Been using Burhams pharmacy for a few years now and enjoy it. The staff is generally friendly, the store is always clean and neat, and the atmosphere is relaxing. There has been a few times where it seemed like someone might have been having a bad day, but they were never down right rude to me. As customers youre never on the other side of the counter to understand what they are dealing with or understand theyre position, unless you have been in a customer service position like I have for 15 years - sometimes bad days come to the surface even when youre trying not to be. I have ran into Greg in public while I was under the weather, he gave me some suggestions of what to take and even recommending talking to my doctor about being put on a certain medicine with me asking. I love this place and its staff.

Katie is the only reason this store gets one star. Everyone else is very nice and helpful. However, Miss Katie is a very rude lady. Especially when the issue at hand, was them losing my prescription. Thankfully I had the info to prove it. But she had no reason to be rude. She needs to find another job, everyone else there is to kind. She doesnt fit

I will never use again and I will tell my family and friends not to use again. My doctor sent a prescription for a compound medication on Monday and I called them on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and I got excuses after excuses. Every time I called they said they will call back to let us know what was going on. Today, one Monday (one week later), I still don’t have the medicine and they never called. They will be my last choice on Pharmacy from now on.

Friendliest staff. I feel comfortable asking questions or concerns about medicine. Great gift shopping too.

Not the best service. I had to wait for a script that was already filled while they filled one that I didnt want. The girl at the counter was rude after I mentioned I waited 20 mins for nothing. Not super happy. Will try again. Update. I have been back and the service is not better. I ended up moving all my scripts to Wal-mart.

Avoid the wait at your big box pharmacies and go to a friendly locally owned store. Not only will they take the time out to make you feel welcome but also to fully explain everything you need to know.This stores customer service is unparalleled.
