Gionni is quite the professional, really good customer service. I came in with a trade and unfortunately a salvaged title, though I was unable to do anything with the vehicle from the Lemon Lot I felt stuck with for 10+ years he was able to get me approved and his coworkers were awesome the whole way making me feel comfortable and showing effort to get me out of the door with a vehicle though to other car lots I wasnt their choice. Bought a 2018 Dodge Charger at the Paris dealership. Made 2 payments on it and the transmission went out on it. Took it to Georgetown dealership(closest to me), been waiting 3 weeks just for the Transmission to come in. And, to kick me in the groin even more, the warranty company did not approve a loaner vehicle for me even though people with less problems were getting one and they have a lot of used cars on their lot. Its a shame. Transmission is getting replaced, which is good, but leaving me with one car for over a month is ridiculous while having a family of 4 with 2 kids in school. If I could do it over again, I wouldnt of have done business with them. You can hardly reach a tech by phone, goes straight to their voicemail.
I spoke with these guys for two days before driving 5-1/2 hours to KY for a vehicle. I didnt argue about asking price. When the paperwork came out, surprise! an extra $600 in doc fees for a used car. If I can get that waived, would you be interested? ...Nevermind, we wont wave the doc fees. Thanks for nothing but a hard time Dan Cummins!*Update- after seeing this 1 star review, another sales guy called to drop the price. The price was agreed upon and the sale was made. After the vehicle was paid for, the runner went to get the keys and car was brought around. The kid said he thought there was more keys, but he couldnt find them. He guessed there was only one key when the car was brought in. By this point, I was done with these folks and left. This has been a total crapshow. There was no satisfaction for me in this transaction.*Second Update- Dan Cummins has yet to reach out and I have made several attempts to reach Christina Z. over the last several weeks. I have left two messages on her voicemail stating who I am, responding to the Google message and left my contact information and have not yet received any response.

The Sales staff was great. I tried to be as transparent and clear with my questions as possible.I got a used truck As-is (trade in). They checked the engine light for me, told me what they were and how/cost to fix them.I buy it and while driving home It breaks down (unknown exactly why, locked up engine im told, maybe), but I didnt even make it home.I call them that same day. theyre understandable and work with me. I have to pay to have it transported back, but they were willing to fix it at half cost, but me not wanting to repair a new (to me) vehicle; they ended up just giving me a refund due to it literally being the same day.Im out 300$ for transport, but much better than being out a few grand.They basically said to come back and get a new vehicle anytime, I now have the preference of making sure its Serviced & certified, unlike their trade-ins, but accidents happen... On average, good dealership, I think i would go back.

Clearly Success of his multiple business in Kentucky has made Dan Cummins severely lack good customer service. On yesterday before driving 6.5 hours to purchase a vehicle from one of their 3 lots; I called to ensure the vehicle would be ready for a test drive. I was informed I must pay a $250 non refundable fee to ensure availability.Today, Sep. 29th, We arrived and test drove the 2hundred K mileage vehicle but it vibrates quite a bit with out breaking and even more when brakes are utilized. I asked the salesman -Jordan ‘Since we drove more than 500 miles and paid the deposit for assurance, will you have the service department to take a look at the brakes/ rotors so that we feel comfortable driving over 5hund miles home? He asked Managmnt (Anthony Ferrebee) and was told no they will not assist because the vehicle is sold as is.Most dealerships do sell “As -Is” but also do a basic inspection and resolve minor issues.Dan Cummins dealership did no inspection, the manager was not willing to speak with me in person today nor was my call returned by a manager yesterday when I requested before leaving for my long journey there. How disappointing to know good customer service is not a priority for Dan Cummins . DC has no compassion for customers that travel long distances.One last attempt to speak with management before traveling home, I called to speak with a manager but my call was disconnected after being placed on hold. No one called back to explain the disconnect. This was such a disappointing trip on so many levels. I can’t imagine what kind of customers do business with a company like this!!!

We showed up yesterday to get our newer suburban that we had been waiting on to be transferred in. It finally arrived Friday so we went Saturday to look at it. They pulled it up front and it ended up being buckets (which we were told it was a bench) well we needed a bench. Dre went above and beyond to help us find another suburban with bench in the middle! He did just that and made the whole finalizing process so easy!
I’ve been purchasing vehicles from Dan Cummins in Paris since I was 18. Three vehicles now. With each one I paid more than the minimum and paid it off years early. I kept returning only because I was advised by my father that they were a reliable dealership. Maybe in years past, but as they’ve grown and expanded, their customer service has deteriorated substantially.This third vehicle I purchased, a 2011 Chevy traverse, was the last straw. It had a chipped windshield that I didn’t notice until the first time I sat in the passenger seat, as it was blocked by the rear view mirror. I had to take it in for $800 worth of repairs less than 2 months after purchasing. Now it’s been about 3 years and my regular mechanic couldn’t find the cause for the grinding and popping noise, so I scheduled and appointment at the Georgetown location to have it looked at. The appointment was at 7:45 am on a Thursday, I dropped it off Wednesday night. I called approximately 5 different times over the next two days before I finally spoke to an actual person other than the person at the service desk who would direct my calls straight to my “advisor’s” voicemail.I finally got a call back from a man who was very obviously annoyed with me saying that my “appointment” was just a check in time and “they’re working on vehicles all day here” that there were “several things wrong” with it and they’re trying to see if it’s under warranty and “that can take up to three days.”So I’m just supposed to wait three days with no update? I can understand it taking longer than 3 days to be fixed but at least let me know SOMETHING. I asked if I can have a curtesy vehicle while they’re getting mine fixed, I have three kids and work full time. I need a vehicle to get to work on Monday and he said “well I don’t have one right now.”Seems like they’re only concerned with selling vehicles not keeping customers in the long run. This was the third and final vehicle I’ll purchase from Dan Cummins.
If the current car market wasnt awful, I wouldnt be making this purchase. The car salesman was incredibly invasive and not considerate of my time. The terms kept changing and there were instances where everyone involved was very overbearing. If you can go somewhere else, thats what I would suggest. My car is fine, my experience was not.

I had an appointment for a fuel leak under warranty. My truck sat for 1.5 weeks untouched. Then when I called they said it was “in line” to get worked on. I got the run around on it being worked only to show up and find the truck untouched. I spoke with the service manager. I needed my truck. Used it, brought it back, and it was fixed in 2 days. I should not have needed a manger to fix the problem.
Overall this is a decent place to shop and purchase a car. My experience was adequate but not wowd. There are several positives. First, I appreciate the 72 hour exchange policy as I utilized it. I just couldnt appreciate the truck I left with on Saturday so I returned on Tuesday to explore other options. I met zero resistance with going this route. Just understand that you must have less than 300 miles added to the odometer, you have 3 days, and the replacement vehicle has to be same or greater value. Secondly, everyone I met was friendly and professional. Melissa specifically was very easy to work with, as was Dee (whom was shadowing for training purposes). They were both incredibly patient and friendly the entire time. I really appreciated this as I typically take my time making decisions. The facilities are also clean and professional with as much water, pop, and snacks you could hope for. Finally, the detail/cleaning shop does a good job and even better job if you make specific needs known. The truck I ended up with was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. It went through their shop once, and it was greatly improved, but still not quite good enough. They happily took it through again and it came out perfectly. They did a really good job.My main critiques with the experience was the time it took to close out the deal during the exchange. I believe I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours just waiting to pay. The deal had already been agreed to, I was paying cash, and the showroom was not particularly busy on a Tuesday evening, so Im not sure what took so long. But when facing a 90 mile drive home it would have been nice to get out of there a tad quicker. Once I was in the finance office, however, I was settled up within 5 minutes and I the road (I also appreciated the zero pressure approach of extended warranties from Kelly, their finance manager). Finally, only getting one key for the vehicle is frustrating. Be sure to ask before you agree to a price how many keys are included I neglected to ask about this for the first vehicle I bought and was informed after I had paid there was only one key. That was pretty aggrevating. Some of these fobs can run as much as $700 from a dealership (depending upon make, model, and features). To their credit, they informed me that the second vehicle only had one key prior to purchasing but I agreed to go ahead and purchase anyways (I had zero leverage at this point since it was an exchange - live and learn). But I would have appreciated some flexibility from the dealership to offer a discount to account for the cost to get a spare key made. So take this into account before negotiating your final price.Overall this is a good option to explore vehicle needs. They are a large inventory and pricing is competitive. Its not the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership but it was far from the worst. I would consider shopping here again for future vehicle needs.

Extremely unsatisfied with Dan Cummins in Georgetown. Was told a part for our car is on back order and they have no clue when they will receive it. So we ask about a rental vehicle considering our car is still under warranty, and we are told they have no rental vehicles and have no idea when they will have any. Here we are a week later; they still have my car, have not provided us any updates, and still no rental vehicle. Poor customer service not only from Dan Cummins, but GM also.

Dan Cummings of Georgetown is the worst car buying experience Ive ever had in my entire life. I dont have time to type the whole story but Im warning you. I would never go there again. They sold me a 2012 Chevy cruz that then knew had an engine problem but would not discuss that with me. My ex bought a car there the same day and her salesman said hes not gonna sell her that car because he knows theres problems with it, then when it was my turn, my sales man sold me the car with no problem. Car blew up less than 3 months and sat at Dan Cummings for almost a month. Had it towed to Best Deal Auto and got me a good dependable car for me and my 3 children. Go to Georgetown auto sales, or best deal auto, do not I repeat do not buy from dan Cummings, especially if you are African American/Black. Scammers all the way and all about money.

They were helpful, polite, professional and went out of their way to make sure we got into the truck of our dreams! My Customer Service Rep Dee and Sales Rep Deondre answered all the questions I had and were willing to go the extra mile for me. I traveled 6.5 hours away to pick-up the truck and had a delay on the way to the dealership making it tough to get there before they closed. When I arrived, Deondre already had the truck ready to go and got me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. The VIP appointment process made the buying experience much easier and I could not be happier with the experience overall.

Made an appointment yesterday to look at a vehicle this morning with Karen.I made it clear that I was driving an hour and a half away to get there. Karen suggested a time to which I agreed to and everything was set.I get there 20 minutes prior to my appointment and I see someone else pulling in with the exact vehicle that I had come to look at. I go inside and come to find out that they are letting this individual do a 24 hour test drive on the exact vehicle THEY made an appointment with me to see. I drove an hour and a half one way, just for them to say, oops sorry, he just came in 10 minutes ago! This morning I was reached out to by Rachel to confirm Ill be there, I responded and she never followed up. The salesman was polite but still wouldnt go as far as apologize. And I never even got his name. I was never once issued any sort of apology for this incredible inconvenience, a day ruined and gas money wasted.This certainly told me all I need to know about their professionalism, or lack thereof. Will never consider them again.

If I could give their service department a zero I would. We bought a 2019 van back in 2019 and have had to deal with their money grubbing tactics and lack of integrity from the start. Service dept very honest about vehicles issues (Tahoe). Apparently this is a well known issue with the AC compressor on larger vehicles. Perhaps dealers and customers should complain to GM enmasse from a national level. Will not change unless bottom line hit....

He went over all the features and details of the vehicle, and gave me pointers on how to ensure Id get a monthly payment i can easily manage. If i could give this place no stars i would. I will say the sales team was great. I bought a 2016 ford mustang from here and after hitting the highway I noticed a high pitched sound after hitting 75mph. I travel a lot due to being on active duty orders since the pandemic started. Ive had to take days off from my duties, leave early, pay out of pocket for a rental because the senior mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle after taking it there several times just to get told nothing was wrong or the problem was fixed. The senior mechanic caught an attitude with me because i didnt believe what he was saying to me because my instincts told me it was something wrong so i took it to Ford. Turns out its the differential. I would never recommend to anyone and I will never trust them again.
It took way too long! Great service and great experience, but took four and a half hours to close the deal! Waited 45 minutes to get in the financial office due to only one person working, but Kelly got me in and out! Kaleb Mattox and Kenny Stoner are fantastic!
