Great clean store with wide isles. Awesome produce that is the best I have seen anywhere or at any store. Everything is colorful and fresh. The store has never been crowded on any of my visits there. A very good store to shop for groceries or just to pick up a few items you may need.

Shop here often its never crowded me and my family are always able to get in and out very fast.

Clean store, friendly & helpful employees!Good selection of items, a little higher than HEB and Walmart but their sales and coupons make up the difference. I love their clearance section, I always find something I like. ALWAYS check the expiration date on items as they sometimes leave expired items on the shelves days past the expiration date.I downloaded the app and clipped my coupons there, entered my number at checkout. I had a purchase that went from $90 to $68!!I ❤️ this store!!!

The woman in the deli was great. Her suggestions were on point. Love Joe Albertsons but I grew up with them.

At the self-checkout, I mistakenly selected a more expensive sweet potato. The SelfCheck Assistant (didnt catch her name) somehow saw this, told me, and helped me make the correction. I really appreciated her help. And I was very impressed that she had good enough eyesight to see it and was kind enough to tell me / help me.

Do not buy in this store! They always have expired things, today May 10, I bought some chocolate covered strawberries for my wife, and when she ate one she felt a strange taste and when we opened it we realized that they had mold, my wife is pregnant, and now we are worried about That little piece she swallowed could make our baby sick.

Dont normally do my grocery shopping here, but their flower selection is amazing. Beautiful and very affordable. Got my daughter a dozen vibrant pink roses for $11 today. And always come here for flowers/floral potted gifts.

Though my aunt has a tendency of bringing me to this location at the dead of near night when theyre near closing, the cashier, Nicholas, there is always such a sweetheart! I wanted to do a survey and tell them how amazing their store is, but I dont have the survey code. The store is always clean, several people are around to assist me if I needed help, and, during this monopoly game they have every may, I can find everything Im missing if I couldnt find it at Tom thumb.Thank you so very much!

Ordered a cake and food platters for my daughter’s birthday. The cake was very cute (1st picture), however looked nothing like what I asked for nor what was shown in the picture online (2nd picture); the meat platter was not cut as advertised in the pictures, however it was delicious. A little frustrating considering I ordered directly at the store, but the food and cake quality were great.

Walked in and was greeted by 2 store associates and I asked if they had a mask as my kiddo forgot his and they happily gave us one. This was our first time at this store location and it must have shown as another associate asked if I needed any help, which I did and they guided me to where I could find certain items. But the best part was at check out the lady at the register was very pleasant and polite and she even noticed that one of my items was opened and quickly called for someone to bring me a replacement. I would have never known. Its this level of customer service that is rarely seen anymore. I appreciate all the staff and their continued efforts to bring courtesy and service back k to life.

Decent selection for this part of town, only store with a real cheese section and good butcher. Self checkout always available, most checkers are fairly quick & freindly when you dont feel like doing it yourself.

The store was really busy when i was there. Despite CDC rulings, store has huge sign saying you must wear mask to enter.I thought it had a strange odor when i went in ... like something was spoiled. Not sure what it was. Anyway, thats the reason for 4 stars.They have self-check and had 2 lanes with checkers open. Checkers and the girl bagging the groceries were very, very nice. I left with a smile on my face.

Ive been shopping in this store for 15 years, the service had always been very good with specially the pharmacy staff,this ladles go above and beyond helping us(specially kim) and lately the store has made lots of changes for the better, the store is beautifully arranged, clean and all the products are accessible, thank you Albertsons

The guy who helped me at Seafood, I told him to get 20 oysters. He counted 18 oysters and put in the bag, then I said to get me 2 more as I didn’t count it so he charged 22 in total. When I came back home, there were only 20 oysters in the bag. Well, the seafood station at that time was not crowded, I was the only customer so miscounting to 20 is kinda not very impressive experience.

I just love shopping the Floral department.Couldnt get through my morningswithout my freshly baked cheddar bagel.

I always have a good experience here. They do a fairly good job on inventory. The lines are usually pretty well maintained. The store is kept clean. The prices are not the lowest, but not insane.

This Albertsons is right across the street from the house. Love going here because it reminds me of California. Things we are unable to get at the Texas stores we can more than likely find here. Its big open isles are easy to navigate and we can always find the buy one get two free on chicken 🐔 and/or pork 🐖Produce is always stocked with a wonderful variety and employees are always willing to help. Plus the fresh butcher shop is clean and fully stocked. Love this store.

The people in the pharmacy are wonderful, helpful and friendly. They always ask if an explanation is needed when I get meds. They let me know when flue shots are available. They told me about the shingles shot which I got yesterday. I tried SAVON Albertsons because CVS lost my debit card and said it was my fault! So happy I made the change. Thanks again to the ladies in the pharmacy.

App setup doesn’t work properly. The lady at the counter didn’t tell me the app didn’t get connected from my phone to their computer. She was rushing to sell so much so that she priced one of the item 4times it’s value. I Went to customer service, couldn’t help much and they said I need to activate each coupon 30 min early. How the heck would I know if the item going to be stocked?So I ended up paying 2 times it’s value on every item.

I always receive great service at Broadway location in Garland. The cashier nina is always courteous and polite. She goes above and beyond to help out. She not only found the item I wanted but always assisted me at checkout. I will continue to shop there.

We set up an order for a birthday cake a couple weeks in advance. They kept making excuses about why it’s wasn’t done. Just ridiculous when you make the order in advance when your on a schedule. I wouldn’t do business with them. If you can’t make a 2 layer cake why do you work in the bakery?

This was my 2nd visit and this time it was for a larger variety of items. I was very pleased with the layout, cleanliness and organization of the store. I must drive an extra 4 miles to get to this location and, it is worth it.

Pretty flowers here, came for a bouquet and left with a pretty one shaped like a heart for 6.99

Manager named Donna is very Rude, Hateful and Disrespectful to employees. Upper management needs to talk to employees then have a good talk with her or fire her. No human should be treated the way she treats the employees. This is not just a one time thing! It Is a ongoing thing!!

Kevin made what could have been a bad customer experience, for a 17 year old Albertsons shopper. I had already spoke to a cashier and night supervisor on two different visits to store #4255. When i did not get anywhere i called your Customer Service Line and told the woman on the phone my situation she asked if she could put me on hold? She had called Kevin the store Director and had him on the line as well. Kevin had a solution that worked for both of us with in 3/4 minutes.The store looks & smells good and even now store stocked & organized.Thank You Kevin,Decinda( this account under my sons name)

What a wonderful store! It blows away another store Ive been shopping at for ten years! Had a request for a certain Garlic Tobasco, and Jonathan Cleveland was awesome! Store Manager Kevin as well! Then Alfredo in Customer Service.. great experience! They have all my fave craft beers, and I think I have a new regular grocery store, even though its a bit further.
