Tried coming here to make a floral purchase. Manager was extremely rude. Floral department was closed and when I tried telling the manager my request, he just brushed me off like it wasnt worth his time. Not coming back here again.

Store was very clean and nicely laid out. Had to wait quite a while for an employee to appear in the deli. Customer Service was well staffed and super quick.

Very nice clean always stocked no tripping over boxes in aisles like other big grocery stores which seems to have become the norm

The employees were so respectful. They seem to care about the customers that shop there. I wish I would have got the young ladies name who helped me and the cashier who helped me as well. They were above and beyond. I will definitely be back to this location.

Beautiful store with a lot of healthy vegetarian options. I do find that I pay more here everytime for the same things that I would get elsewhere. Its almost what Id pay at Whole Foods. May just be what Im purchasing but I still find myself frequenting it here once every couple months.

Large grocery store- lots of different types of products and brands, Produce was fresh and in good condition. Nice selection of floral arrangements though a bit overpriced. Staff is friendly and helpful and I didnt have the problem of items I went to the store specifically for being out of stock like the competitor close to my home. This is definitely worth the switch and the couple extra miles to have a much more pleasant shopping experience.

Love Tom Thumb. Clean. Smells good or at the very least doesnt smell bad. It is close to our home. Staff are nice.

I go to Tom Thumb when I want to purchase cube steak, seems it is one of the stores that carry it. Most of the time they have great prices/specials on great pieces of meat. I save at almost every purchase with my reward card. The store is clean, well lit, and the clerks are friendly. Never a long wait. They also have a excellent collections of fresh flowers.

Ive been good to this location for over five years the service is great the people are wonderful and they always have wonderful things on sale that a person can use in their house whether it is from the meat department the produce department or just regular items this Tom Thumb I recommend for everyone

Store is pretty good. But! On numerous occasions have I found products that have expired well over a year or 2. They do not know how to rotate their products apparently. I can understand the expiration for a day or 2, but 2 years???? Come on now. Lol and today I found some more. Check the dates yall.

Great variety of options for groceries, gas, a pharmacy, already prepared food/deli, a bakery, wine and beer and snacks. Good section of fruits and vegatables to choose from. This store has fresh flowers and gifts, handicap accessible restrooms.Its very convenient. Its right on the corner of Shiloh and Arapaho in Garland, Tx

Always get prescriptions here and they are always fast and have the information I need.

This grocery store has a lot to offer with a butcher shop, seafood counter, Deli, produce, Dallas Cowboys pro shop, and a bakery serving up fresh breads, donuts, and cakes. You must have a savings card to get the sales price. Visit the service counter or have your cashier get your sales card during checkout.

The store is clean the hot food is good, no lunch specials. They have a lunch special now and then for five dollars. The regular price seven dollars, small portions and tiny legs and wings. I dont care for the attitude of the staff. I prefer Kroger for lunch larger portion for the money!

I’ve had as positive of interactions here as I have at any grocery store location, however today and a separate occasion My simple question about a product was met by rudeness and intolerance. I responded “why are you being rude to me while I’m being polite to you?” And the lady, Katy just scoffed and walked away. I still held my temper and told her to have a good day. I can’t be exactly sure, but my roommate and I are pretty sure we had a similar even more negative interaction with her at the Campbell location a year or two ago. The manager gave me reassurance and was very sweet and I appreciate that, however, since this has happened more than once I felt the need to leave a review. People who don’t know how to provide decent customer service, shouldn’t work with customers.

I love the fact of their drive up for the pharmacy, having a bad knee and ankle. I can drive myself there, but I get people to drive me there. I hardly have to wait, they are quick.

As usual they have everything. The cost is higher than Walmart but a much more sane environment to shop in.

Tom thumb is not a national discount chain like Target or Kroger, so be prepared for some integrity pricing however Ive noticed the produce here is outstanding. Ive also noticed the proteins are more diverse than others, offering cuts of beef not commonly found other places. However, I found great deals on salad blends, and brand new products as well as weekly deals. Wonderful bakery as well.

As usual all the employees are quite friendly. I just dont like how they remodeled the store a few weeks ago. I think I liked the way it was laid out better the last time.

This place is well stocked and even a surprise in the building.. a blood lab. The only thing I would like is to see more checkers.

The pickup here is usually great. The main complaint is their aisles are disorganized. Specifically, their signs do not have all that is listed in the aisle on both sides of the sign. Unless you are always walking at the front of the store, you don’t know what all is on the aisles.

I came on national unicorn day and the store was decorated so well. There were signs that someone took care and decorated everywhere they could for spring and Easter as well. Not to mention the food choices are good and the store is actually pretty well laid out in a manner that makes sense.

Everything is fresh. Bread,Produce, Seafood and Meats and Dairy.They had a great sale on 10lb leg quarters, if downloaded digitally on the app, I got it for $.19 a pound. Great Deal. Yesterday Only.

Worst store in the area. I went in 2 days in row to get clementine oranges that were on saoe for 1.99 for 3lbs. But yesterday they only had 2 bags that were both full of clementine with mold on it. Today, i went back but totally out of stock. I asked for rain check and was told they are not issuing rain checks now. Then proceeded to say should have shopped earlier in the week. Very poor customer service. The store is always over price (unless item on weekly specials) and gives bad service. Kroger and Walmart are way better stores. Do not recommend store.

It opens to later hours, which is great. But many items were missing.

They have great deals on meat and seafood when you can catch a sale. On Fridays, you can get a huge box of spring mix for 5 bucks. They are extremely diligent with car collection and an employee saved my wallet. Shop. Here.

Was having issues with my card and no other place knew how to run it manually.... But ALBERTO IS THE HERO... WE GOT GROCERIES!! Then .... I went back the next night and the manager Juan. .. was HORRIBLE, DEGRADING, AND HUMILIATING about the exact same process... He spoke loudly and was telling across the entire front of the store and was rude before we ever even got to the register ... It was a TERRIBLE situation dealing him.... He should probably look more into being a little more like Alberto!!!

No one wld answer the pick up lineHad to call customer service. Customer said he wld hv to call manager. After 10mins a manager came on the line and automatically started saying she didnt get a call but wld be out shortly. Meaning another 15mins. All of this after my order was delayed. I will never do pickup again! Mind you its very convenient when you hv a baby

Tom Thumb has a large variety of delicious salads at the deli department. That’s my favorite thing at the store.

The deli area in particular was beautiful. The people were very friendly, and I got good value as well.

Ever since they took space away from the groceries area of the store to stock beer and wine, their selection has dwindled. They have 5 brands and sizes of an item instead of 8 or 9. If the brand or size you like gets cut, too bad for you!

Needed to go to Quest Diagnostics in this Tom Thumb for some lab work. Did a little shopping on the side for dairy products, coffee and tp. Clean, well organized, efficient. Friendly cashier.

I enjoy coming here as its very convenient and they usually always have a short checkout process. They dont have a large selection on some food items like meats or alcoholic beverages like import beer or wine but overall great place to shop.

There is a special baker here who makes these glazed twisted donuts. Ive tried two other Tom thumbs and the recipe isnt the same. And the ones here are unbelievably good. Theyre not overtly sweet and they have great texture and pull apart and are soft and pillowy.Only issue is that they often sell out in the AM because of how good they are.

I recently moved to a new place and was searching for a nearby location. I stumbled on this gem that was only five minutes away from my house. I never been to this place due to the limited number of stores around the metroplex. I have to say that this store has decent prices from most categories. It’s like Walmart without being super-crowded.

I had a very friendly stocker that assisted me in finding pomegranate. the prices were horrid and meat prices were so high I bought hot dogs. the prices were outrageous and thinking its ok to take 3/4ths of a persons paycheck just to get a few days worth of food is shameful.

I always find the best deal there with eggs & all kind of meats. The staff is all nice.

Had a delivery scheduled for 8:00/10:00. They had not arrived by 10:15. I called and was advised they had no control over it because they were using a third party. Service. Had an appointment so I had to cancel.

Always clean and well-stocked, even with COVID and logistics issues across the DFW metroplex. Friendly staff. I love this store!

This Tom Thumb has been updated and is clean. The staff is friendly as well. They have a couple of the newer kids carts that my 3 year old loves.

Ive been buying my meat here for 15 years. This is the best place to get meat.

Watch out for produce. Theres often spoiled food. Ive bought food many times and brought it home only to find its expired.

Pharmacy is the worst, tried to work with them for last two years, I give up. The drive thru window is a joke and the service received is comparable to a McDonalds in South Dallas - I would recommend online meds. and not waste your time with this outdated grocery store with gas station like bathroom’s half-way, unprofessional, slow pharmacy. Oh! Let me tell you about the turn-over in the last two years- wow!! It’s obviously a terrible place to work.

I had a terrible experience with ordering my daughters baptism cake. The lady, Bridgette, that my mother-in-law and I spoke with didnt seem very knowledgeable about the pricing for the cake and quoted at least three different prices for us before we ordered the cake. Because she made us unsure as to the outcome of the cake, we politely demanded to pay for it at the time of order; the event was only one week away and we didnt want stress the day of. We were given a receipt to scan at checkout and paid for the cake.The day of the baptism I go inside to pick up the cake, give the lady my name and time of pickup, she promptly hands over the cake and I go to my car to leave. Before Im able to get in the car, a manager follows and approaches me, almost flat out accusing me of stealing. I tell him I paid for it the day I ordered the cake but he said Bridgette didnt mark paid on the ticket and they always do that. I then had to go inside and wait with two managers while my mother-in-law was on her way to the location with the receipt. Obviously more training is needed here. The cake itself was beautiful though.

Conveniently located. That being said, I dont go there to do my weekly grocery shopping. Just to pick up a few things. They have pretty much everything you would need, but a lot of aisles are overstocked and look sloppy. I would also say that they are a little more pricey than other grocery stores.

I purchased a can of Safeway brand Enchilada sauce on 1/7/17. I get home and look at the date on the can as it has expiered 2 months prior. The store offered just a replacement. They also were very rude and refused to offer me any help in the bakery department. Will not being going back.

We tried the contactless pickup. We ordered online, waited a couple of hours for them to shop, then pulled into a pickup stall. Once we called in our location, the groceries were delivered to the trunk.

On numerous occasions, bought chicken (fried or baked) from the deli. Taste very old. The inside is yellow or gray looking and the bones look very black as if it was old before it the got to the store. Also the bones in the wings are broken which is a sign that its old. However, everything else that I purchase from this store s okay but l want be buying anymoree chicken from behind the Deli
