This was by far the BEST experience I could have ever had going to a Jewler to get my engagement ring fixed. My lovely husband ran over my ring over a year ago, and my center diamond became loose. So for over a year I NEVER wore it, petrified that I’d loose it and never get it back. Finally I decided to take my ring here and have them look at it and tell me what we could do to make it wearable without changing the look. (I wanted to add 4 extra prongs to secure the diamond in place!) The owner (SO NICE) sat with me and discussed our options. If he didn’t think something would work, he said it, and if he wasn’t sure If something would work (placement of prongs) he double, even triple checked my ring, but was sure to tell us that there is always a possibility that it may not work. Very up front, very nice, very affordable. He and his daughter talked with us the whole time we were in there filling out the receipts. Not to mention I had my husband call a few times (I’m impatient) to check on it, and they were very nice and didn’t get annoyed at all! I 12 out of 10 would DEFINITELY recommend this place. MY RING IS BEAUTIFUL. I can finally wear it again without worrying that my diamond is going to fall out. Seriously couldn’t be happier with the end result!

This review is long over due. Ive been shopping here for many years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair on their prices. They also have an amazing jewelry repair professional. I needed a repair on one of my Tiffany pieces, and did not want to drive to the mall. The jeweler repaired my bracelet perfectly! I love the staff, and I have recommended this store to friends, family, and co-workers. Before buying any gold, silver, coins and collectables- stop by Legacy. Im positive you wont be disappointed.

The guy with the silver review just sounds mad they didnt buy anything from him. I went in there though and found the perfect engagement ring and they gave me a deal that was irresistible. I am not the owner, I go to college and Ill be getting married next year! We got the ring and it was too big so they resized it with no problem or charge and we had an issue with one of the small side stones falling out due to the size reduction and they have sent it to get repaired correctly and have taken care of us the exact way I want them to. I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great deal on the perfect ring because they really do care.

Ive had to sell gold or silver a few times, obviously i tried several locations in the past. This store is the 1st out of 4 that was even open during their listed hours. After dealing with many different locations i am impressed with this one! The guys name is Van and he gave me the best price for my gold, im very certain i could not have gotten a better price anywhere else and as i said i have been to many!!! Very courteous and professional! From now on this will be the location i buy or sell gold and silver!!!No thanks to me for my review, owner

My friend took a watch in and got a new battery immediately while they waited. Then the next time they went in for another piece of jewelry to be fixed they told them that they would check on the part, and they never received a call back. My friend called to check on it after 2 weeks and then they told them that they couldnt get the part. So the other issue with that piece of jewelry could be fixed and they had them fix it. When they went to pick up the jewelry on a Thursday evening at 5:50 the business was not open. The door clearly states open until 6pm Monday-Friday, with 6 pm handwritten on a piece of paper. Then when I came here to write a review the hours you have listed on your site says open until 7pm today. So at this point they havent given the best customer service satisfaction.

They sold my family member a watch, that once she took to get the battery changed on, found out that the watch back had been GLUED ON! We took the watch back to legacy only for them to give us a two month run around about how they were ordering parts, repairing the watch, etc. then said that we needed to come get the watch when we said something about the amount of time and lies. Bottom line: these guys are cons. Dont waste your time or money in their store. We went from being regulars at legacy to holding up signs in front of their store alerting others of their dishonesty.
