The employees are what make this store so easy & enjoyable (great cosmetics dept. doesnt hurt either)! Sams a keeper!

Seriously the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. They never have anything, tons of empty shelves. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I won’t anymore. Total waste of time.

Beyond HIPAA violations and the rude pharmacy staff. This CVS lacks in everyway. I have a problem with my account, scripts, and experience filling scrips EVERYTIME I COME HERE. Everytime its a mistake on the pharmacies end. Insurance isnt accepted at Walgreens down the road, I have no idea why my job partners with Caremark when their main retail pharmacy is absolutely abysmal. Not only is the pharmacy incompetent at best, they have literally laughed in my face for asking how they lost my saved script like I was crazy for suggesting there was one. But sure enough they had it and no apology given. Ive been on hold for over an hour, hung up on 3 times, and absolutely dismissed everytime. The only thing saving this CVS is the retail staff who were kind enough to do the pharmacys job for them and take care of my problem because they wouldnt pick up the phone. So sad and honestly a huge waste of time. I would rather pay full price for medications at the Walgreens down the street on Broadway just because they have never caused problems and are courteous.

Drive through will take an hour for 4 cars, I dont understand why they wont ask people to come inside or come back if theyre waiting for a rx. Instead we have to sit in 100° weather in TX in drive through

This is the WORST cvs pharmacy ! It is dirty....cashiers are unhelpful...I bought one of the quick meals from the refrigerator section....and it was like 3 months expired....please dont waste your time at this place....👎

Showed up 10 minutes early for a COVID test I’ve now been waiting 22 minutes and still haven’t receive anything very incompetent people.

I think its the worst cvs pharmacy, I live nearby and thats why I have to go there but even if I drive further away Im going to change

CVS pharmacy has money gram in there but says you have to call money gram customer service before picking up from this location !! Called the customer service and was on hold for 30 mins. This is 2020 get it together !! Smh

My experience at this location was absolutely horrible!!!! I go to this location to pick up a weekly ad and to also print out coupons. As I was doing so today, I felt as if I was a target based on my race and due to me going directly to the cosmetic dept. In which may be a very heavy traffic area in their store (not sure). I obtained a $3 off coupon for a loreal product and quickly ran to the racks to see what I could get. I am a makeup artist, and when I go to stores I tend to try out the product First. Yes, I know its inappropriate... but some stores either have testers or will write it off. Anyhow, immediately after opening the package and grabbing another one still packaged I was heading to the cash register to purchase all while swatching the product on my hand. The sales associate by the name of Mohamed asked me “How many of those do you plan on opening” ? In a way as if I was stealing it. I had not put this product in my purse .. AT ALL! Once again... I was heading to the register as he stopped me. The way he asked me was in a way that he gets a kick out of catching shoplifters. I was completely blind sided and stunned at the way he approached me and his deliverance was horrible and embarrassing actually... I explain to him that I was only testing the product out.. Ive never had this experience at a retail store EVER, and I work retail In a makeup store... I would never approach any potential shoplifters as such. That was the worst experience shopping at CVS and I love that store!!!! Hence I get weekly ads and coupon on a weekly basis! I hope someone coached this guy on how to approach customers if he thinks its a shoplifting issue. I’ll also be leaving a review on google and contacting store manager. This was RIDICULOUS!

The gentleman with red hair is always so kind. The pharmacist was very helpful as well.

My experience here was HORRIBLE! The pharmacist argued with me up and down about meds my TWIN sister had in the system at another CVS! The only reason why I had to go there was because the CVS I usually use didn’t have it. Never will I go there.

Don’t try calling them. I sat on hold for over an hour. I will use Walgreens from now on. Never again will I use a CVS!

Very un organized, called to check the time my medication would be ready and they said 30min well came over and apparantly they just processed it and it would take about an 1hr. Horrible service.

I do not recommend this place to anyone for the pharmacy. Horrible service. They are always in a bad mood, snatch everything away, horrible customer service, and they are so slow. I was the only on there and they didnt even pay attention to me. They are the closest pharmacy to me, but Id rather drive far then to deal with them.

Ive never had a problem with this pharmacy. My scripts are always filled on time. The staff is always courteous to me and they do their jobs well.

Just pick another CVS pharmacy, or any other pharmacy. They do not communicate anything with you. I had an antibiotic called in for my daughter on a Saturday, called towards closing time to see if it was ready. Lo and behold they didnt even have it in stock and couldnt call in until TUESDAY! Understandable, but at least let me know!! Mind you my daughter is suffering from an infection. Tuesday rolls around, and again lo and behold, she says my insurance doesnt cover that medicine!!! $200. Again, thanks for that communication.

Transferred our prescriptions here because the local Walmart is awful. My wife and I assumed any pharmacy would be better than our local Walmart.... we are sadly mistaken. The line takes 40 minutes minimum and half the time they dont have your prescription ready even after they text you and tell you it is ready. Seriously pick ANY other pharmacy and you will be more satisfied than with the service provided here.

Too many times Ive waited on hold for almost an hour. Poor customer service in the pharmacy. Not even sure how its stayed in business. #CVS pharmacy sucks! They cant fill my prescription for my antiseizure med and instead of 1) getting pills from another shop or 2) transfer u to a shop that can fill it.... Nope well give u enough to NOT get u thru the weekend cuz were not going to bother to order that medicine til Monday and make u wait for it to come in. So u can play will I/wont I seize cuz patient care is not their #1 concern.

The lady in pharmacy has a bad attitude, I should have gotten her name. I call this morning about my daughter epipen explaining to her that Walgreens was on back orders and she was talking over me wouldn’t let me finish. She was very rude! I would never ever call them again.

This CVS pharmacy is horrible. They have screwed up my familys prescriptions on multiple occasions, including trying to charge me the full amount and then saying theres no insurance on file (even though I filled a prescription, using my insurance, just weeks prior), to losing a refill request then telling me the medicine doesnt have any refills left when, in fact, it does.Take my advice and use a different pharmacy unless you enjoy unnecessary headaches and frustration.

Victoria, was it really that hard for you to help my husband look to see if we had any coupons on our rewards card because your machine was broken? Telling him, well theres not normally coupons on kids medicines.Had you looked, we could have gotten $6 off for spending $30.Please pick another job that doesnt include customer service.

Worse pharmacy ever, you cannot understand what the pharmacist is saying or asking. If you have a question forget if you will never get an answer. Worse customer service, take for ever even when they have no people waiting, you have to repeat yourself over and over with the most simple things like a DOB, and forget about calling... I wish I could give them -1 star instead

Absolutely awful service. Waited in the pharmacy line for 45 minutes because they pharmacist doesn’t know how lines work and just kept calling random people over. Transferring my prescription to a different CVS.

Worse Pharmacy ever!!!!! I was dropping off a prescription for my child and the pharmacist told me to pick it up tomorrow but i asked her i can just wait or pick it up later because my son really needed the medicine and she told me to come inside so i did. As i was waiting my son threw up right their and then and she told me it would only take 5 mins for the medicine. She then comes back and tells me that my insurance is not on file! I explained to her that it should be on file and that i always come to this store to keep our prescriptions then she told me to wait again, she comes back and tells me that she needs an updated ins card on file that she would not give me the medication. I called my insurance pharmacy and they told me that they didnt even try to run the insurance! the pharmacist did not care all she wanted to do is leave because they were about to close!

My doctor accidentally sent my meds here, I thought, no big deal....WRONG!! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are very unorganized and S-L-O-W!! Only one lane open at drive through but also one lane open inside and only one slow guy checking people out. DO NOT COME HERE.

My doctor called in prescription on Thurday. Friday afternoon found out person in charge ordering meds is out may take two weeks or longer meds to be ready for pick up. No apology/sympathy. Wish I would be notified on Thursdays to notify my dr to transfer meds to another location unbelievable I have to wait Monday to talk to my doctor

Very poor service just moved to this location and never had an issue with getting my son and daughters proscriptions. Get here today after I dropped them off last week and nothing was filled. I understand that they have alot of people to get meds to, my point is my son has a phycologist he sees and also meds to help him coop with his diagnosis his dr gave him. My daughter has night problems and hers they only had enough for 5 days when she takes 3 times at night. Worst move and transfer ever. No wonder they dont have a rating over 2!

Went in there not too long ago actually and lady at pharmacy wouldn’t give my sister her prescription even though she gave her her date of birth and name. Lady goes on to ask questions she’s never asked before, like the doctors name and supervisors name. Even when we brought a paper with the information from the last prescription, that had all the same information for her to give us the new one, she kept insisting on the doctors name. So she left to help someone else then she proceeded to ignore us and help three other people until another worker there came and asked us if we needed help. She then told us that we had to call the office to find out the doctors name. By the doctors office was already closed. Not mad about having to wait but the thing that made us mad was the fact that everyone else who came in, she didn’t ask them any other questions except for their birth date and name then proceeded to check them out. We had our information and insurance card ready because usually it’s just a walk in and walk it ordeal but I don’t know why it was different today. Sucks because now my sister can’t get them until tomorrow.

Piss poor efficiency. texted rx was ready and it still took 35 minutes before i had it in my hands. pathetic operation here!

Its hit and miss when I come in here. Really depends on whos working the pharmacy. Today they were slow and I have to leave to get my sons from school.

This place is horrible, i was buying gift for kids at work (like i always do) and gave them 100 dollars bill and they told me it was a 50, how im out an extra 50 dollars, never going to CVS in my life.

Everytime I come to this store to purchase something, the shelves are empty. I can come for a sale item on Sunday afternoon and the stores are already wiped out.

Wanted to fill my prescription here but after waiting on hold for 40 minutes gave up.

Avoid the pharmacy at all cost. Long wait times, no sense of urgency. False promises of prescription pick up times.
