They are permanently closed. Do not waste your time coming here.

Ice cream was delicious altho they were out of some flavors... seriously!!! a Friday afternoon and theyre out!!!!!!! And they wouldnt take our gift card and there was no politeness... I highly recommend going someplace else if youre looking for polite people and variety of ice cream!!!!!

The employees were very nice and helpful.

Went with my son to get 2 small milkshakes. 9.42 2 small milkshakes.waited 6 minutes easy. Milkshake had no ice in it,literally. By far the worst milkshake ever and I was grossly overcharged. Was new to town in geneva,now I see y they had no customers. Will never see my business again

Every time I come to this place they either have no ice cream or a machine is messed up.

I went here once with my wife and they were out of 2 of the 4 toppings I wanted. Now thats just sad. Epic fail.

Same as tim hortons review ... do u think that the ice cream and utensils ect. Are clean and fresh? If the owner doesnt care who is rude and barley seen there and the employees hate doing ice cream because the machine is always broken they say so some ice cream is rock solid and some is very soft almost melting. They put their hands and other objects on the marble they mix ur ice cream on very unsanitary... yuck I would rather drive an hour to get coldstone if I really want it but this store is just unorganized and not cared for and there for doesnt run properly... ect.

Worst place in town...orders always wrong. Staff is rude. I emailed the company they wanted me to talk to the manager on the phone. No, I want my $ back because my orders been wrong multiple times. Now I have to boycott :(

Love theie ice cream

The website stated they closed at 9. We got there at 845 and was told we couldnt be served ice cream. The outside smelled like septic, lady inside was rude. Will not go back.

Nice employees, delicious ice cream

This place never has their ice cream supply full. Today went in - no coffee, no french vanilla, poor, poor management - on a weekend one would think they could keep they ice cream at least half full. Not the first time this has happened.
