These folks are very friendly and knowledgeable of their trade. A stunning job was done on restoring a cherished ring. It would have been a 5 star rating, save for the political talk and the no phone call before doing the work decided on with a quote. All and all, I have a ring that is more beautiful than what it was in the first place.

I came into this store because I googled cheapest jewlwery appraisal from the location I was at.. I called the number and spoke to the sweetest lady ever... she told me she could get me an appraisal done asap if I could get there in the next 30 min.. I was there in 10 minutes.. mind you every other appraisal store I called wanted two days to get my appraisal forms back.. they did it in two hours.. Bill Blunt did the appraisal along with the sweet lady I first spoke with and both were very knowledgeable and professional.. I would refer anybody to do business here without one single doubt.. These people are slow, unorganized, and somewhat lazy in their actions. After taking a ring to them to be repaired, no one called me in three days after dropping it off. I would think that they would have at least called me to give me a price. I will never go back there nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!
