My favorite place to get snow cones and snacks lol this time I tried with pickles on top and its even better!!! So far, they will always get my business!

We went in today and our shaved ices were delicious but the reason I wanted to do this review was because the owner was there to help and serve us. He was so wonderful and made each and every customer feel special. He was so friendly and kind and made our visit a great one. I will come back and recommend them to my family and friends.

Great customer service very welcoming flavor on point

Pulled in at 7:59p and theyre already closed down. Google says they close at 8:30p. The hours of business posted on the door are completely different. Please update the info.

This used to be the BEST shaved ice in not only Garland, but the entire DFW metroplex. I am sad to say that now it is just horrible. I was sorely disappointed in the watered down mango & melon syrup. The ice had a weird taste, somewhat like chlorine. A complete waste of my 3 bucks and the time I took to stop and get it. If I could rate this experience lower than a 1 star I would.

Good snowcones it needs a bit more flavor on the ice. Some of the ice was still white .

I was offended of the actions of an employe he called me “short dark lil girl” and “India Maria” this was may 26 around 8 pm the food was good but the customer service was not it.

I was in line waiting to get a snow cone they came out and said that there were the car in front of me was the last one that was going to serve. When the vehicle in front of me left I pulled up and they turned out the lights do not and I repeat do not give this place your business they dont deserve it that is not good customer service you should always serve the last customer regardless of what the time is this place sucks.

Been going to this place for 25 years with the family. No other shave ice compares to it for the price, flavor and quantity! Been owned by the same people for decades. Totally recommend. The place has hardly grown or change but their flavors keep expanding! A little something for everyone!

I have been there on several occasions and have received very poor customer service. Workers are very rude and condescending when taking yiur order and this has hapoened on 2 occasions but today was definately not the day. Strick 3 you out! Today, I was going to order 7 snowcones of different flavors, but due to rudeness of the workers and ended with a window being slammed in my face and asking to speak to the owner (who I dont believe for one minute I was speaking to an owner) and if it was he was unconcerned and rude as well. I guess because they have TC Shaved Ice in Rockwall they dont have to focus on customer service. Sorry to tell you young immature fellas thats the most important thing especially at this time. I will never purchase anything from your establishment ever. People if you really want a good snowcone and the service is good, try Snowballs on Buckner and Peavy!As for you workers at TC please take the time to learn proper etiquette when dealing with customers and from how you handled me its not important. Let me put a bug in your ear, your snowcones arent that great and there are other establishments from my experience are alot better.

Best shaved ice Ive ever had, searched around for one that compares but have not been successful. I moved to the Austin area a year ago and keep on coming back to my hometown of Dallas, every time I come back to Dallas I make sure this is one of my stops. Its a must try.

Great snocones made the old fashioned way with an old shaved ice machine. Great!

Its so hot out side. I need some cold, smooth and full of flavor. I stopped to get a shaved ice, but once I seen the Mango smoothie. Had too have it. It was delicious and a fast cool down!

Service very slow and at this location the snow cones lack consistency with flavor. The pics in Dallas is better and on point.

Small, but quick friendly. The folks here are great. The snow ones are fantastic. And its practically walking distance to Galrand Central Park, which is nice.

If you love a good snow cone this is the place to go. TC Shaved Ice has the best smooth ice Snow Cone. All kinds of flavors excellent, howly recommend the sweet pinacoloda, mix with coconut, love it. Mix the flavors or just a single flavor it cost the same $ 2,3 or 4. 00 a cup.
