So I was a bit upset it took someone 10min or so to ask me what I was looking for but am happy it happened when it did. I got to work with AMAZING ALEX. If yall go here, please ask for Alex. This dude is amazing. Polite. Wont rush you or make you feel less in anyway. Very knowledgeable. He will find a way to get you the bike you want. Place was clean, stocked. But Alex stopped it off, I wouldnt go anywhere else!
Great salesman! Very poor location & access to the dealership. Small store and very small showroom. Very few bikes in there inventory. Better location and bigger inventory it would be a great place! Employees were all great!
I’d been looking for a specific bike for awhile & couldn’t find it at my local dealership, so I went online & found one at Lone Star Indian. A 2019 Chief Vintage Icon, I flew in from Salt Lake City & they were amazing to work with. Clay took great care of me & so did Michael. We got the paperwork done & I rode home on my brand new Chief. Clay even called me the next day to make sure everything was goin well on my 1300 mile ride home. I would highly recommend Lone Star, great people & great dealership.
Outstanding service and service department is very professional. Other dealerships should try to emulate their business practices. I definitely will return to do business with this dealership and service department.
As a new rider, I spent so much time researching the bikes that I wanted and searching for the best deals. When I finally committed to making a purchase, I knew that I wanted to make sure that the bike I bought was mechanically sound and would be big enough that I wouldnt outgrow it in a few months. When I came to Lone Star to follow up on a beautiful 2017 Victory Vegas that I had seen in their inventory, I noticed right away how easy it was to get along with the people who worked there.I used to be in car sales and had been to a 3 other motorcycle dealerships so I was ready for pushy sales tactics or disinterested sales associates, but luckily, I got Alex K. instead. He was the person who helped me and showed me around. I was really impressed that not only did he have so much knowledge and experience, but he was very understanding and took my silly beginner questions seriously. I never felt dumb, and he was patient enough to offer me suggestions about the first time bike buying process. He wanted to make sure that I didnt just buy a bike, but that I felt valued and got on the right bike. I left very happy and couldnt wait to have my bike delivered.I noticed that everyone at Lone Star really cared about doing the best job possible. They were all very kind and even offered me safe riding tips that I hadnt learned in my Motorcycle Safety Foundations course. As nice as they were, it wasnt until I worked with them to resolve a mechanical issue later on that I saw where they truly shine. Shortly after getting the bike there was an issue, but all I had to do was call Alex and within an hour he had gotten me and the bike picked up so that it could be evaluated. Then I got to meet Seth and he worked tirelessly for a week to get my bike back to me, since I was on a tight moving schedule. The team went above and beyond for me and Im so grateful that I picked the right place to give my business. I would highly recommend Lone Star Indian Motorcycles to both first time buyers and seasoned riders.
Exceptional customer service. I am from Houston and I struggled purchasing my new scout bobber from our area as 3 Houston dealership didnt communicate properly. I found Loan star indian motorcycle and Alex helped me with an awsome customer service. He found the bike same day and the whole process was smooth according to his help. I flew to Dallas and pickup the bike knowing that its worthy to deal with this dealership even its 300 miles away from my home. Strongly recommend this place.
After having a negative experience with an Indian dealership thats only 20 min. from my house, I called up Lone Star Indian (1 hr away) and it was the best decision I could have made. Im 69 and cant fit on just any bike. Jesse (sales) sat with me and we brainstormed a way to get the right bike. With help from Kevin (parts), we were able to put together a bike that I could ride comfortably. I now own a 2018 Springfield thats been extended in every possible way and I couldnt be happier. These guys really went out of their way to make this bike happen. Because I had to order multiple parts, Kevin made my anxious waiting time bearable and kept me in the loop the whole time. When the bike was near completion, Logan (technician) had me sit on the bike and tweaked the controls and settings for me. There is no one in the entire staff who is not great to work with.Elizabeth (finance), Clay (mgr.) and the driver who delivered the bike to me (I think its Rob) were great. All sales and customer service here is a pleasant experience and I dont recommend any one going somewhere else.
I purchased an item, over $1200, in the store and have been a long time customer. I was given a price the same as the internet even after driving an hour to the store. I asked for a better price or discount and was told that the best they could do was to match the Polaris website. I told them that I had been given a discount in the past since I was shopping local and was a loyal customer. I was told they don’t do that anymore. I asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager at the business, this was Thursday afternoon...a regular work day in the middle of the day, and when I questioned where the managers were I was told they were off. I requested that the employee call a manager and he agreed but then walked off so that there would be no chance I could speak to them. Later talked to a manager and he stated this was not a store for me. I agree. I will spend my $ elsewhere.
The service I received at Lone Star Indian was stellar. From Kevin putting up with all my calls, he was professional friendly and helpful all the way. Now the tech Eric, I can not say enough about him and the way he treated my bike. I felt like he was working on his own . He was very informative and efficient. If you need service for your bike go talk to Kevin and Eric @Lone Star Indian.
From my experience, I like to come by here without the pressure of a salesman trying to convince me to run my credit to see if Ill be approved for financing. HD was more of a shark tank, this place is relaxed on how they do business.
Picked this bad boy up from Lone Star Indian in Garland 01/31/2018. Great set of folks that work there.Clay Johnson, thanks so much for being a straight up sales associate and pointing out the pros and cons (not really any cons, just option choices and having to decide). No sales pressure! Trust me, I went there two other times with a handful of questions and being undecided between the Dark Horse/Limited...If you have a chance attend one of Indian DEMO days Lone Star offers...Good Times there! Thanks again guys/ladies....Ill be back for sure!
Sales and Service staff were friendly and helpful. I brought in my 2014 Chieftain for service Eric performed the work. Eric was professional answered questions I had and kept me informed throughout the process.Great place to purchase your next Indian or have service performed
Ive had one of the worst experiences with this dealership. The customer service rendered from the staff is poor. I dont usually rate places i do business with this way. But I feel it needs to be known i hope everyone else experience in better than mine. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone I know for sure i regret the experience. After going through the unpleasant process of purchase a few months down the line here. I call about a registration sticker I received as if the bike had a hard plate on it how can you recieve a sticker with a plate number thats not even on the bike!!? I was trying to communicate with the lady in charge of that unsuccessful of doing so. Therefore I called back next day was told shes busy itll be handled next week. Very unacceptable along with unprofessional at the same time. Not to mention the unprofessional buying experience i had . Dealership use a Financial verification agency that makes a decision on finances without contacting the financial Institute completely unheard of. Reading through a few reviews customer service here has always been an issue.
I dont mind taking the ride from Tyler into Garland and the guys at the Lonestar are super nice but I sure wish theyd get that road done in front of it LOL! Its been like that for a year!
Seth is awesome!!! He helped me get a code for my vehicle a few weeks ago. The service was amazingly quick. I would highly recommend this dealership as they are phenomenal!
While performing a nationwide search for a 2014 Can-Am Spyder, I came across a listing at Lone Star Indian Motorcycle. I received a call from one of their sale team, Jesse Murphy. He was super responsive and suggested a unit that he had in stock. While it was two years newer than what I was looking for, he offered it a price that was thousands less than I would have expected to pay for that year bike with the low miles that it had. While I was handling this transaction remotely, which should have been difficult, his immediate access, either by phone and email provided me with a great experience. Kudos to Jesse. In the days of reduced levels of customer service, Jesse stood apart. My bike arrived today and can not wait to get on it for my first ride. Thanks Jesse for a job well done!
Kevin Martinez, now at Ride Now Power Sports in Forney ALWAYS does a fantastic job! He managed to get me in on a Saturday morning for recall work on my Dark Horse, as well as a tire change! He worked me in at my request, so I could Take advantage of good weather and get some miles in before my next Chemo treatment. Great service and great work, as always. Mr. Martinez is certainly an asset to Indian Motorcycle.
I bought my 2015 Classic at Lone Star Indian. My buying experience was great. I explained what I was looking for and they showed me that. They never tried to up sell me on a more expensive model. Since that day, I an always greeted as a friend when I return. They always remember my name. I have bought many accessories there most of which were installed by them. Here is an example of how they go out of their way for their customer. I bought Freedom Performance headers and Rush slip-ons. I later decided to switch the Rush slip-ons for Freedom Performance (FP) fish tail slip-ons. I found out FP sells headers and a full system but do not sell just the fish tail. What? Thats ridicules but true. Thomas (Service Manager) said he would see what he could do. After a few weeks of calling this guy and calling that guy, FP agreed to make me a custom set of slip-one to their headers (pic below). I guess they dont want their fish tails on anyone elses exhaust. Makes sense. This is just one example of how they have supported me. Every time I call them for something, I feel I get special treatment. Lone Star is also home-base for the Dallas chapter of the IMRG. They attend many of the rides and meetings and contribute free stuff (who doesnt like free stuff). Bottom line, if you are looking Indian, go to Lone Star. They only sell Indians unlike other Indian dealers who sell other brands as well.Ken Hudson
Ive bought many vehicles, mostly work trucks. Spare me the sales games! Ill leave. Traded my 2nd Indian for my 3rd here. It was a fair and easy experience. The entire crew seems quite easy going. Todd and Alex ... Thanks!
Nice dealership. Very clean. Best to have a very good credit score if you want someone to talk to you though
I hate leaving reviews. However, I do not appreciate completing paper work running my credit and going to the paperwork just to have the motorcycle sold to someone else. They said the guy was going to be there in ten minutes. The guy never showed up either. The sale man said he was going to text me, he never did. Could not test drive bike. Did not offer any other deal. I feel like they did want me to buy a bike from them for some reason. Please dont waist peoples time. By the way I have great credit and could have bought the bike cash as well.
Alex got me into a used bike with my trade in. They didnt try and low ball me on the trade in, thanks, and gave me a fair value for it, and got me into a newer bike. I liked that they have their mechanic go over the entire used bike and change out the battery, air it up, make sure its in good road condition prior to completing the sale. Thanks allot for the top notch service!
Speedy and great service! Kevin in the service department was very helpful.
After my experience with Lone Star Indian Motorcycle (and several other dealers), I think Lone Star has got to be one of the best Indian Motorcycle dealers. Here is why…I was searching nationally (from Portland Oregon) for a black 2014 Indian Chieftain with low mileage at a reasonable price. In January 2018, I found what I was looking for at Lone Star.Since their online reviews indicated they were a trustworthy dealer, I took a chance and reached out to them. And after several emails, texts and phone conversations, I negotiated a price I was happy with and purchased the Chieftain (without inspecting and test driving it).I flew in (Portland to Dallas), completed the transaction and rode it 2,500 miles home.I had a few minor issues with the bike and each case Lone Star resolved the problem, even doing more than I had requested to make sure I was a happy customer.I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another motorcycle from Lone Star Indian. Based on their friendly and superb customer service, I wish I lived close enough that I they could be my go to Indian dealership. I strongly recommend Lone Star Indian!
I dont like drama, I have enough in my life day to day, so I dont like high pressure sales. I want to know what the price is, if its good, Im good, so Im influenced mainly by how well everyone treats me. I was treated great here, everyone showed me the respect of a valued customer. I recommend Clay, very polite straight forward and respectful young man. He was certainly willing to help me with any question or concern I had. Go see them, theyll treat you right!
Bought a bike last Saturday. Alex Kellums was the salesman and was knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Also was helped by Todd in Sales and Kevin in service. Top of the line people you would actually hang out with. Elizabeth in finance was friendly and you gotta love an English accent! Great service and dealership! Thanks guys.
Sadly didnt buy a bike from here. Only reason Im leaving a review is because I reached out to my sales rep to express how a reconditioning fee of $800 + TTL of $660 on a 2015 bike with 400 miles on it makes 0 sense, he defended the policy. They advertise a $5,500 price tag. Then tell me Out the door, its going to be $7,000 The reconditioning fee must be included to make sure You dont have to go straight to a mechanic when you buy it! Dude, it has 400 miles on it. Id happy bring it to a mechanic and spend $200 to have them fix any minor issues that are wrong with it...He went on to tell me that We can work around other price factors, to make up for that fee. But that $800 fee is mandatory... Dude then post the damn bike for $6,300, because youre going to make me pay for that $800... Dealer ships often times have a $100-225 inspection fee. Thats fair.As long as these guys carry a mandatory fee of $800 that they dont express on the listing up front, I wont be bait and switched into that.Long story short: Bought the same model, same year, 3,000 more miles on it for around the same price. Cheaper for sure, and feel much better about the sales experience when expectations were laid-out immediately.Make me feel good about buying a bike from you. Dont hide fees and dont pull tricky sales tactics to get my business. Id buy a car if I wanted to go through all that stuff
Legit place. Had the Stage 2 conversion for my 2020 Chief Darkhorse. They also made some minors repairs/adjustments to some things I have been having issues with. Take your Indian here for the work.
These guys are a great team! Awesome customer service & knowledgeable in all aspects. My husband & I drove up from CCTx to make a purchase and Alex K. made the entire process what it should be! We were in & out w what we came for & more! Thanks guys!
We drove over an hour from fort worth to this location and it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately the motorcycle we originally intended to buy had sold 30 minutes prior to our arrival. However, the manager was very helpful and went out of his way to make up for this. Best service I have ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient. We are extremely pleased with the service they offered. Definitely recommend it!!!!
These guys are AWESOME!!!! Todd was a pleasure to work with and helped out tremendously with replacing my starter. These guys were able to find it as a team tip and there was a recall for starters for my year model bike. Im from Amarillo and would drive 6 hours any day to have these guys work on my bike. Super professional group of gentleman. Thanks again for all yall did!
Could not have scripted a better experience purchasing my first new Indian. Clay Johnson was knowledgeable, flexible, and above all, patient with me. It took me a little while to pull the trigger on my new Scout. Clay was awesome. Kevin was great as well with parts, and both men were quite accommodating. Love my new Scout! Thanks Lone Star!
Dealt with Clayton. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I really enjoyed my experience. I didnt feel pushed, rushed or pressured. I felt like I was listened to and understood. I felt like my business was important and wanted, no matter how big or small of a purchase I made. I highly recommend you ask for Clayton when at Lone Star, if you want top notch service!
Just bought a bike at Lone Star and it was a great experience! Todd, Seth, Alex and Ryan are great people to work with.
First experience with Indian Motorcycles was great. I was helped by Jesse who was 110% accomadating and even offered me a ride home (at the time of my purchase the weather was getting bad). Best customer service Ive experienced and it made my first Harley purchase that much more smooth and enjoyable. With my next purchase Ill definitely look here first.Ask for Jesse and hell take great care you!
Went in to look at a scout and scout sixty. Was greeted within 2 minutes of walking in by Mark. He answered every question I had and had me out on a test ride before long. I told him I was also looking at a Harley and wouldnt make a decision until I was back home (1.5 hours away) and could test ride the Harley I was looking at. They called a Harley dealer close by and set up a test ride for me and even escorted me over there. Even though they have the same parent company I have never seen or had a dealer do that. Anyways, after riding the Harley it was a simple decision really. With in no time I was singing papers on my new scout sixty. Jason was able to get me a great deal. While there I ordered a jacket as well that was not in stock and Tiffany made sure that it would be in by the time I was able to go back to pick up the bike. Sure enough it was in. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. When I showed up to get the bike it was sitting outside waiting for me. Only thing that I would have liked is for the fuel to have been full when I picked it up. Got 50 miles down the road and had to fill it up. Other than that it was an overall great experience.
Friendly knowledgeable sales staff. Even though they knew we were just looking and not in the market they went out of their way to be friendly and answer our questions. No pressure to buy or change our minds RIGHT NOW like most auto dealers. It was a great experience and when we are ready to buy we will definitely be back.
Great customer service!! Brandon Roberts, with the sales team was very knowledgeable and helped me with every question I had about the new Slingshot. Great no hassle environment and will definitely continue doing business here. Nice to know there are still dealerships that have great customer service. Thanks again Brandon for all your help!!!
My bike has had some issues. Kevin and the team have handled everything without exception. If you want a great experience. And a great customer service experience. Go to Lone Star Indian. You wont be sorry.
As a first time motorcycle owner, I have relied heavily on the knowledge and expertise of the Lone Star Indian staff to guide my way. To date, and nearly a year and a half after my initial purchase, they have not let me down.Whenever I enter the store, I am greeted as a friend rather than as a customer. My service calls are completed on time and have never resulted in any issues. The service manager, Thomas, always makes time to answer my questions no matter how silly they may be (e.g., Is the tread on my tires going in the right direction?). My original salesman, Todd, knows that my second motorcycle purchase will go through him and him alone.Great people. I couldnt be happier with my choice of Indian Motorcycle dealerships. A customer for life...
The staff at Lone Star Indian were some of the most helpful that Ive ever dealt with. They worked with me over two days to get the most ridiculous deal that they could give me. Their sales team is second to none and I can tell you that all my future bikes will be bought and serviced through their dealership. Thanks again!!Al
The service department at Lone Star has been great. I purchased my first Indian at Lone Star and my sales experience was not something to boast about or even recommend! After spending months of visits to the store and much discussion when I came to purchase my bike, I was told the bike I wanted was sold. After which the manager I had been in contact with passed me off to his associate as we were disscussing numbers. None of the discounted agreements were included nevertheless I made some adjustments and completed my purchase. The final dagger was the fact that he misspelled my wifes name on the paperwork resulting in her name being wrong on the title and was basically told sorry but here is what you can do to fix it. After someone walks in your store and purchases a bike with cash, you would think you would get better service.NOW, there service department has been superb. They have been transparent in their communication and about all my parts that have not come in. They have done a great job on my bike and I havent had any issues. The service manager Thomas is great and has a great team. He makes sure that everything is in order. While I would not recommend the sales department I would recommend the service department. They ride bikes, Thomas understands Indians, and treat your bike like its their own. 👍🏽
Jesse and the folks at Lone Star Indian Motors are fabulous. From the moment we walked in, Jesse made us feel like he was there to help us and not just make a sale. He answered all of our questions and did a great job getting us the bike that we wanted.
Spent 28,000 $ then screwed me out of my 1st service. That the sales manager through in at purchase. So they lost any and all future business. I highly recommend Fort Worth Indian for all things to do with a Indian motorcycle.
This place has a very friendly staff and I feel welcomed once I stepped inside the store. Ryan was very nice so was everyone else in the store.
Good vibes here. Staff is friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. Worked primeraly with Brandon but got to talk to a bunch of other employees (Jesse, Rob and Logan amongst others) that were all extremely helpful. Went out of their way to help me out and address any concerns or questions I had. Oh, and lets not forget to mention, I now own a SICK new Indian Scout! Cant go wrong at this dealership!
Love this place. Beautiful bikes, friendly people, cool events, free drinks, good looking merch.
My experience with Lone Star Indian has been fantastic! I did not purchase my bike from them but I was recommended by a friend that I should give their service department a try. I cant say I have one complaint. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed like they truly enjoy their jobs. Jacob Fegraeus is the gentleman who helped me and is grade A+! I never once felt pressured, in fact, I almost didnt want to leave because I was having fun talking with him. While having my bike at their service department. He kept me updated every day, even after hours, when I knew their shop was closed. I will recommend everyone to Lone Star Indian just as I was. Thank you again for the great experience!
These guys and gals really get it done for you. worked with me on every aspect, were super helpful with any questions I had and even dropped my bike off right at the front door when I was on a strict schedule. highly recommend.
My husband was so excited to test drive a bike today but was never offered to, he was serious about buying one today, but when he asked to test one out, he was told there was no one to one to help him, well needles to say he didn’t buy one. Well I guess they don’t want his business. He’s heading to Harley Davidson ..
Very cool place. Nice guys! Came in to get a shirt since I live in VA and they were super nice. Asked me why I was in town and chatted with me for a bit.
Great team to work with. If there are issues theyre willing to get them resolved.
This is such a wonderful dealership. Clay is the best! Super patient and will answer all your questions. He made my visit to the dealership enjoyable. I highly recommend going to speak with Clay whenever you are looking to purchase your next Indian!
I visited to get some warranty service for my Roadmaster. Kevin helped me very well and other staffs as well. Im impressed how they were working on even though it was warranty service. I felt comfortable to wait. Also service dept. will give the advice for your bike for future plan and bikes info. This location will treat the customer as your friend and family.
Came in with some questions about a few things and was more than pleased with the service. I believe the mans name was clay. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Over all great experience. Ill be back for future purchases!
Very disappointed going through this dealer. Went through whole process of purchasing a slingshot, drove two and half hours only to watch it drive away after being sold to someone else. Would of liked to have known ahead of time before taking the drive. Obviously they don’t communicate with each other. If I could give 0 stars I would. And he never asked for a deposit to hold it. So lesson learned
I worked with Ryan and Alex on a 2015 Yamaha Bolt C-Spec. I had the crazy idea of buying this motorcycle over the phone and internet and arrange shipping from Dallas to Austin. I wouldnt recommend doing that and neither did Ryan, but Ryan was super easy to work with and continued as I insisted. He sent me great pictures and video of the bike as requested. Alex was then super helpful in getting the paperwork together and overnighting them to me with no hassle at all. Unfortunately, after riding a few more bikes, I found myself liking another one more and went with it. I apologize for wasting these guys time but would HIGHLY recommend them as they were super easy to work with. If Im ever in the Dallas area I plan to stop by and shake their hands.
Love the place, help and got all the info/things I needed and huge thank you to Josh Pierson!! Great guy absolutely amazing help and appreciated every step of the way!! Keep up the awesome Job will recommend to anyone!
Awesome dealership and even better customer service! Dealt with Briana several times to help obtain some paperwork required for my insurance claim. She communicated frequently and went above and beyond to help obtain the docs I needed....Briana was amazing, thank you so much!!!
I recently made a trip to your dealership and a very informative and cool sales person named Clay helped me out. I was not in the market at that time but I told him I would be in a year or so. He was very helpful and new his stuff I will definitely look for this dude when I can finally afford my first Indian. - Thanks Clay
Great group of people working here. Stopped in a few times while in town for work from Illinois. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone!
I will definitely be coming back! Dealt with Chris and he was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had. Excellent customer service and very clean also! I would recommend this place to anyone!
I am little overdue on getting this review in as I bought my bike about 4 months ago. This is the dealership to work with, the entire crew worked together to make sure I found the right bike which I love. The owner down to the salesperson Jesse really sought to take care of me every step of the way. I shopped several different dealerships all over the DFW area and this by far was the one that had the customer the most in mind.
Brandon Roberts I cant thank you enough for all you have done to make sure I ve been very satisfied with all my concerns and questions regarding my slingshot... I have been to three dealerships and you have been the only one to patiently answer my questions... Thank you for everything you have done... Your customer service is top notch... Bar none have I had the service you have provided... I highly recommend Lone Star Indian Motorcycle if your looking for a Harley Crotch Rocket or Slingshot... The customer service is more Than words can explain.. once again thank you from my family to yours Brandon Roberts
Great dealership! Seth in service was great to work with and they had my stage 2 cams installed in no time! I highly recommend this dealer.
They advertized on Cartrader and Cycletrader the price of a bike I wanted. They said it was in like new condition. When I drove down there I saw that it had damage to front forks, radiator and both sides, most likely occuring when the bike was involved in a accident. They then up the price of the bike over a thousand dollars, said it was prep fees, and other feesI DONT recommend this business to anyone.
Found a used bike in their inventory I was interested in and Ryan was a great help answering any questions I had and working with finance to make things happen. No pressure and was an enjoyable experience over all. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating.
All seemed to be going well until I scheduled a test ride for me and my wife. I told Clay the Sales Manager that she needed to ride on the bike as the passenger as she was helping with the decision since she was going to do more riding with me. Clay stated that per the company policy they couldnt allow it. Here is a question, how are you supposed to know how well the bike is going to block the wind and have the passenger comfort you are looking for if the passenger cant go out on the test ride? We have tested (3) different Harleys, BMWs and even (2) Honda Dealerships stated it was OK for the passenger to ride on the back. Im looking at a touring bike (Roadmaster) for the both of us not a Solo rider bike. Also, checked out Fort Worth Indian and they said come on out and you can go for a test ride......with your wife as the passenger. It may be a policy but from where I stand it is not a very customer friendly policy.Response to Owner: That is a weak analogy as you have people come in and test ride bikes that they have never ridden those bikes. Some of those you let out on test rides maybe have (2) years experience yet I have over 35 years of street riding experience. This is why corporations in America fail as they put out a policy at corporate level instead of letting the management teams in the stores make those decisions.2nd Response: What is the General Managers name?
I went for a test ride here recently. Very nice inside, lots of bikes, the place nice and clean. Lots of Indian branded stuff around.Everyone was friendly including my sales rep.It was only the test ride that was a problem. I expected a high end motorcycle dealer to allow a more thorough test ride, but thats not the case here. A couple mile loop following someone else was all I got. Not enough to really evaluate a bike. They said it was a Polaris corporate thing. No idea. I just know that I wouldnt buy a bike based on what I learned from that ride.
I wanted one specific bike as i had very little funds to get into a good bike. Clay went above and beyond to make it happen for me. Bike runs great so far!
Great place to look and buy motorcycle. Sales people just super to us.
Drove 3 hours to get to Lone Star Indian Motorcycle . After having a bad experience at a Honda place in Shreveport I was a little skeptical. The minute my husband and I walked in and met the team I was impressed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even though I was there for a used Honda CTX DCT Alex had more knowledge about that bike than the Honda place did. He was honest and was able to get me the deal I wanted in a small amount of time.
After being denied a loan at my own credit Union, Ryan was able to get me approved and was able to ride away that day! Very progessional and easy to work with. Will go again when Im ready for my next bike!
It was not my intent to get an Indian motorcycle. I wanted to see and compare to Harley Davidson. I didnt bank on running into TJ and Clay, two of the most knowledgeable, professional and complete sales people in ANY industry. After discussing what I wanted with them I was left with no other other choice. I would highly recommend visiting Lone Star Indian and these two fine gentlemen if you are in the market for two wheels. Hands down, no contest.
This dealership is amazing! Everyone in the place was friendly and helpful. If you are considering an Indian. Motorcycle drive to this location. We drove over 6 hours
Came into the store late needing help with my tire. Todd and Kevin got me fixed up pronto! Thanks For the much needed help!French
I must admit that I have been in and out of this facility over a dozen times in the past year. This is my second set of wheels purchased from Lone Star. My first purchase experience was really not that great, but had more to do with an associates lack of attentiveness to my needs as a customer. Needless to say, he is no longer there and I just completed my second sale over the weekend. TJ, Brandon, and even Briana have gone ABOVE and beyond to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and that i would be extremely happy with my purchase. They never gave me an impression that I was getting on their nerves with my questions and offers. I have always wanted to have a one stop shop for all of my motorcycle needs. Hopefully, I have found that place within the family of Lone Star. I took delivery of my slingshot and I am strongly working on becoming an Indian motorcycle rider soon. Its not a HUGE acre dealership, but they sure know how to make you feel right at home. I normally dont write Google reviews, but this was definitely worth it.
I thought I got a good deal from this place until my bike was delivered with a light on and extra miles on it. If I could give this place a 0 I would...when I inquired about the light all the mgr had to say was our mechanic checked it out and said it was fine...do yourself a favor and do business with another dealership
Great Indian dealership with a fantastic staff. Worked with them for months before I made a decision. Never felt pushed or hurried to buy. I worked with Jessie to pick the best bike for me. He was very patient and friendly during the entire process. Now I consider Jessie, and the entire staff good friends!
Clayton has amazing customer service. I will forever be a lone star Indian customer because of him . If you ever go in there ask for Clayton he will help you out to the fullest. Cant wait to go back.
One of the best places to go if you are looking for something new to ride u just need help adding to the collection Chris Morris is probably one of the most professional guys I have come accross that will go above and beyond your needs and wants. He will put your mind at rest. Any question you have he has the answers. highly recommended go check them out.
Went in strictly to research and sit on bikes to see which ones I could fit on comfortably for longer rides (Im not a small guy). Was greeted by Jesse and not only was he knowledgeable, but my visit felt like I had taken a buddy with me. No pressure, no jargon, and helped me see good AND bad of different bikes. Ultimately it was my lucky day and the Lone Star team gave me an incredible deal on a used bike that could not have been more perfect. After ringing the bell, Brianna did an amazing job making sure the boring part of the transaction went quickly and smoothly. She even helped rectify a misunderstanding and followed up with me after the sale to make sure I got all the financial info. Great team!
Clay is the best salesman! Not only is he about motorcycles but he takes the time to get to know his customers. He even texted me on my birthday! Do you know any salesman that can say they remember your birthday? He didn’t put any pressure on me and was very patient. I just traded in my first bike and he helped me choose my 2nd bike. I highly recommend Clay if you ever want to purchase a motorcycle. I will for sure be returning when I’m ready to get another bike!
This will be my third time coming to this dealership and I must say Im impressed. I initially visited for a test ride (in which this is the only dealership in the area that makes most aware of the event) and I text rode the bike that I eventually purchased. The Indian brand has had some great improvement over the past few years appealing to a more broad range of customers including myself. Lone star seems to be taking the branding alot more serious than some of their peers in the DFW area. I will definitely be making regular visits here just to stay up to speed with my new Indian and the journey I have ahead with them as an iconic motorcycle brand in America.
Loved the attention and knowledge Clay gave us...very informative and seems to really care about the customer! Will definitely be referring him to all friends and family!!! Beautiful bikes and wonderful service! ✅
Get bigger, more apparel and accessories. Nice staff. I bought mine there. Watch out for the finance department. Bring your own bank.
Alex is a great guy. Bought a used motorcycle from them and the whole process was awesome. Once this one goes out, Im going back here.
I just cant believe the atmosphere in this shop, very nice layout, new and clean. The Indians are great but I was checking out the Polaris Slingshot. Come on Texas, cant you get your stuff together and let me ride one yet?!
Great place to buy a bike! Clay helped me and was very informative. I will be back and highly recommend speaking with Clay when you stop by!
Nice bikes! Great service!! Knowledgeable & awesome salesman!!! Clay helped us out. He was very professional and informative, hes a great asset to have working there.
I passed by this Indian Motorcycle dealer the day after Thanksgiving to give the Indian Scout a look. When Im in the mood to buy, I can make up my mind pretty quickly--either way. What a disappointment--the sales staff didnt give me the time of day as I stood around for 20 minutes looking over their entire inventory of motorcycles. Chalk my visit up to lost sales Lonestar. All I can say is good luck.
Very nice dealership. Very friendly I would go back agon for sure
Awesome bikes and very well taken care of. Clay went above and beyond to take care of me. Thanks again clay I will for sure be back and will send my family and friends!
...a whole team of professionals! I bought a used 14 CB1000r from one of the sales guys named Ryan, and this guy is just as patient and cool as can be. Really knows his stuff and helped me have an overall really smooth buying experience. This place, like I said, is just full of a bunch of pros and I didnt feel like they were trying in the least bit to jip me at all. I got some freebies and a little knicked off the price of the bike and that was a huge deal to me.I dont regret going in to debt one bit. the bike is sweet and im lovin it.only drawkback to my experience is, I got slapped in the face with a $700 reconditioning fee, hate that it happened but thats ok I guess, because he at least managed to haggle with me on the price of the bike.
Nice place, not pushy, they let you look around without hounding you like at Harley Davidson Dealers.
What an amazing establishment. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by Jesse, who proceeded to answer any and every question I had that day. If you plan on buying a bike, you can always expect to be treated like family here.
