Dont waste your time. I showed up at 7:30 when they supposedly opened, only to find the shop locked up, lights out, with a note on the door telling you to call them. Ive called 10 separate times over the past few weeks and have never received an answer, even when I leave a message. Flagged this as temporarily closed, unless they can provide actual business hours.Its a bit of a drive, but if you have a specialty fastener you need, Fort Worth Bolt & Tool answered immediately and confirmed they are both open to the public and maintain regular business hours. It feels ridiculous that the bar is that low, but here we are.

Drove all the way over here. Google says 730am to 5pm. They are not open. Called the number on the HAND WRITTEN note and never got an answer. Even sent a text. Edit your hours buddy... This used to be the go to spot.. No longer...

Would love to review them positively. Drove all the way out here on a work day only to find out they decided to close at 4pm instead of the 5pm noted on the internet and their front door. Dont waste your time, I try to buy local but service like this makes it impossible, Amazon here I come.

If youre going to lunch at least put a sign that says closed will be back.Drove all the way out here in the middle of a work day and nothing.Two other customers came to try to get stuff and nobodys here.

This is the place Lowes and Home Depot send customers when they do not have the Nut and Screws. Small shop and friendly. Owner was courageous and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place to help find similar items.

Was recommended by Napa found what I was looking for owner is a really nice guy will be using again in the future thanks again.

I’m all for leaving work a few minutes early if at all possible but closing some time before 2:30 when the sign and google both say open until 5 kinda sucks when I drove all the way over there looking for items for a weekend project.

Been trying to call him for 3 days they never answer the phone and if you leave a message they dont call you back and today I called and they hung up on me and then the phone stay busy for 2 hours not very good customer service if you ask me..

Drove all the way here at 1pm on Monday and they were not opened, when their signs clearly says they close at 5pm.
