Great doing business with Continential Office Group. Found a lovely cream leather sofa, looked at it on Tuesday and the sofa was delivered and occupying our reception area on Friday. Couldnt be more pleased!
Horrible place! Do not buy anything from them extremely shady! Show room looks like something from a thrift store. Placed a huge order, they did not deliver half of our items purchased, when we request the items we purchased they did not answer and completely ghosted us after we PAID for it.
The concept seems good.. Unfortunately we had a poor experience. Gave the company a LARGE order to furbish a 30 person law firm outside of Dallas.. First delivery went smooth with (somewhat) decent pieces - no large complaints on price or quality but nothing to love. We ONLY went with this company because they could get our furniture to Corpus Christi in just a few days (2 stars instead of 1 for this). The second order has been an issue since November 2020 and it is now March 2021. We received used break tables without any hardware to assemble and were then told 4-5 different times that hardware was being shipped to us. Never arrived. The more Ive tried to resolve this issue, the less Ive been able to get ahold of anyone. Lance stepped in one time to send hardware out but after so many times of giving them our delivery address (in writing and over the phone) it was still shipped out incorrectly and never received (same address as the 2 furniture deliveries..) Many calls and emails unanswered, and one very unhappy client for us. I just write this in hopes of the company understanding the dilemma I have been in with them because it seems there is a major disconnect. Would hate for this to happen to any other trade professionals.
I am so excited and happy with my office desk that I purchased from Continental Office Group. John was very considerate of my wants and needs of picking the right desk that would be a great fit to my office. He is the best and I give him 5 stars plus. Thanks for a Job Well Done!
Good Prices Good Service
If I could give 10 stars I would. I work at a medical office and we have recently expanded and trying to find furniture that was reasonably priced, sturdy, long lasting and good looking seemed like a pipe dream. But I found this company on Craigslist and it has been worth it. John is awesome, super friendly and always available. Our office is in Plano and he has come out from Garland more than a few times and his eye for color scheme and placement has made this experience amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! These poor reviews on here are clearly from folks who cannot/do not read the terms and conditions. John was very attentive and has even worked with us at every turn. I will advocate for this company to be apart of any furniture purchases for the future of the practice.
I needed an office chair for a college student so I emailed this place and got a response .John was very nice the chair I was seeking wasnt available so he showed me another option so I didnt have to wait.

Buying cubicles is not easy when youre trying to make them work with existing ones but Lance at Continental Office Group made it very easy for us. Under normal circumstances, I would give this place a 5 star review. Good prices and great selection with helpful people who are knowledgable about what theyre selling.But no COVID precautions whatsoever. Nobody wearing a mask and no social distancing. The sales guy made a few jokes about COVID and then started peddling QAnon theories. I came here to buy a chair, not to hear literal conspiracy theories (dude even called them conspiracy theories).Would not recommend in 2020.

What a simple process. I submitted a quote request online for our reception desk, got the quote, made arrangements for payment, delivery and installation and two weeks later am sitting in our new reception station. I wish my dentist was this easy.

When I got there there was a guy who told me there was no inexpensive office chairs for sale there and then tried to sell me $200 or $300 chairs that were used but OK. I ended up finding a very nice Herman Miller chair on marketplace for $75.
I never thought shopping for cubicles could be so frustrating until it wasnt. I needed to find 40 cubicle workstations and had a limited budget to do so. I was under the impression that buying new was the only answer but after stopping by the showroom of Continental Office Group and seeing the re-conditioned cubicles they had in stock I was sold. I couldnt tell they werent brand new and with cost considerably less than new it was a no brainer.
Customer service these days seems to be an afterthought at many businesses. I can say its the first thought at Continental Office Group. I can be a tough shopper but John had all the patience in the world and gave me all the info and options I needed to make the right purchase.

Our office needed a new reception desk and chairs for the waiting area. We initially looked at new furniture but the prices were much more than we had in our budget. A colleague suggested looking at preowned office furniture and in the process we found Continental Office Group. Their website was very easy to navigate and we found several reception desks and chairs to choose from. We got a detailed quote which was in our budget, shopped it to some other stores and they wouldnt or couldnt match the price so we went with Continental. After a few weeks of living with the furniture we are so glad none of the competitors matched or beat their price and we will not shop anywhere else than Continental Office Group in the future.
You would think a desk, chair and file cabinet would be an easy purchase. Try doing so at a store with incompetent help. I did at a competitor of Continental Office Group and while my experience there was a nightmare I brought the same quote to Continental and Lance not only honored the quote but beat it. Ordered 51 cubicles from them and agreed on a price (which I have a copy of the email from Lance). I took a deposit of $3850 to them and the day before our pick up of the product, he calls to say that it wasn’t right amount and it’s actually $600 more. I told him to cancel order and now doesn’t want to give our money back. Don’t do business with these crooks. I have email with amount and cashed check from them in my bank as proof! Now going to sue them.
