorter than I wanted. I asked for side swept bangs, she just parted my hair far over to the side and cut it a little shorter than the shortest layer and said she would blend it when my hair was dry, she didnt even do that. The appointment was supposed to be for and hour and 1/2, it only lasted 30 minutes. She didnt even bother to fully dry and style my hair!!!! She scrunched it with gel and diffused it when I asked for it to be curled. Im so unbelievably upset. Ive come to Ulta for years to get my hair cut but I will NEVER be back.

The whole store is LGBTQ friendly. The salon is a safe space with talented stylists. Sidney is a magician, any look you bring she can do.

The people there are wonderful. They instantly helped me and filled in any questions I had about which solution would be beneficial to my skin.She even warned me about the short-term side effects that would usually turn me off for a second round at a store. Honestly is the best policy in my book. Transparency....woooooowwowowowowlol

I had my hair cut yesterday. The stylist didnt blink an eye tackling my very long hair. She was so very nice and helpful. I love my cut! The stylist even help me choose a brush to help me style my hair. I will definitely return.

Ive had a few issues in the past when ordering online and picking up in store. As well as an eyeshadow palette being broken when purchased. The staff here have always been very quick and helpful when resolving any problems Ive had. The store is also mostly clean and organized.

Love this location! Ladies are kind and helpful. In my experience, cashiers are graceful under pressure when there are long lines. Returns, exchanges and purchases are smooth. I’d like to praise Christina for her knowledgeable and genuine friendly assistance! She knows beauty and skincare, and gave me insights I’ve been seeking answers to. She listens to your needs and intuitively knows where to direct the consultation. This Ulta is my preferred location, though there are 4 to choose from within the same distance. Wonderful positive changes from years ago! Props to whoever is managing this location. Keep up the awesome job!

Christina with E Lauder was great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Ulta staff was friendly and offered to help as soon as I entered the store.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on skincare. So many products. So many regimens. With no luck, whatsoever. It’s frustrating and tiring, and with keratosis, it was kind of like a hopeless case for me.This last try go-around, I was using The Ordinary brand which left me with embarrassing bumps and lesions on my face. It was humiliating to even show my face, and I didn’t even want to try anything new because I was so fed up.Adrian helped me out at this location with such a beautiful and helpful personality. He didn’t try to pass judgment on my issue, but instead was extremely understanding. He sold me products based on his personal experience and knowledge with them rather than trying to sell me the most expensive products. I really appreciated how educated he was, and the fact that he didn’t BS me in anyway - just told me the truth.I haven’t had the chance to try these products yet to see how well they work for me, but even after this one interaction, I can trust to go back to this Ulta to see Adrian for any more issues I might have! I found his demeanor to be incredibly comforting.Adrian, I might end up owing you my first born child thanks to your help with a lifelong problem! Leave my will to you. Get your name tattooed. Lmfao! Thank you so much for your help, and I hope Ulta recognizes your brilliance as much as your customers do.

Got my eyebrows done here recently and loved the girl at the beauty bar! She was super friendly and took care of the mess I had on my forehead. Highly recommend

They used to have samples. I dont like shelling out money if it breaks me out and thats generally what happens

Zero hassle and stress free when I needed to return an item that was faulty. Simple phone call, spoke with the manager, she quickly looked up my receipt and said they would gladly exchange it. Coming from the professional side of the beauty industry, it means so much that I can get that type of great customer service!

Most unorganized Ulta staff - if the website says something don’t expect them to have knowledge of it and apparently you’re supposed to know that you have to add a Free gift to your cart for them to fulfill it on your order. Good luck finding a free-gift to add to your cart because the option to do-so doesn’t exist. Best advice if you love Ulta - choose a different location!

Let me just say that I love going to this location! It’s not only super close to my house but the customer service is to die for! Leah is freaking awesome! She really catered to my skin care needs! My skin was doing pretty rough & she came up with a regiment for me that actually worked & I am very thankful for that! She helped answer all of my questions & was very determined to get me the right products that would help my skin! Thank you Leah YOU ARE THE BEST!

I ordered my daughter a last minute gift and was in and out fast on my way home from work.

This is going to be a long (but good!) review, so bear with me! I called and scheduled a brow appointment, as the place I used to go was far from where I lived and hit or miss on the quality of their work, and this location is so much more convenient for me. Jennifer was the gal who did my brow appointment, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, very gentle, and incredibly helpful. While she was waxing and tweezing my brows, she would occasionally hand me the mirror to show me what she was doing. I dont wear makeup and am pretty clueless when it comes to beauty-related things, and she walked me through every step on how to make my thicker brows look their best. I greatly appreciated everything that she told me, as I had never been told any of it before! This was also the first time that my brows werent all red and bumpy afterwards, so I will definitely come back here to get my brows done next time! After my appointment, I was searching for some clear brow gel, as my thicker brows often get unruly. Leia asked me if I needed any help, and she was so kind in helping me find what I needed. She walked to several sections of the store with me and gave her thoughts and suggestions on the different kinds of clear brow gel. If it werent for her help, I likely would have gotten frustrated and overwhelmed and would have just gone with the cheapest thing I could find. Thank you so much, Jennifer and Leia, for making my first visit to Ulta a great one!
