Dave was AMAZING. We stopped at two other matress stores prior to coming here and the salesmen were just very laxidasical when it came to helping us search for and find the right matress. One store salesman just told us to shop around and let him know if we found anything, and sat down. We stopped at The Matress Warehouse and Dave talked to us about what we were interested in, took us through the matress finder which matched us with a couple different mattresses that would fit for our body styles. Once we did this, Dave walked us through about 4 different mattresses that were fit for what we were looking for and explained the difference in each mattress. Matress shopping is always a horrible but Dave made our experience easy and wonderful. Would definitely shop here again 10/10

We went in with the idea that we were going to look for a matriss. I have an acute back injury so i have specific needs. We came in to the matriss warehouse, and were greated quickly by a lively man named Dave. He imediatly guided us to the Bed Match machine, which scanned how me and my parter laid in the bed, and gave us recomendations for the types of matriss that would be best for us both.At no point did we feel pressured to buy, instead we were treated to a knoledgeable soul who guided us from matriss to matriss explaining the pros and cons of each. We tried several in our range and we eventually settled on one. We wanted to make sure that we had tested a good amount of matrisses before we settled. So we went elsewhere.It was a mistake. The other local places which shall not be named, left much to be desired. One of the places we were greated by a man who asked if we were looking, handed us a sheet then did nothing else nor asked anything else, nor did he try to sell the product he represented.The second place, was personable, but distracted. The product on the floor has been overused, and so no matriss in there was what you would have gotten out of the box. And! To top it off? The prices were friggan astronomical. 3k-6k for a matriss that felt like it had been failing? No way!So we returned to the matriss warehouse, and to our now beloved Dave, who once again greated us with open arms!We have now bought both a base and a matriss and it has been by far the best experiance i have had buying matrisss in my life.I heartily recomend Dave, if you can get him as your sales man! And the Matriss warehouse! Their scanning tec makes finding a bed a breeze!

Ive been considering (and practically begging) for a new mattress for over a year. Today I woke up with a sore neck and my husband and I decided to stop by this store. David was excellent help in finding the perfect mattress for us...both for our sleeping patterns and for our finances. We werent planning on pulling the trigger on a purchase today, but after feeling the difference and understanding the benefits of a better mattress, we were ready to make a decision. David made sure to explain each option thoroughly and we had a fun time shopping as well. We look forward to getting some better sleep soon!

I went to five different places and I have to tell you that the service and time that the sales rep gave me and my wife got was awesome! David really took his time with us and was very good at ha delving multiple customers at one time. We tried many different beds to finally find the right one. I am very happy with everything. I am hopeful that this was a good choice for us. Will update if anything changes.

The buying process was great, Dave was very nice and easy to work with. The delivery process was an absolute nightmare. The first time they delivered the mattress the delivered the wrong mattress, tracked mud all through my apartment to the point I had to have it professionally cleaned and they cut the box spring so there was a hole in it when they were unwrapping it. The next day when they were supposed to be delivering the correct mattress they delivered to the wrong address and I had to coordinate the change. Dave did all he could to make it right but I am still very disappointed in the entire process.

Guy at the store was great. The fella that delivered our mattress was also hard working, friendly and very polite. HOWEVER, we paid almost $200 for a special pillow to go with the mattress that wasnt delivered. We have called the store who cant seem to get answers and their dispatch number they provide who is in charge of scheduling the deliveries is rude and tells you the store should have called you and wont give you any kind of Customer Service at all. So 5 days after our mattress was delivered where is the pillow we paid for? The last time we talked to the store they said if we were willing to take another day off that they could have the pillow delivered to the house later this week OR we could wait 2 weeks or more to have it delivered to the store where we could pick it up. They said they were going to see if they could expedite delivery to the store since we cant take more time off from work and the last time we heard from them was Sunday. No calls or responses since then. We are not very happy at all.

A shame I had to give this store even 1 star to post a review. Only made it 20 seconds in the door before I was greeted with more than enough poor customer service for the day. The older gentleman working there was very terse, providing nothing but sarcastic comments. No wonder this store was a ghost town. We all have off days, but this was ridiculous.
