Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. There are a couple of pharmacy techs who are rude as well as extremely incompetent. We moved our scripts to osco. much better service and attitudes.

Live all the way in South Elgin but I come to the Geneva Walgreens because the service is phenomenal I can’t say enough about Dave the assistant store manager help me in the media department. Got some pictures printed on a new metal canvas when I went to pick up I was not happy with the results so I went ahead and got different ones done on bamboo which came out much much better to Dave’s suggestion.. he was patient with me with my 101 questions and had an answer for every question I had. Again can’t say enough for the staff and Dave you rock

Ordered from the photo department and it said I could pick it up later that night. However, my order remains in the processing state telling me that it isnt ready yet. 2 days later and they email that they cant process the order.

Got an order for curbside pickup. Order was picked within minutes of me ordering. On arrival the email had a direct link to notify the store and the staff was fast and very friendly. Probably the best curbside experience Ive had.

Bad customer service. Bad attitudes.

CANDICE, needs to be trained in customers service, twice in one week, I ask her for help shes rude and very unprofessional, before the question is asked she cant assist, but I will not stop coming into this location, I will avoid her at all cost.

They had what we needed but some of the stuff in the store was a bit off. They have their liquor locked up but its just like a gate that you can easily move aside and take some from. Its not really locked up.... Also I took a coupon book while we left and saw that the coupon book was for 2/26/17-3/25/17 and were in November of 2017. This could lead to a bunch of complains and them having to deal with this. I dont think theyve changed it since then...

Im there all the time and the staff all know me by name. They do their best to fill everything as quickly as possible. Everyone is super friendly, even when I can see theyre slammed with customers and rushing to work as fast as they can. The pharmacists and techs are very knowledgeable and patience and happy to help whenever I have questions or concerns.

Very convient location and this location offers electric vehicle charging stations but I am going to start going to the cvs across the street because of the poor customer service. I know no one wants to be at work but every time I’ve gone here it’s been unpleasant experience.

Had to print photos to specification for a foreign country document. I received assistance in preparing the photos including manually removing background color and cutting to size. Greatly appreciated.

Middle age blonde women in the pharmacy is in the wrong line of work. She has cost me hundreds of dollars with her errors and the refund process there takes weeks if you can get it at all. I dont understand why they choose to keep her on staff but if you are able to use any other pharmacy location, you definitely should. They are clearly unable to do the job and handle the locations needs.

These people complaining about rude employees are probably the rude customers these employees probably deal with everyday!I for one have never had an issue with any employee at this Walgreens. They are all so amazing and helpful!Definitely my go to Walgreens of choice!!

The customer service was very rude, I asked if they had a certain item was in stock and they rudely replied no you have to wait when I didn’t know what they had in stock

I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer for my prescriptions for 10 plus years. I will be pulling my scripts and going elsewhere due to the new young lady in pharmacist. She is extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all. Would not even answer simple questions about a disease I have for life.

The staff are rude and clearly lacking in customer service training. I was shocked when I dealt with an employee named Annabelle that represented herself as a supervisor. If she is suppose to be “supervising” then by her own admission she is not educated enough to handle customer service issues and was trained to be rude and unhelpful. I’ve never encountered a Walgreens with such a rough group of employees. I was extremely surprised that the Geneva store was unable to find competent employees.

Sort of convenient location. I have had to wait quite awhile for prescriptions here, but other shopping is normal. The parking entrance is off of Bricher.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. As far as Im concerned Walgreens should do a complete pharmacy staff reboot here. Almost everyone there is COMPLETELY rude. If you walk up to the consultation counter when you should be going to the drop off counter (which really doesnt seem that different to me) they will snidely say Down here! or You have to come down here! sometimes without even looking at you, instead of politely walking down to meet you and redirecting you. I understand that it is clearly a busy location but even the head pharmacists are rude and VERY UNHELPFUL. Everyone seems stressed overworked irritated and annoyed with simple questions. They need to wake up. I know you have a lot of rules and regulations and stress to deal with, but in the end its still a customer service job and everyone waiting can hear and see you dealing with other customers.

Incompetent staff, slower than a snail. I waited so long in the drive thru for my medication I grew a complete beard and also ran out of gas. My car had to be towed and my illness repaired itself I didnt even need the medication after the year I waited in line . Avoid this place, I had better service at the vets hospital or cook county hospital.

Extremely slow service at the Pharmacy. Considering taking scrips somewhere else. On top of slow service, it is inaccurate. They filled the wrong script for my wife yesterday. Now we have to go back.....

Ive dealt with this place for a while because its location is convenient. Its usually crowded and understaffed. Despite having 2 drive up lanes, they never have more than one person working the drive through, so you have to wait just as long as if there were only one lane. Over half the time I call, I am on hold for a substantial period of time, and often end up transferred back out to the front desk. One of the pharmacists is rude and condescending (tall guy, dark hair).UPDATE: things seem to be improving. Ill reserve judgment for a while, but increasing from 1 to 3 starsCalled before 9:00 a.m on Sunday morning and woke me up.

I went in there lookin fo sum batf soab. Gots me a bunch of stuff. They be nice and healfull. I wants to come back in the future. I will gets me lots of things fo my crib. Im glad I went whens I did. Thanks to all who helped me finds everythang in yo store!!!!

Do yourself a favor and find another location for the pharmacy. Its consistently the absolute worst pharmacy experience Ive ever had. The attendants are rude and it always takes at least 30 min in the drive through.

New pharmacist attitude is disgusting! I have been customer to walgreens for 18 years and that is over. I have used this specific walgreens for about 3 years now with not one issue. I will be removing the numerous prescriptions I fill and the $1,000s of dollars Iv spent as a bonus rewards member. This is due too one reason and that is the poor service of the new young lady who has been hired as the pharmacists. She will let you know that even tho they are YOUR scripts and she is NO doctor she will alter them in anyway she see fit to charge me more co pay and my insurance (that I pay for blue cross at that) less.. charging me for random 50 day supplies because it was not specified as a 30 day to get 2 co pays at once for a random amount and tell you she dose not owe you a thing.. gross lady where are your manners??!?

I live close to this store and shop here often. The service has always been pretty good and Ive experienced no major issues.

Highly rude dark haired Hindu pharmacy manager made my overall experience terrible and horrifying ..Sp heres this whole long story ok..I used to love this location because I would get my pain medication filled there every 2 weeks and the pharmacy let me pick up my prescription at its fill date at midnight and it was fast and easy, well the one Sunday night I dropped off my prescription at 6:30 pm only 6 hours before its filled date but I dropped off early to make sure they had it In stock:.. Well the Hindu lady pharmacist thinks Im trying to fill early and says I cant fill this untill tomm morning sorry I said..excuse me? Why?I come here every 2weeks and theres never is a problem but she decides I cant come at midnight and I ask for my prescription back and she seems upset but hands it to me, but then i found out from another walgreens she put a refusal on my name and trying to fill oxycodone so any location of Walgreens I cant fill so Im debating on suing her

This place is a joke! My whole family used to gets their meds here but not anymore. The employees are rude especially a blonde middle aged woman behind the pharmacy. My medicines have been given to me wrong on many occasions, talk about a law suite waiting to happen. I ask every single time for them to give me the right type of medicine and every time they get it wrong, and I have been getting this medicine from them every 30 days for the last 4 years! They have caused problems with my insurance company bc of medicines being double charged. Rude, understaffed, inconsiderate, and extremely unprofessional! Ive been trying to call all afternoon to fill my meds and the phone must be off the hook bc it just makes a dial tone and hangs up. Im switching to cvs.

Very rude not polite costumer service i went to buy a perfume she follow me everywhere thinking that i may still something she is rude impolite i like to come here for medicine not for something else.

Clean and friendly but often a wait at the pharmacy.

This is the worst Walgreens.
