Our entire experience with St. Charles Closets from beginning to end was outstanding! They came out to measure our pantry space and offered suggestions on how to best utilize the space. After our initial design, Alex helped with ideas and layout and was prompt with her responses and fantastic to work with. They installed in the time frame they promised and the installer was professional and clean. We are very happy with our final product and recommend St. Charles Closets to all our family and friends!

Customer service was impeccable, especially Alex, she was responsive, attentive, trusting and mostly she was flexible to my indecisiveness. Our 1900s farmhouse was limited to two, 1 rod closets in the master bedroom and Alex transformed it. We now fit all of our clothes in our adjoining closets when it was previously divided into 4 separate closets. She provided layout proposals that were practical to our lifestyle and she heard all of our requests. Installation was a breeze, the staff was very friendly and worked efficiently. I am obsessed with the finished product and having the proper space for colognes/scarfs/ties/belts/watches etc. What a game changer!Thank you St. Charles Closets!

Alex worked great with us to ensure a perfect design and managed to stay within our budget. We had some things come up which put the job on hold a few months but the communication was always there and when we were ready to begin they were ready to start. We had full closet redesign performed for our primary bedroom and a second bedroom that also has a walk-in closet. Incredible options; professional workmanship; Alex (designer) worked with us until we had a setup that was perfect. Were so happy that we look forward to upgrading the rest of the closets throughout the house! Its been three and a half months and the closets are still as organized as the day we put everything back in!!

Working with St. Charles closet was a great experience. They came recommended to me by neighbors and did an outstanding job. They came to the house to measure and to help design and then were able to tweak our final design by email. Their estimates did not change and I was able to get what I wanted- both for a pantry makeover and a new master closet. My master closet was a little tricky as I have slanted ceilings- they were one of the only designers/installers who could maximize the slanted wall space with their design. They knocked out both projects in one day- and were professional and prompt. I called to get a drawer fixed a few days after they were done and they came right away to fix it. Highly recommend- we had a great experience!

We used St Charles Closets to build out the closets in our new home in in 2018. I needed to do some work on one of the closets to dismantle and re-install the closet after some work performed. St. Charles Closets recently completed shelves and rods in our walk-in master closet. We were very happy with the entire experience. Paul assessed our needs and very promptly provided proposed layouts and pricing. After our choices were made, Paul provided a specific installation date. Don did excellent work on the installation and treated our home as he would his own. The closet is beautiful, and the cost was very reasonable. We hope to have them back for our other closets soon.

Kristina was absolutely wonderful to work with. She knew what I wanted and more importantly what I would NEED, not just want. She expertly measured, drew up the design and was in contact with me the entire time. We hired Kristinas expert eye again in the summer of 2020 and she did another wonderful job designing my sons closet! She knows exactly what one needs! Installation was great and service all around was 10+. I will recommend St. Charles to clients and friends alike!

I received a few designs from a few different closet companies but Pauls design was better than any of the others at a better price. I was shocked how close in price it came to the websites that you build your closet online and put it together yourself. Before you go with a website like that be sure to get a quote from these guys, they will measure and install for you and the prices are very similar. I will definitely use them again if I decide to do another closet in our house!
