Customer service is top notch they welcome you like family. They have a great variety of flavors and taste amazing! We got blue coconut with gummies, sour appple with cream, and have chamoy half like.

This is the best shaved ice place in all of Texas. It simply doesnt get any better than M.T.A. in Garland. I noticed how few people actually listed the specific shaved ice flavors they loved from here on Google reviews, so Im going to fix that now. My top three favorite flavors are Strawberry Cheesecake with cream, Tigers Blood with cream and Pink Lady with cream. Their cream makes everything better! Trust me. You gotta try this place

O how I absolutely love this place! LOVE!!! The people working are so kind and friendly and there so many options to choose from. They also have nachos, elotes, and whatever the item is that is eaten from the Doritos bag.

Best part of this place is the customer service. 👌It started raining while we were there, so they delivered the snowcones to the cars. ⛈ We havent tried the food yet, but the snow cones are perfect on a hot day. My favorite is the extra fancy chamoyada. Well be back!

Great place to go for shaved ice plus snacks. I have gotten nachos with jalapeno. If getting two flavors was the same price, five stars wouldve been given. Why not charge for a third or more flavor instead of two or more? Any who, great closing hours of operation for summer time.

This place DO NOT have funnel cakes at the moment I went the other day May 2021 and the no longer sales them I cant say anything else about this place I didnt want anything else but a funnel cake but the guy at the window was nice

Our families new go to sno cone place. The folks are super friendly and amazing. But the elotes with hot cheetos... O M G. I am addicted. Definitely get their elotes if you go. I got small for the first time...wish I got large.

Flavors are not as strong as they were last visit, and the hours posted are not the hours open, we pulled up and place was closed even though the sign said hours were open .

Very good but not as much syrup as TC shaved ice. The middle of my snow cone was all just white ice. Also the bees at their trash can were concerning. Get a trash can with a closing lid. Thats dangerous for kids being stung. Over all a good experience. Very clean and nice, great customer service. I will definitely go back.

I absolutely love the variety of flavors and the large selection of other food to choose from. The staff is very friendly and PATIENT! Even with 3 kiddos and busy orders they still will make suggestions and have small talk with you of you are not sure. Wish I would have known about this place vs others I have gone to before. They are definitely worth the drive!! Matter of fact, I think well go today! Cant wait!

My son had just bust his lip when I walk it to the window they gave me a paper towel with cold ice and also were very attentive to my sons needs I sat in the parking lot and allow my son to cool down before I ordered him his all-time favorite Captain America he fell in love with the color changing spoon when I brought it to your attention that handed me three more to take home and gave me directions to make sure that I hand wash them small businesses like this Keep Us Alive I grew up knowing the owner all the way from middle school her and her family have always been shes part of the community.. great job

This was my first time here for a snow cone and let me tell y’all how delicious it was. My daughter was amazed on the texture of the ice and the great taste. I also ordered some diced pickles and were so yummy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The shaved ice wasn’t cold enough and way too much flavor was added. It looked more like a smoothie. Thought the total was a bit too high and afterwards my receipt by email showed they charged more for extra flavor we didn’t ask for.

This shaved ice is AMAZING!!!! The ice is actually shaved or at the very least small enough that they soak up the flavors they put on/in them. They are soft and dont just feel like mini pieces of ice. All 4 of us in the car loved ours and we WILL be back for more.

Everything is so good!!!!! And the lady I’m guessing she’s the owner is so caring my son was stung by a bee and my son started yelling and crying she came out right away to help my son calm down and put ointment where he was stung. Everything is so good you won’t regret it.

Gave this place a try about a month ago and have been here about 5 times and on my way now! Great service, friendly, helpful, the texture of the ice is amazing.
