Extremely poor phone support from sales department, requested a shipping quote Monday 3 days ago for an item purchased 10/31/21 and I still haven’t received a quote as promised nor received a call back within the promised timeframe. I have attempted calling 3 times in the past 4 hrs and every time the call usually goes to voicemail. Avoid at all costs for online purchases and save yourself the headache

Before you shop the big box stores, stop in here! They have a great selection of appliances, vanities, patio furniture, tools... and so much more at a much better price. We recently purchased vanities, ceiling fans, a cabinet and air purifier. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also stand behind their products. I just wish they were closer to us! Great place to shop. Very good prices. The selection is small. Some things like counter tops are $$$$ others items $......Watch out for the speed bumps that arent marked very well. Youll pass there sign if your not looking it faces at a weird angle.

I bought a item from you for the first, when we got it, it looked like someone ran over it, called you the same day couldnt reach you because of the time difference. Didnt leave message, but you must have caller ID,to my surprise you called us back.I explained the problem and your service rep was very understanding, he listen and offered to exchange the item, but found out you had no more in stock, he said that he would refund our payment. and the next day i recieved an e-mail showing that he did..This in my mind is a company that meets or excides customer service.I would recommend buying from this company in the future to any one that sees this review.Thank You AgainRichard JCleveland Ohio

Prices are super high.. one of the newer lithium batteries was priced at $90. You could get the same battery for $60 somewhere else and that would still not be a good deal. My buddy got the same for $30 at another warehouse.
