This was our first time using Garland Glass and Mirror - All I can say is...outstanding! Ive used several other glass companies over the years; hands down, Garland Glass and Mirror is excellent at what they do. Great customer service/communication, great prices, super prompt and excellent work. Ill be using them exclusively from now on.

I’m only giving this business 2 stars for the great customer service by the phone operators but the techs only 0 stars if possible.I scheduled a glass replacement on Friday and was told the techs would come either Monday or Tuesday and they came early which is good and they came and they saw the window and they told me they need to add another $40 for the job which I gladly accepted but to see that the techs ruined the paint on the newly painted house is a no go they did the job and left me with chipped paint on the corners of the living room which they damaged using the ladder as it was not handled carefully by one of the two very rude techsI will not recommend to anyone from my experience!!!!

The men did a superb job installing 3 big panel glass shield in our clinic office during this pandemic. Their manager Raj is not only professional and efficient but also put our special need into consideration. Because of our special design of the counter top, we have been working together to make sure the glass installed safely and beautifully. Raj works in every detail portion and give great advice and explanation. we were informed during the whole process. They worked after hours to keep our clinic remain operation, tidied up before leaving. I would definitely recommend Garland Glass & Mirror!

Extremely thankful for this group. Full story is below, but they were quick and delivered a high quality custom piece of glass for a picture frame.So during this whole quarantine mess, I was bored and bought a 39x39 poster online. Super cool cutout of Texas, blah blah blah, go to Hobby Lobby and they say 39 is a custom size, they dont go that big. So we go to Michaels and get quote - $700 because of the size. Then we go to a custom frame shop and get quoted $850. Kill me. I dont buy much art and I was in hot water with my wife. I thought this would be $50 tops.Thankfully my mom encouraged me to reach out to this group and see if they could do picture frame glass - sure enough, $56ish and Ive got myself a custom 39x39 1/8 piece of glass. Took it back to Hobby Lobby and we were golden!Give this place a go!

These guys were *great*! Fast, on time, super efficient, friendly and WAY less than I expected to pay. They were able to repair a shattered window (replaced the glass) that I thought *for sure* would have to be replaced for 3x the cost. And it took them like half an hour.*HIGHLY* recommended.

The men did a superb job taking out the old glass and installation of 13 new glass panels! They were personable and made certain I was informed during the process. They tidied up before leaving and I would definitely recommend Garland Glass & Mirror!

Job was good. But so much for being friendly and understanding. I got a ticket because of them and they wont help pay for half of their responsibility. Not cool man

They replaced 7 panes of glass in some French doors to our patio. They were prompt and very reasonably priced, and the final product looks good. I did have to have someone come paint and fill in some spaces after the install, but I believe thats generally going to be needed whenever you cut into wood doors to remove the old panes and put new ones in. I was pleased with the job.

I wanted to convert some of my kitchen cabinet doors to include glass inserts. Garland Glass helped me with advice on what and how to do this, and also the best choice for glass. They turned out great! Im going back soon with some more...

I dont know if they are any good or not since they never showed up. I had an appointment last Friday with a time frame of 1-3 PM to give me a bid on replacing some fogged up windows, the tech called at 3 and said he was tied up on a job and I needed to call the office and reschedule and I did. I rescheduled for Tuesday same time 1-3 PM. Nobody called or showed up. I called the office and the woman said she would contact the tech and call me right back. She never called back. I wasted 4 hours out of my life waiting for these people that never showed up. I guess they have more business than they can handle already.

My husband was “let go” because of too many absences, because he he got metal in his eye. When approaching the company the next day about the bills and filling workmen’s compensation, they told him the he was let go. We spent thousands of dollars in medical fees, all this three days before Christmas. They decided that weren’t going to offer medical insurance for their employees.He got hurt on the job that could have permanently diverted his eye sight. This is an awful company, they are conniving snakes in this industry.

The glass was supposed to be ready by Wednesday for the contractor to finish up the job at the house. Ive taken off work, however its Friday and the glass still is not ready. Ive taken off work 3 days in a row now for this and they people dont seem to care at all. When I called to check on it this morning the lady answering the call had zero sense of care and even snickered when I said Id taken off of work each day waiting on this. She got rather snarly and said she has no idea why I was calling since they would call when its ready. I cant vouch for the quality or condition of the glass, however the service Ive experienced was very tacky and poor. Its one thing to have a problem and missing your date given to your customer, however having the attitude she had towards a contractor who has lost 3 days of work now as he has scheduled the job each day as well as myself missing 3 days of work for the same purpose is just disrespectful. I would NOT recommend this company unless you dont care about when youre order will be ready and you enjoy sarcasm and rude service.

Broke my hand working for these people. Not only did they lie to their insurance to avoid workers compensation but they tried to take advantage of the fact I am a combat veteran and forced me to go to the VA to have surgery. Now I need a second surgery and (conveniently for them) as soon as I reported the accident to workers comp I was let go for unexcused absences which were due to the fact i have a broken hand and am awaiting surgery. Currently filing a lawsuit. If you dont take care of your own employees how do you treat your customers? They actually had me CAULK WINDOW SCREENS THAT DIDNT FIT INTO THE WINDOW FRAMES. If they can find a way to talk a customer into something unsafe or broken scratched or chipped glass, they will. BEWARE!!
