This place was nice when it first opened with good prices. But now, prices have increased and I have even found lower prices on Amazon for the exact same product.

I love this place! I can always find just what I need! I might have to search a little as the store can sometimes be slightly unorganized! But it is always worth the search as the prices as so low! A bonus of this place is some of the money spent there goes back to Habitat for Humanity! I happen to have a Habitat for Humanity home so it is a charity near and dear to my heart! The staff almost always asks you as you walk in if they can help you find something! A few weeks ago they had a sale on Furniture for 75% off! I bought a twin headboard normally priced at $40 for $11 with tax! All in all Im a customer for life! I love finding cool things for being a handywoman or just to spruce up my home! I included a picture of my new headboard so you could see the quality! It is real wood.

The staff has to be the rudest set, so items are way over price, but for the few gems you do come across makes it worth it!

I just called today to ask about used paint and the lady didn’t know she said that they don’t collect it and I asked her where where else can I go to donate so I think you need to have your staff a little more knowledgeable about where to go and donate stuff instead of just the usual I don’t know

I thought this was a thrift store? Prices are just like going to home depot or lowes.. There were some cleaning products with 20% Off.. Even with that off they were expensive.. $7.99 for dawn dish soap.. I can go to Walmart and get it for $5.99 any way, I wont come back.

Great deals, great prices. A lot of new items at discounted prices. A lot of 2nd hand items for ever better prices.

Mostly new items which is rare for restore... their prices are okay... good for new items but not fantastic for thrift store type. If you are a bargain hunter like me, you will understand. I bought a very very overstuffed chair that was new and great quality (just dirty from display life) for $175. That was as low as I could get them... but its very nice. If you are looking for new items I would go here first.

Great selection on clothes and other items for your home and car. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend coming and taking a look...

Good people and helpful staff

This location DOES NOT keep the furniture you purchase safe until pick up. I spent almost 400 on furniture peices and they didnt move them off the floor and someone ended up ripping off the sold tag and they let them purchase it. The manager said it happens often but what I dont understand is if you have MULTIPLE copies of my sold receipt then HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW ITS BEEN SOLD?! Its lazy and unacceptable on the workers end to not makes sure the furniture you are selling hasnt been sold already. Very disappointed with how their management is run.

Didnt see a Lowes or Home Depot coming into the area on the 378, so I guess this is a place to look for odds and ends for small home remodeling projects. Some clean couches. Odds and ends mostly.

Purchased a toilet from here and it was missing parts and the plumber could not complete the job. I was told I could return it. To bad that doesn’t help with cost of the plumber coming out twice because the parts were missing out of the box. Extremely unhappy.

Good place to get reduced prices and they were helpful, let us use their dolly

The store is a hot mess!! EXTREMELY dirty!! Doesnt look like they clean at all or EVER!! Cant really find anything, because the store is so junky. There really is no one there to help you. I rather pay a little more for a clean store & some help!!

Great place to buy referbish things

These are two styles of cabinets they have. I felt like the prices were reasonable. Some cabinets are still in a sealed box. The out side of the box may be damaged. They have other household goods there...like appliances (refridgerators, stoves, etc). I felt like the appliances were overpriced to be damaged in some way. They have carpets and throw rugs...that are reasonably priced. The pictures I attached are not filtered, the wood is a nice quality wood and has a nice sheen to it. They have odds and ends....like coffee tables and living room furniture. They also have paint, laminate flooring, and dressers. Its worth coming to see if theyay have what youre looking for to do home improvements.

Way over priced

Great place to find one or two piece furniture. They sell both new and used. They have ample amounts of house hardware and supplies for small home renovations. If you look hard enough youll definitely find something that works.

There is many items, some reasonable and some I think was to expensive, but the bottom line if your looking for quality items, look elsewhere.

My go to place for items before going to Noethern Tool,, Lowes, or Home Depot.

In the last two days, I visited this Restore twice. The lady that was at the cash register was so oooh helpful. She told me how to tell the paint colors that were in the can, the coverage and everything. Also they had a measuring tape so that I wouldnt buy something that wouldnt fit my wall space. These employees here are to be commended because they do go that extra appreciated mile. Also there are great items here for your house with outstanding prices!

Excellent customer service

I feel its for a good cause, but the deals used to be better! Now the prices are about the same as the big box stores. And if you need more of something, you should have bought extra at the time of purchase, because they are all gone now. Alot of they stuff is damaged. They still a few good deals.

I love shopping at Habitat! They carry tons of products you wouldve even think of. Every purchase goes towards a great cause. They carry items other stores discontinue or are overstock so why not get a chance to help others and get your household needs at a discount?

The employees are lazy and rude. I.found a piece of furniture I really wanted. Spent 10 minutes in the area hoping an employee would come by. After 10 minutes I asked the single cashier if she could ask for someone to help. She said she was busy as tjree people were in line. So, I went back to the furniture and waited another 10 min. Went back to ask if there was any employee around to help. Her response was Im the only one and I am busy. Still standing around and 7 min later she picks up phone and says she needs help as a lady is rude. 27 minutes in, I ad walked to back of store and found a guy to help and manager stalks out. I will never shop there again. Severely overpriced, rude customer service.

Didnt have small tables everything was big

This is a great place to get things at a deal. They always have cabinets that are better quality then you get a the hardware stores, but dont expect top of the line. Lighting and flooring and paint its amazing the prices there. They also sell some furniture and appliances.

Always able to find great bargains here. Got a brand new massage/desk chair for $50 tonight for my son. Very happy!

Prices are high even when they take 50% off, and yes the furniture (sofa) was ripped and they still wanted a lot for it. (by the time you hire someone to pick it up -- youve spent even more!They did have some wooden trim (for the wood work) on sale for a good price but you have to look very closely to make sure you are getting the same color and design.Also, I like the one lady who gave somebody a really good deal on some flooring. Unfortunately, it was for that one day (which I didnt need). later it was double the price,,(Wow).(almost the price as Home Depot)

I love to browse. Offerings are diverse and not always what you are looking for, but good for ideas and miscellaneous. Good selection of cabinets, lighting, carpet squares and tile. Windows and doors are priced pretty high and occasionally discounted but worth a look if you are in the market and handy enough to fix blemishes.

I went to drop off clothes and they were very quick to help me and carry it in. (On the donation end)The furniture resale shop has so many neat items for cleaning and decorating. Plua a huge selection of rugs and flooring.

This was the cleanist, most organized Restore that I have been to in this area.The people were friendly and they had great deals. Especially on floor tile, and cabinet doors, and paint( which I purchased) !

Lots of items and all for a good cause. We saw some really nice light fixtures for a good price but didnt purchase them. The prices are great, very inexpensive.

Good place to shop

Poor customer service, worst of any location! I had to help an elderly lady pushing & loading items she purchased from this place. I didnt mind helping her but the fact there were TWO EMPLOYEES watching her and smoking cigarettes was only beyond poorest of manners. Once inside trying to sort through stacks of spread out disarray merchandise for over 30 minutes NO ONE ever said a single word to me or asked if they could help find anything. I left without a single interaction after 30 minutes.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Two young men were stocking at the counter but did not acknowledge me at all. I stood waiting at the counter, to ask a question for several minutes. No one came to the registered not acknowledged me in any way. I just walked out.

Not sure if they raised prices to discount them for Christmas, just about everything is at retail or more, $3.99 for a bag of top soil, when Home Depot sells the same name brand for $1.69.

Prices are outrageously high. $800 for a used store display sofa...70 for a lamp. Have shopped here a few years ago when visiting Dallas, but the prices were much more moderate.

Terribly disappointed! I shop the other 3 Restores in Dallas regularly and LOVE them! This location is OVERPRICED, confusing, disorganized and dirty. I understand that each store has different assortment and sell thru, hence varying prices... That said, you would assume at least a vaguely similar pricing structure. Appliances and used furniture are priced 4 times higher than the other locations. The signage is inconsistent and confusing throughout. Frustrating at best!!!

Beware-No exchanges/refunds or even store credit available after 7 days. I bought too much tile and dont need the remaining unopened boxes. Clerk stated no exceptions.

We got there 10 mins before they closed so was ready to get what we came for scan the aisles and be on our way. Cept they would yell like a count down every 2mins till they yelled were closed!! So incredibly rude and very unprofessional not friendly and never said anything nice that would want to make me return based on the experience. Disappointed

I asked three sales people for the price of a chair. Nobody knew for sure. Then one of them said she thinks the price is 699. I asked was there one in a box and she said she thinks so. I asked when could my questions be verified and she replied, were closing in five minutes so by the time I check that well be closed. I told her I wouldnt want her to work too hard for my sale and left everything I was planning to purchase. Worst customer service ever.

Prices are way to high, staff not friendly and store has so much in the isles it was hard to get through. Thought this was a place that xtra leftover from Hope for Humanity, if so, these people are over charging for the stuff!!!

Missed opportunity in my opinion. Have spent a fair amount of money there over the years. Tried to justify their prices as making a donation and reusing items that would otherwise be wasted. But for years now, it has got to the point were they markup from retail for old seconds, while much of product will disappoint.

This place is a joke. I understand the cause, but you can get brand new furniture for the price of the worn out things they have for sale. Dont waste your time.
