Its a Nice place. The staff are friendly and helpful. They dont have much to chose from for teenage boys. However they have plenty for girls and women. The employee who helped us was able to order a pair of shoes my son wanted, but they didnt have in his size, and I dont have to go all the way back out there to pick them up. They get Shipped right to my house. Super convenient for me atleast

I went into the store to check out the Birkenstock line available. I really wanted to try the shoe/sandal on to check the fit and to see if it was comfortable. I feel in love with the first pair I tried on! That’s it! I grabbed the box and went straight to check out. There was absolutely no wait and Alex was so very nice and polite. He checked my account and was able to find coupons available. I really appreciate all his help and professionalism! It’s salespeople like Alex who make a big difference! Sincerely, Nancy

The store itself is fine. But - Don’t take your kids here. By the time we left, all employees were hovering over my family. Literally every single one of them - and not a single one offered to help us, greeted us, or said goodbye as they did with other customers. They just hovered over my husband & I. Our kids were definitely being kids, a little goofy and such, but they were all contained in the stroller and didn’t ruin any of their displays. My husband and I left feeling very uncomfortable. I don’t think we’ll shop here again.

Nice and neat shoe store. Very friendly staff. Not a huge selection, but a good representation of Adidas, Nike, skechers, etc.

I came to Rack Room Shoes for the very first time today after a friend of mine hosted about how awesome they are. I spent 45 mins trying to find two pairs of shoes I loved. I never ever buy myself shoes so it was a long process. The young man that was working was VERY helpful. He got shoes down from the top for me and even helped me decide between two pairs. Finally I was ready to check out. The cashier rang them up and one came up $15 higher than the sign said. She said “sorry nothing I can do. I’m not a manager”. I work in the customer service field and know you’re supposed to keep the customer happy. Guess this girl, Alex, didn’t get the memo. So I left the shoes on the counter and walked out 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ll give my money to a company who actually wants it. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the guy was awesome and they had a nice selection of shoes.Also including a picture of the shoes that she claims were $65 and wouldn’t budge on it.

I wanted these Merrell hiking shoes because they were a great price, but they didn’t have my size. The manager found the size I needed at another location and then called them to make sure they actually did. She had that store hold them for me and they honored the buy one get one deal even though I got one pair here and the Merrells there. Good customer service and a sweet deal on a great pair of shoes! I am really happy with this store and it’s staff.

Sam is the man. There were 4 associates in the store. 3 of them were clowning around and teasing each other. That’s whatever, but Sam, he came over, saw us with puzzled looks, talked to us about the shoes and why some sandals didn’t have half sizes, explained some of the new styles of sports shoes and was extremely helpful, courteous and very professional. If I go back in there and Sam is not working, I will turn around and go somewhere else. He is great.

Ordered online. They shipped the shoes with the alarm sensor attached. Started emailing them 4/28. Sent 3 emails, called twice and was put on hold over 20 minutes. Could not get a response so I disputed the charges. They finally called today 5/18 and left a message. I called them backand have been on hold over 30 minutes now.

This is my first time coming into rack room shoes the workers were supper nice asking if i needed any help, i purchased 3 pairs of shoes that day at the register they where being very nice and funny but in a professional way they asked if i wanted to sign up with them for coupons and latest offers i said yes ! very good deals ! i will be back soon !! thank you :)

The selection is slim with lots of old styles. Dont waste your time here if youre looking for something trendy and fashionable. Lots of sensible and basic styles.

Good shoe store. Found some boots for granddaughter that she liked and seems to fit well.

I buy all my tennis shoes here since you buy one pair get the second pair for half price.

For this size of shoe store, Rack Room deserves deserves five stars because the staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable! Also, they almost always have a buy one, get one half off store wide sale!
