I love Miracle Ear in Garland all the staff is great here, always being attentive with great customer service. Love this place love it and recommend it to all. Get some hearing aids here they will help you.

I cant believe what Ive been missing! My hearing loss has been gradual with age, so I didnt realize I wasnt hearing the crickets chirp or the birds sing. Michael was patient and thorough with his examination. He explained all of my options, and Celina looked up the details of my insurance coverage. I felt like a valued client, and Im looking forward to the lifetime care of the hearing aids I purchased!

I received a hearing examination from Robert Mills at Miracle Ear. The exam was very thorough and he explained and answered questions in great detail. After the exam he explained the hearing level Im currently at and that I dont need hearing aids at this time. Instead of selling hearing aids to everyone who walks in the door they are honest. I highly recommend Miracle Ear and I will go back on an annual basis for my exam.

Would never recommend this company. They have had my friends hearing aids for over 2 months. I think they want to sell us an upgraded pair but we cant afford. Always happen to have hearing aids repaired. Not satisfied at all.

I have been going to Miracle Ear for a long time. I have always been pleased with the customer service I get from them. This office is upbeat and cares about their customers. Katy is the audiologist who knows about hearing aids. She knows how to fix the hearing aids if there is a problem with them. If she doesnt she will send it off for repair. Tia is the receptionist who knows how to take care of the patients. She backs Katy up and runs the office in an organized way and smoothly. The office is clean and organized.
