I really like this Metro store over the others in the area. The staff is nice, and very knowledgeable but the best thing is is they always have stock of whatever Im looking for. They do enough volume that they can order plenty of everything and have it on hand. I run a halfway house so I have new guys needing phones every month and have the opportunity to go to all the metro stores around this area. This one is the best

This store has nothing to do with t mobile you cant make payments or do anything t mobile related. False impression of advertising. Great metro store probably nice lady at counter.

No options . medy if i speak Spanish it will be better experience .so sad in USA and you to speak Spanish to get what you want.

Okay first thing first Jennie is awesome in helping me find what fits me and my needs, and explains things multiple times without losing her patience and attitude so props on the customer service... Now at times my service isnt the best and I have come here to troubleshoot my device and Elsy was a big help with that. People here are 5⭐, actual cell service is good 3⭐

Yet more of the same bait and switch from this company... Walked in to get their 2 lines unlimited with 2 free phones for $80 per month if you bring your number to Metro. Was told we could not as we were customers with T Mobile, but they could give us a discount on a plan. This is not printed anywhere obvious on the website. Total waste of time with the usual Cant be bothered customer service which is pretty much as good as it gets with Metro.

Currently sharing this bad review from my old blade Zmax, which freaks out on the regular, but can still get reception from the wifi in my home. Unlike the A30 FIERCE that I was sold this afternoon (with a $15 upgrade charge) that can only get reception in some places or is very spotty, including receiving wifi in my home. At one point I had both phones on, and my previous phone was receiving my fb messages before the A30. I also wasnt able to get reception at my job, which I need because I have a child. The A30 was sold to me as just as good as the blade Zmax

The worst service...I live in the neighborhood but I refuse to go back there. Rude and incompetent workers. I dont mind metropcs service or phones but their customer service (specifically at this location) is less than 1 star.
