I had scheduled an appointment and was given a time slot. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the time slot. My time slot came and went. I sent 2 text messages never received a response and then tried calling 3 times and went to voicemail. Not a text or call saying they werent going to be able to make it and had to reschedule. I now have an appointment with a different company for tomorrow so another day with schedule rearrangements.

Replaced two windshields. One is now leaking and can’t reach anyone to get this resolved, nor are phone calls returned. Disappointed!

Set up appointment with Jake yesterday for 5:00pm today at my house. He was on time, explained the whole process as he worked and did a fantastic job! Showed him a nick on my wifes car windshield which I was prepared to also have him repair but he told me it was not necessary. Could have easily sold me on this repair too, but he is an honest man. It was so wonderful that they came to my home and repaired my windshield. Within 30 minutes it was completed. I have had cracks in my windshield before, as has almost everyone that lives in Texas. I had them fixed by other companies and they did the job but always could see where it was repaired. Jake did such an amazing job that I could not tell where the chip was in my windshield. I would recommend this company to everyone. Actually I just recommended them to my daughter.

Got a chip in windshield while visiting austin. Jake called back Friday night and came Saturday morning to hotel. He was friendly and professional and and did a good job for a good price. I recommend them especially if you need it done nights or weekends.

Im blown away. My wife and I were in a bind with a loaner car. They were able to get it done in time for us to return the car. Not to mention this was on the New Years Day (observed) holiday. Same story as a previous post. Made an appt. Got a text that his installer had a wreck on I-35, glass broke. Rescheduled appt. The second appt was also cancelled b/c installer dropped the glass. I gave one more opportunity to get it done. After sending the owner pictures of the windshield, the vin number on the car, they showed up 45 mins late with the wrong windshield. Time to go somewhere else. No apology from the Jake, the owner.
