Good, clean friendly.We both had smoothies and they were pretty good. Service was not fast not slow. The menu was a little confusing, but the man at the register was happy to explain things to us. They have ice cream, smoothies, and even some food items.Im glad they are here because Garland needed an ice cream dessert shop.We were glad that we stopped by. Dont let the unassuming outside put you off, it is clean and bright inside.

Great friendly speedy service! Mangonado is good but you do have to mix it a bit. Also, a tip for the owner, you should add salsaghetti candy in them. ;)They have a huge variety of fruit stuff along with ice cream, nachos, and more. Come support a small business!

Today was our 3rd time going there. The last two times went smooth. Today we were there 2hours waiting for our orders. The employees are nice but they need to know how to work the front. And they need more ppl to work there, if they know they get busy. Today was a really disappointed visit.

Fruteria Land opened up in my neighborhood not long ago and my husband and i were so excited since its very close to our home sad to say the owner first had a sign saying open every day of the week from afternoon till night they close early some days and some days they wouldnt open at all thats a terrible way to earn loyal customers and then the owner changed his business hours to fewer days a week and less hrs a day but yet on a day the sign says they would be open they were closed! This owner knows nothing about owning his own business this place wont last and I wont ever go again!! Waiste of money and time!

Second time here. Customer service is generally good but the front desk girl only spoke Spanish this time. I know this is a Mexican type business, and Im Hispanic and speak Spanish fluently but I still expect to be able to receive a minimum level of service in English. Not a huge deal and she was very nice, maybe shes still learning and will get better at it. If you visit and dont speak Spanish just point to the item in the menu and I think there is someone in the back that speaks English....moving on....a $10 minimum on credit card purchases?! Thats crazy!! I rarely carry cash and having to spend that much just to use my debit card is annoying. Ill visit again but not as often since I dont spend more then $10 on myself and dont carry cash.

Great customer service. I have heard that they have the best mangonada here in the Garland area. My next favorite place, lots of choices to choose from.

I walked in and they greeted me right away so far they have better customer service than chuck fil a. And they have the best mangonadas in garland.

I used to love this place. However, after three times in a row of thinking I was going there just to a closed building, I stopped going. Then I checked his page, and saw the way he attacks people on social media. He will go so far as to threaten you - for saying you wished he was open more. Hes childish, hes illiterate, lost my business a long time ago, but for SURE I will be telling people not to support his new location because hes such a jerk! Unprofessional, give your money to the paleteria michoacana instead!

I will never go to this place again. I also noticed how funny it is that the owner himself posts as a customer with 5 stars. Shows that he is desperate to raise his own rating. Jose Padilla is the owner. Now that I pointed it out, I suspect that he will change his name or have employees do the same.

It’s good taste wise but Takes FOREVER And there was no line but when I went to order something I stood there for like 10mins before someone even asked me what I wanted not very friendly.. and there’s like 10 people back there working so I don’t know why it took so long I asked for one thing and it was $21 umm.. pretty pricy and not worth it especially if I have to wait 15mins after waiting 10 at the front and again just order ONE THING

Its alright and cheap, I dont know whats been going on it seemed like the closed off for a couple of months now but they still display those extremely flashy lights at night. Very confusing.
