First experience was great jerky great. Second experience was BAD. Different associate did not really care to help the customers. He just wanted to stand behind the desk when we wanted to try different samples. Wanted to try different samples but he didn’t seem to want to help. The delay to trying different samples was there. Finally got him to get out behind desk to try one sample. Making my decision was then tougher to make then my first experience. Asked him about the buffalo jerky and he said it was the most popular jerky there was. I originally thought it was a buffalo style seasoning not actual buffalo jerky. There were no samples to give for it. I followed his advice and made the expensive purchase on it then realizing afterwards it was not buffalo seasoning and was actual buffalo meat. Threw it away, I did not know buffalo meat was a popular purchase at the store. It was partially my fault, but if the associate was more into the customers as the previous associate, I would have made a better choice. Overall they do have great options, just did not have the right associate to assist me to try different samples. If the customer service experience was there, it would be worth the pricey meat.

This place is never open. It gets two stars because they have great jerky, but I have stopped by four times before five oclock and they have been closed. I called once earlier in the day to verify if they would be open and the lady told me because business was slow during the day they had been closing early. Guess what, people have jobs, therefore you will be slow until later in the day when the work day ends. Horrible business decision. Im done trying to catch this place open when its convenient for the owner to be open. The places around it are empty and this place will soon be out of business as well because of stupid business decisions. Its a shame because the jerky is good and the guy who runs the joint is nice enough...cant say as much for the woman who works the counter sometimes. Hope some bad reviews will wake the owner up and push him to make some better decisions because I do like the product and hope to get my attitude about this place changed In the future. Long story short dont waste your time stopping by because they wont be open. If you do and they are congrats, make sure you congratulate them as well for putting in a full days work for a change and not closing early. Enjoy the jerky.

This place is Unique all in its own! The variety, quality and freshness is truly amazing. Take a few to stop by and check this place out. My husband and I love it!

I bought 13 bottles of hot sauce to pass out as gifts to coworkers who were coming in town for a convention. After I gave them to everyone, one person noticed their bottle was expired. Well, we then checked every bottle and every single one was expired. And not just slightly expired, but a majority went bad in 2011.I tried to take them back and was then pointed to the No Refunds sign by the store clerk. I showed them they were all expired but he wouldnt budge. It turns out he knew they were all bad when he sold them to me but he did not let me know. When I found that out I just about lost my mind. So here I sit with 13 bottles of extremely old hot sauce that shouldnt have been on the shelf in the first place. Thanks for the awesome customer service Beef Jerky Outlet and 13 bottles of useless hot sauce. You cheated me out of my money on the sale, but you lost a repeat customer. If you do buy something here be sure to check the expiration dates.

This gentleman was very polite. He assisted us and the clients that came in after. We had many questions and wanted to sample a lot. He knows his stuff!

The Jerky is good but the owner Craig rushed us out and was super inpatient. We really wanted to have the full experience as were on vacation and willing to try everything and still walked out with a good amount but would have more if he spent the time with us.... well stick with our buccees Bahamian Garlic...

Great beef jerky. Had a few issues with showing up during normal business hours and no one being there. Talked with the owner Stephanie and she was very nice and understood the frustration. Just call before you go. Thanks Stephanie!

Excellent variety of jerky and great taste! There are also sampler gift boxes. Our fav is the The Reaper Smoked Beef. Whew its got a delayed kick!

I just left this location with my boyfriend and the guy in there is not nice nor appreciative of the customers who keep his doors open. When we walked in he asked if wed been there before. My boyfriend expressed he had but i havent. I asked for samples and he seemed annoyed and bothered so i only asked for 2 and he quickly walked away leaving me standing there. I had to go find him to ask for another sample and i expressed i wanted to try 2 but after he cut me one piece he walked away again. I also asked what was the difference between the jerkeys as he cut my piece and he offered no answer and walked away again. Will not be going back

So many options and they are all delicious. More than Jerry they supply sauces, meat rubs, and popcorn.

It is Saturday, March 19 at 12:30 in the afternoon and they are CLOSED!! Their website says they are open from 10 until 7 on Saturday. We drove over an hour to get some jerky and they are closed!!! This happens all the time, they are always closed when they should be open. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I am very disappointed

We were very disappointed with the Beef Jerky Outlet. They had a lot if choices and you could sample them, but we felt some of the samples tasted old. The store was dirty. It was raining hard and there were several buckets sitting around with water dripping in them. Wont be going back.

Love the jerky, when its open.I saw down below you changed the hours to 8pm on Fridays, but its 7:36pm and yall are closed.

A bit expensive and I was a little sad that they dont keep their recipes suuuper simple and wholesome- but the jerkey is not whack or anything. Its good- but could be a little simpler.

Great selection of beef jerky. Turkey, beef, deer. Jerky is not super dry, has great flavor.

I thought they made the jerky on location because of the signs outside. It is an exclusive retaail shop that host a variety of beef jerkeys. Informative and you are allowed to sample.
