This metro is the worst they didn’t want to help me at all!! worst customer service! i went to the Metro down the street from them 2200 s Austin Ave and the lady there helped me she was so kind and patient she had me in and out 5 mins!! ask for Alma!

The store on University is a real disappointment. The employees are unhelpful and have little knowledge about the products and services they are selling and supporting. Do yourself a favor and skip this particular franchise; try the store on Austin Ave. They know how to treat people.

I just went in to get new phones for my kiddos and new service. These two ladies were amazing. I am completely pleased usually it’s a headache switching service but it was easy and I highly recommend this store

This store is trash. Marissa is the worst employee a store can have and “GM” Yaniri is a horrible manager. Refused a refund on 7th day as per policy. They are clearly hurting for sales. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Completely unhelpful. Its a franchise. Do yourself a favor and go to corporate store on Palmer and 35. They took care if ussye in 15 minutes. Georgetown franchise Gave me a 30 minute song and dance and wasted my time.
