Its a good store. No issues. Its an electronics store so prices are expected to be high, but every now and then you can find a deal. They also work with outside leasing companies so you can get something if you truly want it.

I went t the White Oak/ Garner store this afternoon. A gentleman name Robbie assisted me with a purchase of an external hard drive for my computer. I must say that he very impressed me with his overall knowledge, patience and listening skills. I am not the easiest person to sell to especially when I have my mind set on a purchasing a different product. But he made that sale because he listened to me, understood what I needed, what BestBuy had to offer and explained to me how it would benefit me and why - as a good salesman should. That is saying something as I dont know of another person whos ever done it.When I make another electronics purchase I intend to make it from this store. Hopefully Robbie would still be employed there. It was a definite all around 5 star experience.

Able to get in and out very quickly. Staff very friendly and everyone following COVID restrictions. I was very glad to see not a lot of people in the store and the store was enforcing mask policy. Cashier had shields to also protect them which was great. One things I did notice is online items said in stock but I couldnt find it in the store anywhere. I asked someone and he came back with what I was looking for. I was glad he found it but why wasnt it on the shelf. Overall great experience as usual

I go to this Best buy somewhat frequently I usually always have a great experience the staff there is very educated and helpful. There was one person that didnt really seem like he knew what he was doing but it appeared that he was new so theres a learning curve. Overall I think this is a great store.

I was able to find something to work for what I needed but the whole store felt empty. Options were limited. Plenty of helpful staff available. Did not like the new checkout at the service area. I think online shopping has taken its toll and wonder if theyll still be in business in a year.

No real issues. I went to find a specific RC car set. It was available, but the toy selection was quite spare and the shelves were kind of empty. I am not sure if its a supply issue with all thats been happening or something else. I didnt have interaction with anyone but the cashier, but no concerns with him.

I can see why folks buy online. I wandered around for 25 minutes trying to get help to purchase a new laptop. Several employees in the building but none apparently worked in the computer department. I gave up on the pc, and bought something else. I apologized to the cashier since I interrupted the game he was playing on his phone. Fortunately, he said it was no problem.

I stood in the electronics department and watched three employees talk about their weekend instead of assisting me. I stared at all three of them I said I guess theres no help here and walked out the door. The crazy thing is they continued with their conversation and didnt even stop me. I went to my car pulled up Amazon and ordered what I needed, thanks Best Buy. I was really looking for the convenience and I got no service. I will not return unless someone twist my arm.

Purchased a Samsung 70 6 Series last year. From the beginning we had issues with it and were told by BestBuy that we couldnt return it. We have had them order parts for our TV 3 times already over the past year and still have problems with it. This was a total waste of money. They wont give us credit and are now saying they have to come out again to see the TV to try to fix it. WE CLEARLY DONT WANT THE TV. All we want is our money back and the freedom to go to another store to get another TV because this experience with BestBuy has made me never want to purchase anything from them again. How can we just purchase something and we have to go through geeksquad to fix it first for over a year and you still wont honor replacing it. We called right away with the problems of the TV which I believe was less than 30days and we have been stuck with this lemon. They have scheduled appts and then not showed up twice... a no call no show. This is not the experience loyal customers go to BestBuy for. You might just be one of the stores the goes out of business in the future like all the others if you keep it up. I have shopped with BestBuy for over 18 years and this will definitely be the last experience I have with them. I am a very disappointed customer.

Went for a car amp and a Ring camera. Waited in the empty car audio area for 20 minutes before anyone showed up for assistance. Then went to buy a Ring camera and the shelves were almost completely empty. Had to go elsewhere to find the camera.On a good note, the people were nice though

I have to say that this BB location has really stepped up their game in the last several years.The place is always clean and tidy with excellent customer service. I am always greeted at the door and usually offered to have someone sent to help me if I would like.The team is always friendly and knowledgeable and super helpful. Havent had any pushy sales people so far.Have not needed their Geak services here so far, so cant speak to that.I just wish they would go back to having later hours.

Very nice and quick and polite.But the store in Jacksonville nc is outstanding our customer service lady named Courtney was beyond helpful and amazing so was the manager Brian for helping us take care of a return. Those are the kind of people that you wished every store had it made our day.Best buy headquarters corporate whichever it is they need do reward these two employees for outstanding and amazing work and customer service.

Now, I know Best Buy doesnt have the best customer service but it is convenient. I really wanted to get car stereo today, so I went in with that goal. I walked over to the area and a male customer was behind me, headed in the same direction, he stopped at the car assist items, which are in the same area as the stereos. A male employee came over to assist the gentleman, never acknowledged me, not even after they finished. Hell no one came over and I had been over there for about 10 minutes. I might as well just buy the stuff on Amazon.

I came in to have two phones worked on by Geek Buddy and had to wait approximately 35 minutes as they did not have enough people on shift. Further, after waiting so long, I had to visit the restroom and was horrified by the unkept, unclean, and unsanitary condition of it. There are multiple areas in need of strict oversight at this location.

Very disappointed in this Best Buy. They are always out of stock of most items. The employees are not helpful and most I have encountered have had attitudes. The have been changing there protocols about being able to come in to shop or having to tell them what you want at the door. You never know what to expect when you go there. The Best Buy at crabtree mall is much better.

So, I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy back in May 2020. When the guy came to install it, he said that it couldn’t be installed due to fit. That was fine. He said that in the matter of two days, I’d have my refund. Guess what? It’s almost August 2020. I’ve been on the phone with several people have several case numbers and have been promised a refund, but still have NOT gotten my refund. 12+ hours of my time wasted with multiple transfers and too many hang ups to count. Best Buy swears that they are a customer service forward company, well that’s clearly a lie. They don’t care about their customers and they swindle people. I’m out of $625 with no product to even justify the loss of money. And even though they are the only company that has the fridge that we want, my $1700 will be spent elsewhere. Horrible customer service and their supervisors don’t even want to speak to anyone on the phone.

We visited Best Buy today to exchange an item we had warranty on, we got great service from a young man in customer service. He was very friendly and helpful letting us know everything we needed to do to exchange the item. However when his higher up person Nicolette came over she made us feel like we were a inconvenience to her and she had an awful attitude towards us while asking questions we were on of the couple people she was helping. Not busy at all. Seemed as is if she didn’t want to do her job. I will not revisit this store for any more for any purchases. If you come to customer service beware of Nicolettes hostel attitude.

Unfortunately for Best Buy, they seem relegated to be the place you go to when you dont want to wait for Amazon 2-day shipping. Stock and prices just cant come close to Amazon. Often times are either out of stock of what I need or only have one brand offering.

Tried to call the store, got transferred to a corporate call center, the only reason you call the store is because you want to talk to the store specifically. On hold for 20 minutes just to get transferred back to the store. Phone rang over 20 times. From there my experience was pleasant. The person who answered was pleasant and helpful. So, the local store seems fine but it is undermined from poor corporate decisions affecting quality of service.
