My husband went into this store this past Friday, the associate wouldn’t even give him the time of day as he was wanting to add another iPad line. The associate said “We are sold out of all Apple products and won’t have them for 2 months” and left it at that. I went onto the T-Mobile website and the specific iPad I was wanting was definitely in stock and ready to ship, we ended up calling an online customer service rep and placed our order through him. Highly recommend doing that instead of going in store, we have had various issues with this store. We also had things we were being charged for that we were not receiving. Go elsewhere and steer clear of this location.
Made an appointment with T-Mobile to get a new phone. Called to confirm and they didnt have my appointment down on their books. Told me to go online to make an appointment instead of making an appointment for me while they had me on the phone. It was like they couldnt be bothered with customer service.

There was about a 25 minute wait for a iphone 12 but they had it in stock and Garret was really friendly, helpful and assertive. I also wanted to pick up a Google Pixel and was told they were not in stock despite being a new release phone, no worries- next time Ill know to call in advance for less popular non-Apple products. Clean store and see the stack taking good Covid precautions.
On Monday 9/7/3020. I went to the Wolf Ranch in Georgetown tx. I went to exchange a screen protector, when I walked in my name was taken and I was told to wait.I had to wait 40 minutes and never were able to get help from anyone, I asked an employee by the name of Jessica if I could get help and she said all employees were busy with customers. I understand all employees were helping someone but noone was willing to help even if it was something quick. I asked a second employee by the name of Pedro and he wasnt willing to help neither. Their system is not designed to help customers but to help the employees. I will never go back to that store. Stay away from there I do not recommend it.
My husband and I made multiple trips to T-mobile over the course of a week and a half to figure out how to switch from Sprint to T-mobile. Each time the service we received was impeccable. Tiara, A.J., and another sales expert (we didnt catch his name) were all extremely friendly and attentive. Pedro was our phone expert and we never felt pressured to buy more than what we wanted. We even reached out to him outside of business hours and he was prompt with his responses. Youre in great hands working with this group.
I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and my company’s. Went in the store to look at picking up a couple phones but they said it’s too late they close in a hour so I was going to come back the next day but I got told to not touch anything. And all there displays have no info on specs of phones. The phones say swipe for specs but they now say don’t touch just buy with out looking at it. When I spend thousands of dollars I’m not going to not look at what I’m paying for.
I have been a tmobile customer for 16 years, not always the best experience in the stores, you do have to wait and they will not help if it is not your turn. I appreciate that because if i had to wait i dont want anyone jumping in front of me. But this location i had a pleasant experience with the customer service rep Jason, he was very friendly & patient and helped me switch over my data from 1 phone to the next. #patiencesisavirtue
I just have to say THANK YOU NICO! Nico was super helpful when I needed to come in and have an issue with my phone fixed. He was extremely kind and patient and took the time to explain/walk me through everything I needed. I can’t express enough how much of a help he was! After most T-Mobiles not having the phone I wanted in stock, my husband and I decided to drive up to the Georgetown location. We worked with Jessica, who made my transition from a very old phone to the latest. She was informative and personable. Additionally, she listened to my needs and was able to meet them accordingly. If you venture to this location, please ask for Jessica. You wont be disappointed with her!
Wonderful customer service! I’ve had so many different employees assist me and they’re always incredibly helpful and friendly. I literally go out of my way to get to this specific t mobile because I know I can count on them.

I came in with my wife today and we were treated terribly. We are senior citizens and were simply asking a few questions to try and understand. We were considering switching our plan but definitely not to T-Mobile after this experience. The employee Sabrina and manager Nico seemed very annoyed with us and consistently gave rude and condescending answers.
Coming off a bad experience half an hour earlier at the Leander TMobile store I was not in a great mood but needed to solve a problem and only a TMobile store could help.Soon as I walked in, Kevin began what turned out to be my more usual excellent experience with TMobile customer service. He took a problem that was out of the norm and really out of his experience and helped me work through a way to solve it. We figured out the problem, a satisfactory work around (which was really the only thing he had the tools to do in the store, the rest is up to the main office techs) and could not have been more helpful or nicer.He clearly took on the problem as his own. Excellent customer service.

Who would walk out of the store after purchasing a 1000$ phone and not insure it? Not me, however according to their phone expert I did. Wrong. Ineptitude, plain and simple. One poorly trained employee forgot to press a button now I am screwed.
I came into this store about a month ago and cannot forget the experience I occurred. Every time I look at my phone it reminds me of Jason Sanchez, he was wonderful and very very helpful! I may not have walked out with the color device I wanted but Im still very pleased with the service!Thank you!!!!
You can buy, but you cant touch the phone.Screw this store and its employees.Go to other stores and give them your business, dont support the employees here as they allow you to buy, but not even touch the models before purchasing.
I was returning a piece of equipment and they couldn’t give me a receipt. When I was approached by Sabrina she kept walking away while giving me a poor explanation and then an attitude about how I was being rude. It’s usually good customer service to look at someone face to face while speaking to them instead of acting rude and disinterested and then trying turn the tables on the customer.I wound up taking the equipment with me because I was waiting more than ten minutes. For a receipt!
One of the representatives named Warren I believe was very rude because i didnt want to upgrade my device and he said that since i didn’t upgrade my device he was going to write it in my notes on my account because it made him look bad

Every time I go in this store it takes forever, to do anything. The people working there have casual conversations while people sit and it takes 2 people to help one person. It took 45 minutes this time to pay my bill and a guest was still talking with an employee about football and cool apps when i was leaving..
Prompt, friendly, efficient service.
Free to them means you can make payments. If you go back to see why youre being charged for [], they cant seem to figure it out, find out who did it, or take it off your bill. If you get so much credit after a phone purchase, that also means you will be making payments on your bill, just so you know.
Not a bad store but was disappointed when I went in to get a replacement screen protector. Walked in and was told there were 2 in stock, reps weren’t willing to even look for them before they said to come back tomorrow.

I am a very pleased customer with the service I received at this T-Mobile store! I wanted a new I Phone 6 64 gig and they didnt have it so Geoffrey and another gentleman I believe his name was Josh immediately got on the phone and located what I wanted at another store in the Austin area. Then Geoffrey offered to pick it up from the other store down in Austin on his way home from work and bring it in the next day! I couldnt have been more impressed with the level of customer service I received with the exception of Sophia Vergara waiting on me.;-) When I came to pick up my phone Geoffrey was with a client but Amy was very patient helping familiarize me with my new phone and transfer my contacts etc. A++++++++++++++++++ to the entire staff at this T-Mobile store!

Go to another tmobile store that might service you better. Jason at the store was unhelpful and arrogant about providing any customer service. My elderly Father did not realize he purchased a prepaid service. I wanted to take responsibility to transfer his number and service to my contract. I was informed that he got a free phone and paid for the service upfront. If I changed the plan, I would not receive the prepaid amount nor could my Father keep his number, and I would need to wait 3 months to transfer his number to my account. None of this made any sense and Jason would not try to help us out. It takes a lot to get my Father out because he cannot walk or hear well. Once I left the store, I call T-mobile customer service. TMobile did the right thing and transferred the line and I did not pay any additional fees, my Dad kept his number, and there was a 24 hour period to transfer his number.
I guess I will never know how the customer service was, completely. I called inquiring about purchasing two phones at their location. I was put on hold to let the representative check in the back. After 17 minutes, I simply gave up. One lost customer.
Horrible Service. I had a problem with my phone and instead of it being a quick in and out. I had to go in on three separate occasions on three separate days because of inconsistent, unreliable information. It was a major waste of my time and incredibly inconvenient. Was not even offered an apology or any attempt to make this experience right. The employees here and MANAGEMENT do not care. All I received were blank stares and awkward silences.
So I just swung in to admire the S8 a little while I wait for the Note 8 to release. Employee comes up and hardcore starts trying to upsell me on the Gear S3. Multiple times I tried to convey my lack of interest before I finally had to wish him a good day and walk right out of the store in the middle of his spiel.
Super friendly and willing to help. They were extremely helpful for my tech issue and even went above and beyond even though I was not upgrading or buying a new phone.

Extremely pushy sales tactics to try and get you to purchase accessories with a new phone... including saying there is a wait time to get phone out of safe... major BS. They wont take no for an answer until you buy something just so you can get out of there. Took over an hour to get new phone on an already established account while I was one of two customers in the store and a half dozen employees there ...
G-town t-mobile was helpful. Cedar park store no so much. Calling customer service, well just forget about doing that, ever.
Terrible Management - After waiting an hour to see new phones and watching 2 associates just stock shelves and 2 associates helping guest with 5 customers in the store. I asked to see a manager and the assistant came out. She explained that she cant help customers, she has other things to do. I have never been to a company where Management can not help guest. My discussed with the customer service I went to the competition and was treated like I meant something to them. I have been with Tmobil for 6 years and fed up. I will take my 4 lines and move on. POOR MANAGEMENT they just dont care!!!!
I seldom rate anything unless I get really bad service but I have to say the wait times at this location are terrible. They used to have a kiosk for making payments. Now I have to wait 30-45 to make a payment.

You would think after so many horrible reviews They got they would Change! This place was the worst horrible management! I waited over an hour and in that time of waiting not 1 employee said a word to me like sorry for the wait or anything like I didnt exist! Not enough employees and so Rude! And once I even got to someone they smell of body oder and was rude I couldnt believe It! NEVER AGAIN!

BEEN WITH TMOBILE FOR 15 YRS. NOT ANYMORE! We have been given the run around for a month on my sons phone. Walked in to get it resolved, new day, new rep new story. And the Manager was worthless!!

Very bad experience in the past and now the always gives you a round around for everything never been up to helping you out with the hardware or warranty for the insurance equipment.
You need to update your website, the hours are different and very inconvenient when you get there and you are closed when it says you close an hour later.
