I went with my son so he could shop for fitness supplements, he shops there quite a bit. I usually just walk around the store, but the last couple of times I have gone in with him have made a huge difference. Julie is the manager and she is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and eager to help. She always seems to remember my sons name and is so funny & friendly to everyone that enters her store. I wasnt even there to buy anything for myself, but she encouraged me to try a chewable product while my son was still shopping. I fell and hurt myself and Im not able to exercise or walk like I use to. Now Im overweight and have a lack of energy. I use to sleep until noon and did nothing productive all day. She recommended I try a chew-able that would help me with the weight and give me some energy. I can tell you that the product I bought that day gave me the boost my body was craving for. I feel better and have been cleaning my house like a crazy woman. I haven’t weighed myself yet, but yeah I feel like its happening! Came in here the other day to purchase the Alani Nu Balance supplement and the gentleman there was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Figured I visit this GNC to check out their selection of multi vitamins and essential oils. I walk in and see the consultant assisting another customer. I wait as she finishes assisting him and then she walks behind the counter. Im looking and walking around and the consultant did not greet me or ask me if I needed help. I continued to walk around and she played on her phone the entire time. I genuinely wanted help but I wasnt going to ask - she looked busy on Facebook. I made my purchase and left.If you have customers visiting your store regardless of whats being sold...particularly supplements - please train your staff to acknowledge and assist everyone. To others considering shopping there, try Vitamin Shoppe, HerbMart or the Rockwall GNC location. They may be more willing to help.
