I came out to meet the delivery guy and ask him to keep the noise level down in the house because my wife works nights in an ER and was asleep in another room. The guy was dropping boxes down from the top of the truck and letting them fall down to the street. They didn’t have their moving dolly and borrowed mine. Then while setting up the bed it sounded like a rhino was turning everything over in the room. Everything on our bedside tables were knocked over. Wife was woken up. My wedding ring on table is missing and trash was left all over my yard. Then the bed is broken and theirs a cavern we fall into at night. Our backs hurt. Sleep number store in Georgetown has done nothing and says we have to call customer service. Customer service never answers and won’t return calls. $4500 wasted on a garbage bed and they don’t care.

Do your homework before buying a sleep number bed. I have had nothing but, issues since. I purchased my I8 sleep number bed in 2019 at the wolf ranch store. I have replaced the pump hoses and, chamber within the 1st year of owning a sleep number bed. Just when I through it was fix I started lacking air again on the right side. When you call the support line they charge you to send a technician out I am fine with but, you shouldn’t keep having the same issues with a bed that only 2 years old.

The sales process was great overall. We felt educated enough to make the right choice and did not feel pressured to upgrade to something we didnt want. Our bed delivery went smoothly, with the exception of the bed not fitting into our current bed frame / headboard / footboard. In the store, the salesperson seemed only concerned with the bottom support boards being an issue. However, our bed frame wasnt wide enough to fit our Sleep Number bed. This nearly delayed our being able to have it installed by 2 weeks, as we waited for leg-extenders to be shipped an installed.Luckily we decided to remove one side of our bed frame to accommodate the Sleep Number beds width. The installer said this happens frequently because the sales staff doesnt understand all of the physical aspects of installation (height, width, length of how the Sleep Number bed will fit inside an existing frame). So be careful if you already own a bed frame that you wish to keep--ask more questions and take plenty of measurements to the showroom when youre ready to make a decision.

Very helpful in finding the right product. The pillows are individualized and can be made to fit a persons taste. The beds allow for individual needs, too. We went with the upper split and love it. The store manager, Sylvia, really knows how to help a person find the right combination for a good sleep.

Ive had a sleep number bed forever 10 years. I purchased a new bed. I wouldnt sleep on anything else in my home. Sales personnel were knowledgeable about the different products. There is no negotiations on price.

Overpriced products and the sales girl had no clue about the products sold...We spent over $700 on a molded plastic mattress base that doesnt come with legs. You wouldnt know unless you ask and the sales lady didnt know that either...do your research.It took two weeks to receive the items which were left on my porch step from UPS...thats another review.We had to chase down the 5th box and reorder through Sleep Number because it was lost in transit. The first customer rep never followed up with our order so when I called the second time to follow up...I realized it.Across the board, sleep number provides great products but Damn!...molded plastic legs should never cost $159. And when did a base fabric cover cost $122...?Thats highway robbery....someones enjoying Mai Tai drinks on a beach on a secluded island with the money I spent...ridiculous!!
