In store was great. My sales guy was on point with everything I asked about. Store didn’t have it in stock so I had to go to warehouse. No big deal until the folks at the warehouse were just doing what they do on their sweet time. Mind you, I was the only customer at the warehouse so it should have been no problem. Nope! Had to wait quite a bit before. No door bell to let folks know customer was waiting. Finally after a while someone finally showed up with my product. Not great customer service from warehouse personnel.On the up side, love my purchase!

We had a great experience shopping for a mattress here. We came in, were immediately greeted by Steven who took the time to listen to our needs, show us the available products, give us time to try each one, share the pros and cons, provide some feedback and not make us feel pressured. We took our time to make this very important decision, lying down from one to the next, sometimes for lengthy periods of time while Steven confirmed availability and stock. In the end we chose one of the offerings and it was delivered just 2 days after. The delivery was seamless and on time, the setup super fast, and very quickly we were already sleeping on our new mattress which we love so far. I needed a king box spring set ASAP so I just called Mattress Firm in Georgetown TX and Collin helped me over the phone to get what I needed delivered quickly. I was even able to pay electronically. I’d definitely go there for a new mattress!

I highly recommend getting a mattress here, particularly with RANDY WILLIAMS! He was awesome! I told him my budget and showed me what they had even though I ended up getting a bed a little bit more of my price range but so far it has been worth it. Remember, you will be sleeping on this bed every night for several years. But the real star of this was RANDY WILLIAMS. He was awesome in showing me beds, telling me what type of pillows would be good for how I sleep. I could not decide on a pillow that were both about 100+ but he told me to break out my bed first and come back in 30 days once my bed would adjust to my body. Thats how you know you have a awesome sales person! And yes, I plan to go back for that pillow! I also called a few hours later because I found a promo code and didnt think it could be possible to add it to my sale since I had already paid for the bed but he added it! I am a teacher and he made me emotional with how kind and patient he was with me, especially with how stressed teachers are with COVID and having to relearn how to teach in these conditions. Thanks to him I will at least be less stressed after a good nights sleep!

Our sales person Clayton was very warm and friendly. Very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs and budget. Was able to narrow down our mattress choices to two very quickly. From there we were able to select the perfect mattress for us. No pressure when we told him we were going to shop around but would be making a decision within 24 hours. Did check with 3 other mattress shops and found MF to be lowest on the type of mattress we desired. Highly recommend MF and Clayton. Clayton was a true professional and made our experience very enjoyable!

Went to the store wanting a purple mattress but didnt want to shell out an insane amount of money for something I kinda liked. Randy answered all of our questions and even went over and beyond to get us a deal that Im super comfortable with. plus got some free stuff to. I highly recommend this location they will always look for a better deal and even go as far as calling a manufacturer for you to get better options.

I didnt have any problems with getting my new mattress. I told the sales associate what I wanted and he was able to direct me to the right mattress. I wasnt pressured into buying anything like I initially thought I would be and it was overall a very positive experience. Everyone was wearing masks and they even wiped down the mattresses I tried!

Bought a 10-year warranty mattress by Sleepy’s. It is the top of the line in the foam mattress family. It will be our first night sleeping on it, but so far very comfortable. Clayton was our salesman and he was very informative and kind. Not a pushy type. Shared details about the mattresses and stayed in our price range. This is not the first purchase from Mattress Firm — they have high standards for their employees and the products they sell.

Excellent sale in the store in Georgetown. 5 ⭐️ / minus - 1 Star on the pick up process warehouse. It felt they they didn’t hand out the proper mattres. The lady in the front didn’t send the pick up paper to the guy at the warehouse. 45 minutes wait for a 5 min simple delivery.

I bought a mattress 2 wks ago from Sean, the area sales manager. When he approached us, he was friendly and informative. I decided to purchase a mattress, box spring and misc items. He presented a 0% financing option to me. I asked questions about the financing. I asked him if it was an installment loan or credit card. He fraudulently told me it was an installment loan and reassured me that it would close out once I paid the loan in full. Once i got home, I called to check delivery times and to confirm that it was a true installment type and not a CC. He again stated that it was an installment loan and he had noted my account to reflect that. Long story short, this was a blatant lie. The bank does not even offer the installment loan he advertised to me. I am currently in the process of removing this transaction as fraud and dealing with other entities to find a way to resolve this. It is disturbing to me that an employee with such a high rank within this company would intentionally falsify information to manipulate his customers. Buyer, beware.
