So excited to finally find a glass company that was not only polite, but also went above and beyond every other company we called. They understood exactly what I was asking for without a ton of explaining. They sent someone out to measure the next day who took his time to understand exactly what we wanted. He measured several times and traced the rounded edge to make sure it was cut right. Their pricing came back very quickly, was very reasonable and they honored their quote! (Lets just say not everyone in this industry does that) They had the glass cut when they said they would and it fits perfectly. Thanks to JPON we have a happy ending to a very frustrating journey. This company is a joke. I worked for them. They letme go. Thats fine except that when they did i wasnt given the chance to get my tools. I ended up losing a very expensive caulk gun and a bag of open ended ratcheting wrenches. Now might not seem much to some but to a man that works with his tools everyday it is alot. Also it is Feb. 8. I called up there to have them send me my W2 to my email because i still havent recieved it and i was hung up on. The company is not professional and they have trailer park trash working in the office. I foresee having to notify the government and having to take them to court. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST

Nope. I was billed a few hundred dollars for a service I never received. I was promised a partial refund ~ not a full refund ~ that Ive never received. I was told I would get a follow up phone call that I never received. Nope. Never again. Do yourself a favor. Dont call J Pon.
