Many companies sell appliances but Garner Appliances backs up the sale with excellent customer service. We experienced an installation problem well past the purchase date. It was taken care of cheerfully and professionally at no cost. And a big shout-out of appreciation to Jennifer for all her effort!

I visited the Clayton Location on HWY 70, I was immediately greeted by the sales rep I dealt with (John Schindler) as I entered the showroom. John is a professional, he treated us with courtesy, and respect. He is a very knowledgeable salesman, he had an answer for every question we threw his way, I just cant stress enough how helpful he was to us. Somebody needs to give that man a raise, I would certainly consider spending my money here again based on my experience with him alone!

Not only did they beat the competitions price for my dream refrigerator, they also gave me a loaner refrigerator while we waited on the special order arrival. The staff was professional and courteous with solid product knowledge. They took the time to train me on all the features, and made sure I was comfortable with using the new appliance. I highly recommend this exceptional company!

I can’t imagine why anyone would shop at the big box stores when they could get actual true customer service from Garner Appliance. Just bought a dishwasher through Ted in the Garner store. Easy. Simple. Cheaper than big box, and excellent customer service. This is a good company.

My husband visited this business to purchase appliances for our home we are remodeling, but to his disappointment, no one even approached him. Three or four people standing around did not attempt to greet or offer assistance! During this time there are lots of choices of where we can spend our money and they were not interested in it I guess! Word of mouth travels fast!

Very helpful staff. Not pushy. They have a very large Wolf selection to help with ideas for the new build. Think our current state of pandemic has affected the inventory but they say the can order what we need. You owe it to yourself to take a look here. Large selection of other high-end products as well.

Garner Appliance is the best!! From Allen at the purchase point to Jon and David, the installers. We had an old connecting tube break after installation and Jon answered my text at 8pm and promised he would be out the next morning at 8am. David came in his place, replaced the tube free of cost and couldnt have been nicer. I will definitely use Garner Appliance again because the big box stores just cant give you that type of customer service. And the prices are either the same or better!!

I was on the hunt for a fridge filter for an older model whirlpool made by Sears. I was sent here to attempt to get it ...Ty the sales man found exactly what I was looking for and even said if it was not the right one to bring it back and he would look for you . Staffing was AMAZING 😍

Buyers beware of purchasing anything from this store. I understand there’s a pandemic and things are taking longer than they should to deliver. But when Garner Sends us a Broken Oven and then says that’s the way it is and you deal with GE, to me that is unacceptable. How are you still in business?? Your answer to selling BROKEN Appliances is go deal with the manufacturer. I truly hope people read this and take caution dealing with you.

Great price on refrigerator. Identical to Costco and the others sale prices. Courteous sales agent and installers, who arrived on the dot. Not a scratch or ding on anything in the house, or the new refrigerator. Very happy with this company. And I think its important to support your locally owned businesses.

I have gotten two smaller ovens here, and they can find the makes and models you normally dont see at the big-box stores. Their service is always good, and they can hook you up with others who do kitchen work.

I ordered a refrigerator from Garner Appliance in Garner after much research on not only pricing, but availability, delivery and service.From my initial conversation with Ted Law in Sales to meeting him at the store to actually look at a refrigerator to the communication from the company about delivery to the delivery itself, the entire process was totally professional and seamless. Ross and his crew including Tray and Keith (Beef) were prompt at the 2 Oclock window of 2-4 PM after alerting me by phone when they were on their way after two earlier calls from the company to verify the time and delivery. The crew was extremely efficient and knowledgeable with every attention to detail. They were very careful in unpacking and installing both my new refrigerator and taking away the old one.Everyone is very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly with no-pressure sales and professional. I would highly recommend Garner Appliance for any and all appliance needs. I know I will be trading with them again.

We chose Garner Appliances over the big box stores expecting their services to be more hometown. We were redoing our kitchen and bought a gas range, fridge, a dishwasher and a range hood. We paid their contractors to deliver them and install everything.The shopping and installation experience was good. Then it happened. The range hood motor froze up.Garner was quick to have it replaced under warranty. It was not long that the motor replaced froze up again. When I called the store I was informed by their warranty department the motor was out of warranty and they would check with the manufacturer if it would be covered. We never heard back from Garner and had a gas range without an exhaust hood that worked. We were not looking for a freebee but needed to either get the motor replaced or buy a new hood. A week has passed and no call from Garner. Sorry but we are not impressed. We spent a lot of money and no service.We needed to replace our bedroom mattresses and we did not consider Garner for that $4k purchase. We went to Rooms to Go.There was a local appliance dealer that provided poor service in Raleigh and is no longer in business from poor service after the sale. Is Garner next?And I went out to a big box store and bought a new range hood and paid to have it installed. It came with a three year warranty.Tracy Woodward

I purchased GE appliances when I was remodeling my kitchen. Garner kept them in the warehouse until we were ready for delivery. They also set up 0% financing for a whole year so we could stay within our budget. Delivery guys were very professional and the entire process was a breeze. I would highly recommend to family and friends looking for a good experience from a local business.

After having considerable problem with our dishwasher provided by our builder Jennifer went above and beyond to help rectify our situation. We felt scammed before and now fell like we have been treated right. Jennifer provided great customer service and walk us through the entire process and we could be happier. Visited the Garner location with the intent to purchase entire kitchen of high end appliances. Salesperson didnt offer much help and didnt seem interested. Disappointed.

We purchased a high end double oven in June. Shortly after installation, we noticed the lower door was out of alignment and not closing. Jennifer of Garner Appliance, worked with us during the 4 service visits from GE, until this was resolved. They also extended our warranty!I will do business with Garner Appliance again!

Our initial visit and experience in the showroom was great. Prompt service and knowledgeable staff. However, our range was delivered without a gas regulator. The person I spoke to in service told me we could have one in 1-2 business days. I asked if there was any way to have it sooner since we were having a dinner party that weekend. She told me she would contact the sister store and get back with me. That was almost a week ago and I never heard back...AND we still have a stove we cannot use. When I called today I was sent to someones voicemail who said she was out of the office until next week. Ugh!

This place is amazing. The staff in the store are friendly and so helpful. They more than matched prices from Lowes on the same appliances. In addition to the in store staff the delivery staff was superb! In particular Reggie and Marcus were absolutely wonderful. They took great care installing my appliance and made sure everything was in working condition!

Reggie and Marcus arrived on time and were very efficient with the whole process of installing the new refrigerator and electric range. They had to remove the doors from the old and new refrigerators to get them in the house and in place. Great job guys.

Reggie and Donell delivered my new refrigerator and took great care in the delivery! They protected the hardwood floors and were careful while placing the refrigerator in the kitchen. They were kind enough to install all the filters and spent time to explain all the features of the Kitchen Aid refrigerator.There were continual issues with the previous refrigerator and Garner Appliance stood by their product! We’ve just built a home in Garner, but don’t move for another week. Early in the process we visited Garner Appliances and met with Allen Fulk. Allen took his time to patiently understand what we wanted, show us examples on the floor and check with manufacturer resources to help us decide on a refrigerator all while we wrangled our very inattentive toddler. Allen also showed us washer/dryer options though we didn’t know if we would need them. As we got to the point to actually order, Allen made it super easy by allowing us to complete the order over the phone after making sure we were receiving the best possible price. Allen (and Garner Stores) went above and beyond to ensure delivery on time for our move after manufacturers’ delays. Delivery was yesterday. Reggie called with a 40 minute warning giving us just enough time to get to the new home from our current house. Once there Reggie and Harry were super friendly, efficient and careful. They navigated the very large washer and dryer through narrow hallways and tight doorways without a scuff and took the time to explain the features and controls. They got the fridge in with ease and grace as well. All said, we are very satisfied with our experience and recommend Garner Stores to all.

We had originally purchased our refrigerator from a national chain and were very disappointed in their customer service. We went to Garner Appliance and worked with Ted. He took time to discuss our options, pricing differences, and delivery times. We cancelled the original order and purchased from Garner Appliance & Mattress. They delivered our refrigerator within days! Unfortunately, my husband and I cannot measure well...so we had to go back to see Ted the following Saturday. He took time out of his day to sit with us AGAIN to discuss the counter depth options. Great guy. Great store. Great experience.

Had two different visits here. The first, to purchase a washer and dryer. I got Speed Queens, which was what I wanted. The salespeople were friendly and honest. The appliances were delivered promptly and professionally. My second visit I came in for a mattress, and things were crazy - a lot more people around. They didnt have a lot of options though so I didnt purchase.

Delivery drivers, Chris and Donell were outstanding. Prompt, thorough and kept special attention to my walls and stairs. Reviewed everything with me before they left - most impressive. Great service by two great guys.

Weve finished construction on a home in Apex. Garner Appliance supplied all of our appliances, but what I was present for was the delivery and installation of our refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Reggie and Lamarcus completed the installations of these large appliances without one single mark on our walls or floors. As this is a new home, any scratches or marks would have easily been evident - but there werent any! They both introduced themselves upon arriving, were friendly, and did a beautiful job. Very impressed.

Ill start by saying the sales team at Garner Appliance are wonderful. Chris, our salesperson was excellent and did a great job helping us select our equipment and getting us the best pricing. They really fell short for us on the delivery. The delivery guys lacked the necessary tools to execute the delivery properly, and in the process damaged 2 of our brand new hardwood flooring boards to an extent that required replacement. They also scratched paint off of our front door and walls. The appliances were left with dirty handprints all over them - and off they went. If you deliver appliances, your objectives are to get the appliances into the home in good shape without damaging anything in the process and on that, Garner is 0/2. We would have a hard time using them again, and I hope they can use this honest feedback as a means to improve.

Bought a new refrigerator from Garner appliance at the clayton store from Chris Shore and they delivered and hauled away the old one . The three men John, Will and Vernon that delivered the unit were great. They cleaned up everything and Will went over the controls and answered all my questions, good crew.

From the moment we walked into the store and met robert, to the delivery was great! robert was very helpful and informative in helping us get a washer and dryer that has the best warenty and also what is best for our needs. He has made himself available to reach at any point, should we need any repairs or have any questions. we recieved a phone call the day before telling us the one hour window in whick the deliver men would come. on delivery day, reggie and dwayne, called about 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, they were ahead of schedule and wanted to check with me to see if earlier was better, or if they should wait. I thought that was very curtious, and earlier was actually better for us! it took them about 20min to remove the old and put in the new. thank you to everyone who had a part in this process, even the kind lady whole called the night before with delivery time! we will definately buy from them again if we need to replace any appliances!
